Israel and the Deep State don't obey laws either. Frankly, many elected Republicans don't obey the law. Our government at all levels is out of control but half wants to pretend that ONLY the other half is the problem.
That first one, which all reduces to "criminals don't obey laws" doesn't go far enough. Breaking the law is the definition of a criminal. If they didn't disobey laws, they wouldn't be a criminal.
I think this occurred to me when the big gun control law of '68 was passed. How is passing a law going to stop someone that breaks the law for a living?

Nearly very movie from the 1980s was a remake of a movie from the 1950s, ,most of which were remakes of movies from the 1930s
Hollywood, the music industry, et. al., makes more sense when you realize it's money laundering.
