Mrs. Papadopoulos Flaunts Skimpy Swimwear At Trump’s Miami Resort

Simona Mangiante Papadopoulos has a new swimsuit line.

Naturally she’s showing it off at President Trump’s National Doral Resort in Miami.
Her husband, George Papadopoulos, 32, is a former foreign policy adviser to Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign. In 2017, the ex-Trump aide pleaded guilty to lying to the FBI. He spent 12 days in the jug, was fined $9,500, and was sentenced to parole for 12 months. Papadopoulos has portrayed himself as a victim, saying he’s the victim of government foul play.

Mangiante, who has claimed to be an Italian lawyer, married Papadopoulos in March, 2018, posted several skimpy swimsuit pics to Twitter on Thursday that included thongs, a bikini, and a few skin baring one-pieces.

It’s unclear how old Mangiante is. In 2018, she admitted to ABC News that she had changed the date on a photograph to make her seem younger. “I did happen to lie about my age,” she told ABC News. “I don’t owe anyone any explanation about it.” The report indicated that she is 37, not 34. She said she was born in 1981.

University of Washington Professor Says SpongeBob Squarepants is “Racist” and “Violent”

Truly nothing is safe.

A professor at the University of Washington wrote an academic article denouncing SpongeBob Squarepants as “violent,” “racist,” and “insidious.”

Yes, really.

Professor Holly Barker’s tirade against the yellow cartoon character was published by an academic journal called The Contemporary Pacific: A Journal of Island Affairs.

In it, Barker argues that the show’s fictional location of Bikini Bottom is unfair because it is based on the nonfictional Bikini Atoll, a coral reef in the Marshall Islands used by the U.S. military for nuclear testing during the Cold War.

“The indigenous people of the area were relocated during the testing, which eventually rendered the area uninhabitable due to residual radiation,” writes Celine Ryan. “Barker finds it unjust that SpongeBob and his pals be allowed to “occupy” the area when the nonfictional indigenous people of the area do not have the option to return to their homeland.”

Barker argues that SpongeBob has privilege because he is an “American character” who can go about his life care free without having to worry about the detonation of nuclear bombs.

This equates to “symbolic violence” because SpongeBob and his friends are perpetuating injustices against the indigenous people of Bikini Atoll by occupying the territory.

“SpongeBob’s presence on Bikini Bottom continues the violent and racist expulsion of Indigenous peoples from their lands (and in this case their cosmos) that enables U.S. hegemonic powers to extend their military and colonial interests in the...

ICE: Illegal immigrant targeted alleged rape victim again after release

An undocumented immigrant targeted a woman he previously raped once he was released from custody in Oklahoma after authorities failed to honor an Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) detainer request, immigration officials said.

Antonio Ulises Perez, 38, a native of El Salvador, was arrested on Sept. 30 for alleged first-degree rape by the Oklahoma County Sheriff's Office, ICE said in a statement. Officials said the agency asked the sheriff's department on Tuesday to transfer custody of Perez to deportation officers in the event he was scheduled to be released.

They refused and Perez was released Wednesday morning, according to ICE.

“Within a few hours of being released, this illegal alien was back at the home of the rape victim where he was free to re-victimize her and harm other members of the community,” said Marc Moore, director of ICE’s Dallas field office.

Deportation officers were able to track Perez down and arrested him later that day, Moore said. He remains in custody pending deportation proceedings.

"Unfortunately, this is not an isolated event," the ICE statement read. "Over the past few months ago, Oklahoma County has routinely failed to honor ICE detainers by releasing criminal aliens back into the local community before ICE has...

Trade With China Has Turned Into Giving Away Our Values For Their Money

Free trade with communist nations will defeat every law we have. In a free market with an unfree nation, we have created a competition of systems, and bad systems will drive out good.
Trade with China has been a factor in American capitalism since the birth of the republic, but only in the 21st century has it become a truly massive driver of American corporate wealth. But a funny thing happened on the way to the bank: The American influencer became the influenced. Trade is a two-way street that is meant to be mutually beneficial, but American trade with China has turned into a trade of our values for their money.

