Years ago I went to a black barbershop. The proprietor gave me a reverse friar haircut. Scalped me at the crown where I couldn't see what he was doing. He was a passive aggressive piece of shit and I truly despise cowardly, passive aggressive people.
It was just a haircut and it grew back. After what turned out to be, literally, the most important job interview of my life (I got the job in spite of the horrible haircut).
I grew up in the south, in a racist family, and fought that mindset internally and externally for most of my first couple of decades on this planet. I grew past the indoctrination my environment tried to impose on me. So I hate, yes, harsh word, HATE racist people. And passive aggressive racists and bigots are the worst of their sort. Regardless of the color of their skin.
Can't help but wonder what Crowder would have experienced without his notoriety and a camera recording the event.
