RE: farm loan forgiveness
In NC, not all blacks got the free money. Black farmers argued with black farmers about which should get loan forgiveness.
Of course, none should get it.
Also, some claimed to be farmers but their small operations were hobbyist and apparently set up specifically for the free money. This fed loan forgiveness program wasn't the only such of its kind.
