This is one hundred percent true given my experience over the last nineteen months. At seventy four I feel better than I have for years with the carnivore diet, meaning no carbohydrates. Dr Berg is one of the first guys I followed when starting this way of eating. Following his advice I also healed an advanced cataract in my right eye to the frustration of my ophthalmologist because he could believe that it was possible, I didn't tell him how I had done it, but I avoided a twenty five hundred dollar operation for twenty bucks.
Here is a partial list of what has happened to me since starting carnivore: psoriasis gone from my scalp both diabetes and kidney disease in remission as shown by blood tests, fasting insulin levels below ten, arthritis and all joint pain gone, diabetes sores on shins all healed, weight currently down from three fifty five to two ten, Skin looks decades younger, even the floaters are gone from my eyes.
Now the biggest the is how my heart has healed, my left ventricle was hardened to the point that it was not pumping with the rest of the heart chambers and my flow rate was low. According to my cardiologist appointment in February my left ventricle is now normal except for a small patch of the wall and my flow rate is in the normal range. Please note that all of these health improvements are backed by physicians and blood tests, not just on how I feel.
