On the matter of health insurance, obamacare, etc.
Since the BlueCoatFederals are now part of medicine, can someone explain what Constitutional structure that bullshit is built upon?
The additional billions will be given to the ins co.
This to bribe the corps to not raise rates and that politicians can get their cut.
If the billions went directly to the people, the politicians are cut out. The only way they could take it is by increased taxation. The insurance corps will raise their rates plus at an even faster rise.
The increased taxation is an unfavorable option gor the people already feel the weight. Ins corps would raise rates either way, but the billions to the ins corps is only an effort to 'manage' rate increases.
Taxpayers lose every which way.
Chief Justice John Roberts himself supplied the answer.
He, a supposedly neutral judge, argued for the defense that Odumbocare is a tax. Congress holds the constitutional power to lay taxes. Even the defense lawyers argued no, no its not a tax.
Roberts: I have spoken it. So shall it be done.