Corporations that we used to think of as American wear that allegiance very lightly these days, if at all. Their executives are happy to keep their headquarters here and live here. They love that our Constitution gives them and their owners secure property rights and that our taxation regime is not as onerous as some places and is fairly predictable. They love that our First Amendment gives them the right to advocate whatever cause is popular this week among their class of bien pensant elites.

But these leaders of woke capitalism aren’t so keen on extending those same rights to ordinary people. Their loyalty is to the dollar, not the flag. They outsource production to China, which is bad enough, but in doing so they sell out more than the individual workers whose factories they shutter. Importing Chinese goods and Chinese profits means importing the values of the Chinese Communist Party. On free speech, consumer protections, workers’ rights, the environment, and more, our open trade with China has rendered our laws null and replaced them with the dictates of a hostile, totalitarian state.

Whatever You Say, Say Nothing

The most recent example of American business leaders kowtowing to Chinese Communist Party Chairman Xi Jinping is seen in the way the National Basketball Association cracked down on dissent from one of its employees. The situation is benign enough by American standards: Houston Rockets general manager Daryl Morey tweeted a message of support for the pro-democracy protesters in Hong Kong — just another American praising democracy and peaceful protest.

But support for democracy is far from harmless in the eyes of the Chinese Communist Party. Word got back to the NBA that dissent from the party line was unacceptable for any corporation that wants to do business with them. Morey’s tweet disappeared, and the league issued a groveling apology.

It wasn’t quick enough, though. The Rockets have been a popular team in the People’s Republic since they drafted Chinese superstar Yao Ming in 2002, but those relationships soon crumbled under the weight of an uncensored thought. Some sources reported that the Rockets even considered firing Morey for his thoughtcrime. In China, the Rockets are already being...

New AOC Bill Proposes Welfare for Illegal Immigrants – And That’s Just the Tip of the Iceberg

AOC’s Green New Deal seems a lot more Red than Green, and that’s by design. Her former Chief of Staff Saikat Chakrabarti admitted that it’s doing nothing more than using climate as a Trojan Horse to usher in a whole host of unrelated social programs part of their socialist vision.

In her latest attempt at legislation, AOC decided to carve out and spin-off the Green New Deal’s socialism into a brand new bill; “A Just Society.”

As the glowing summary from her website states, “A Just Society aims to ensure that we are on a path towards shared prosperity for all. A just society provides a living wage, safe working conditions, and healthcare. A just society acknowledges the value of immigrants to our communities. A just society guarantees safe, comfortable, and affordable housing.”

Her plan composes of six different Acts, with their description and flaws as follows:

The Recognizing Poverty Act – This Act correctly acknowledges a flaw in our federal poverty guidelines, in that they’re not adjusted for the cost of living. Someone earning an income at the poverty line in an expensive city is worse off than someone earning the same income in a relatively cheap-rural area, and yet the two are eligible for the same amount of benefits.

AOC is proposing this presumably to expand the number of people eligible for federal assistance, and ironically, it would expose just how impoverished our liberal dominated states and cities really are. As I noted elsewhere in a comparison of California and Texas: “…while California appears to have a poverty rate of roughly 15 percent (measured by the Census Bureau’s official poverty measure), that only defines poverty for a family of four as $24,036 (in 2015), without any considering for the cost of living. If the cost of living were adjusted for, California’s poverty rate comes out to 20.6% (as measured by the Census’ Supplemental Poverty Measure), compared to a national average of 15.1%. Texas ranked just below average, with a cost-of-living adjusted poverty rate of 14.9%.”

So I’m on board with this idea, except for how it would expand welfare eligibility.

The Embrace Act – This “embraces” immigrants, and by “immigrants,” AOC means “illegal immigrants,” whom she wants to make eligible for federal benefits. While some illegals are able to receive government assistance in niche situations, this would expand the welfare state to upwards of 20 million individuals who have no right to them.

Even her mentor Bernie Sanders acknowledges that open borders are incompatible with a large welfare state. As he said at an Iowa town hall event, “If you open the borders, my God, there’s a lot of poverty in this world, and you’re going to have people from all over the world. And I don’t think that’s something that we can do at this point. Can’t do it.”
