ILLEGAL ALIEN WANTED FOR CHILD RAPE, CAUGHT IN LOUISIANA

BATON ROUGE, LA (WAFB) – United States Border Patrol (USBP) says an undocumented immigrant was arrested in Baton Rouge Wednesday, Aug. 7 on charges of felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and forcible rape.

Agents responded to a call for assistance from the Walker Police Department Wednesday on I-12 regarding three people. Once agents arrived on scene, they found a vehicle with two people in it, who reportedly admitted to being in the country illegally. The two people, both Guatemalan citizens, were taken into custody and taken to USBP’s Baton Rouge Station for processing. The third person presented a valid permanent resident card and was released, officials say.

During processing, it was discovered the driver, identified as Pascual Mas-Xocholij, 40, had given a fraudulent name. Mas-Xocholij was wanted in East Baton Rouge Parish for felony carnal knowledge of a juvenile and forcible rape, officials say. The other person was processed for being in the country illegally and was turned over to ICE/ERO.

“For the third time in the past few months, New Orleans Border Patrol worked closely with a local department, this time the excellent Walker PD, to arrest an illegal alien accused of bringing harm to our most precious resource – our children. I also find it remarkable that a large percentage of the New Orleans Border Patrol are deployed to south Texas to assist...

New Television Ad To Spotlight Illegal Alien Crime

illegal alien Edwin Mejia (left) killed Sarah Root (right),
yet was allowed to post bond from jail and escape.
A political nonprofit aiming to boost President Trump's policies is set to debut a new ad on Monday calling on lawmakers to fund his long-promised wall along the U.S. southern border.

The $500,000 ad buy is the second from America First Policies this month, seeking to put pressure on Congress to get behind the border wall project. Together, the ads have cost the group $1 million so far.

The latest spot features Michelle Root, whose daughter was killed in 2016 in a car crash allegedly caused by an immigrant in the country without legal status. In the ad, Root suggests that building the border wall would prevent future tragedies, while alluding to the administration's controversial former policy of separating migrant families at the border.

"My separation is permanent," she says in the 30-second spot. "I want to see that wall built. I want to see stronger immigration laws. Make your voice heard. Call your congressman and your senators."

The ad comes nearly three weeks after Democrats recaptured the House in the midterm elections, giving them a majority in the chamber for at least the next two years.

The party needed to gain at least 23 seats to recapture control of the House. So far, Democrats have picked up 38 seats.

The ad from America First Policies also comes as a deadline for lawmakers to fund the government is just two weeks away.

Trump wants Congress to approve at least $5 billion in funding for his border wall, while Senate Democrats have said that they will offer no...

Police: Man tells illegal alien from shithole country to stop peeing at bus stop, gets stabbed in neck

WHEATON, Md. (WJLA) - An undocumented immigrant illegal alien urinating in public used a box cutter to repeatedly stab a man who had merely suggested he pull up his trousers and use a proper restroom, police say.

On Nov. 30, around 11 p.m., Montgomery County Police were dispatched to the Wheaton Metro bus turnaround along Georgia Avenue. Upon stepping out of their cruisers, officers saw a man with stab wounds and bloody slashes to his neck, face and stomach.

That victim, plus an uninjured eyewitness, pointed officers toward Salvador Gomez-Lopez, 46, who was allegedly drunk and belligerent. The two men explained that Gomez-Lopez was relieving himself in plain view of fellow bus passengers. When the victim questioned his actions, Gomez-Lopez reportedly reached into his backpack and grabbed hold of a razor-sharp box cutter.

What followed was a physical tussle that landed both Gomez-Lopez and the victim on the cold bus stop pavement. The victim ultimately pried away the knife, but only after suffering serious lacerations, including three deep cuts to the neck.

Police say Gomez-Lopez was "uncooperative," provided them with a fake name during questioning and has meager ties to the community.

According to Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), Gomez-Lopez is an El Salvadoran national who is in the United States illegally. ICE has since lodged an immigration detainer against Gomez-Lopez. He is currently...

