It is UNCONSTITUTIONAL to steal from folks to hand to others...PERIOD. ONLY private, voluntary charity should be allowed in the US. End all business welfare too.
Food Stamps and Welfare should be limited and force people to get jobs after a certain time plus not be able to return for long periods.
The money collected from taxes is not theirs to give. It exists to fund a small, limited federal government and nothing else.
