Annnnd Ian is off into the Indian foods' weeds. I'm so freakin' boring with what I eat. Grass finished beef & organs, my pastured chickens, a little local pork and some wild caught fish. Garlic, onions, fruit and I'm pretty much good to go. Ho Hum
