The Resnicks bought one of the original vineyards plus adjacent average in my county. They removed on every land use agreement. They cut down large areas of coastal oaks. They were sued by the county and local ranchers. Somehow they won every suit. They took vast water rights.

A huge aquafir previously untapped. Known as 'fossil water'. Pure. Resnicks were the first to tap into it. They transferred that water into an aquafir on land they own.