Indianapolis Colts Player Killed by Twice-Deported Illegal Alien

Activists want officials to make the Indiana capital a sanctuary city, as linebacker Edwin Jackson's death brings Hoosier reaction

Indianapolis Colts linebacker Edwin Jackson was struck and killed Sunday morning as he was helping an Uber driver along Interstate 70 by a vehicle driven by a twice-deported illegal alien.

Jackson, 26, had stopped to help Jeffrey Monroe, 54, who had pulled over because of illness.

Jackson and Monroe, of Avon, Indiana, were standing near a stopped vehicle when Manuel Orrego-Savala’s pickup truck drove onto the emergency shoulder and struck and killed them both, according to the Indianapolis Star.

Orrego-Savala was arrested and taken to Marion County Jail, where he gave police a false name.

Police and media soon discovered Orrego-Savala was a Guatemalan national who had been deported before. He is being held in a local jail, and a hold has been placed on him so he can be picked up by federal agents.

“Orrego-Savala is in the United States illegally and has previously been deported on two occasions, in 2007 and again in 2009,” said Indiana State Police Sgt. John Perrine in a statement. “State police investigators are working with U.S. federal immigration officials and they have placed a hold on Orrego-Savala.”

The deaths of Jackson and Monroe are bound to give new attention to...

“A Christmas Story” Director was Killed by an Illegal Alien

Though the 1983 movie “A Christmas Story” did not make much of an impression when it was initially released, it has since become a perennial holiday favorite with families across the country. We are not only treated to Ralphie’s hilarious quest to obtain a Red Ryder BB gun, but the film also reminds us at least a little, of our own childhood and Christmases past.

While most of us are familiar with the cult classic, many may not know the tragic way in which the director of “A Christmas Story,” Bob Clark, died. He was killed by a drunk-driving illegal alien.

Texas Police: Suspected Illegal Alien Sexually Assaulted 7-Year-Old Girl

A man suspected of being an illegal alien has been arrested and charged with aggravated sexual assault. His victim is reported to be a seven-year-old girl.

The victim’s mother told police she observed her daughter “walking funny,” according to an arrest affidavit obtained by the San Antonio Express News. The young girl told her mother that Carlos Esparza had hurt her.

The arrest affidavit details the multiple assaults the man allegedly carried out on his victim. The girl’s mother had put her to bed, but the girl and her siblings went downstairs to watch television. The affidavit states that Esparza was laying on the couch under a blanket. He is reported to have picked up the girl and placed her on his lap. After he removed their clothes, he sexually assaulted her in several ways, according to the affidavit. Previously-Deported Illegal Alien Charged With Murdering Washington Woman And Her Son

An illegal alien from Mexico who was deported last year is accused of fatally shooting and burning a Washington woman and her son.

Prudencio Fragos-Ramirez, 25, was arraigned on Monday and is being held on $1 million bail for the murders of 18-year-old Maria Cruiz-Calvillo and her 3-year-old son, Luis Lopez-Cruz, the Tri-City Herald reports.

The pair’s burned bodies were discovered in a remote area on Thursday. The two had gunshot wounds, but the boy was likely still alive when the car was set ablaze, according to Franklin County coroner Dan Blasdel.

Prosecutors allege that Fragos-Ramirez had just begun dating Cruiz-Calvillo and killed her out of jealousy. He was last seen by a neighbor after Cruiz-Calvillo and Lopez-Cruz arrived at his house in Pasco, a small town in central Washington. The three drove away in Cruiz-Calvillo’s car, which was found ablaze 30 minutes later in a ravine, according to court documents.

Fragos-Ramirez was arrested just hours into the double-murder investigation. He denied any wrongdoing but gave conflicting accounts to police. He said he recently owned a handgun but sold it to Cruiz-Calvillo. He told investigators that his brother witnessed the gun sell, but the brother denied the claim.

