Hate to tell you, but Social Security was meant to be a second income tax with no exemptions or deductions. It was a Ponzi scheme with a payment that was intended never to be made because life expectancy in 1935 was ~5 years or more less than the retirement age set.
Kinda like Hitler's scheme to offer a family a Volkswagen in monthly payments.