According to the Tri-City Herald, Fragos-Ramirez was last deported in 2014 but had re-entered the country illegally. He has a rap sheet that includes charges for ...

ILLEGAL ALIEN MURDERED 15-YEAR-OLD STEPDAUGHTER, AFTER HE IMPREGNATED HER

SAN ANTONIO, TX  – An illegal alien from Mexico has been arrested and charged with shooting a 15-year-old girl from Texas who was pregnant with the suspect’s second child at the time of her slaying.

Police in San Antonio say Jennifer Delgado was nine months pregnant when on Monday morning she was gunned down by Armando Rodrigo Garcia-Ramires, 35, who then tried to take his own life.

Investigators say the victim already had a one-year-old son with Garcia-Ramirez, who at one time had been her stepfather.

The suspect had been released on bond from the custody of the US Immigration and Customs Enforcement last May.

About a month later, according to investigators, Garcia-Ramires impregnated Delgado for a second time.

He now faces two charges of capital murder in the deaths of the teenager and her unborn baby.

The incident began unfolding at around 11am on Monday when police responded to the 1100 block of Babcock Road in San Antonio and found Garcia-Ramires suffering from a self-inflicted gunshot wound to his mouth, reported KSAT.

While working at the scene of the failed suicide attempt, officers learned that Garcia-Ramires may have committed a crime at...

Illegal alien with criminal history arrested in California woman's murder

Police in California have arrested an illegal alien with known gang ties and an extensive criminal history in the February killing of a San Jose woman.

Carlos Eduardo Arevalo Carranza, 24, was arrested Monday night in connection with the murder of 59-year-old Bambi Larson; police say he stalked her before stabbing her to death.

Larson, a systems manager in San Jose, did not show up for work on Feb. 28. That seemed unusual to co-workers, who phoned her son to alert him.

Larson’s son and a co-worker went to her home in the 900 block of Knollfield Way around 1:45 p.m. and discovered her body in the bedroom, San Jose Police Chief Eddie Garcia said.

Police arrived and found Larson suffering from multiple stab wounds consistent with a cutting tool, multiple lacerations to her body and blunt force trauma. They also recovered a bloodied towel and footprints from the scene near a sliding door.

Fox News contributor Nigel Farage weighs in on the worsening migrant crisis at the U.S.-Mexico border.

Garcia said that police searched hours of video surveillance from the neighborhood and were able to find a suspect.

“The home security cameras showed an unidentified male wearing a backpack, pants and a long-sleeve sweater or shirt as he approached and later left the victim’s residence.”

Poor video quality prevented police from making a positive ID but they were able to trace the suspect’s path and eventually found a T-shirt containing DNA from the victim and the suspect.

On March 10, a man identified as Carranza was arrested for possession of methamphetamine and was taken in by San Jose police for processing, and a DNA sample was obtained.

Because DNA results from Larson’s case had not come back yet, the connection was not made and Carranza was released.

Garcia said when the results finally came in on Monday, police tracked down and...

Judge Who Helped Illegal Alien Escape Would Like Her Salary Reinstated

Last we heard from Massachusetts Judge Shelley Joseph, accused of conspiring to help a criminal illegal alien evade ICE agents in her courtroom, she had turned down a plea deal that would have allowed her to avoid jail time. As such, she remains free on her own recognizance but suspended without pay while awaiting trial. Her attorneys are trying to change that, however, and are asking that the judge’s salary be reinstated because her legal fees are mounting. (Boston Globe)

Shelley Joseph, the district court judge who was indicted on obstruction charges for allegedly helping an undocumented immigrant escape federal detention, is seeking to have her salary reinstated as she remains on suspension and her legal bills mount.

Joseph, 51, was suspended without pay by the Massachusetts Supreme Judicial Court after a federal grand jury indicted her April 25.

On Thursday, her lawyers filed a motion with the SJC requesting that her annual salary of $181,000 be reinstated while the case winds its way through federal court in Boston.
I’ll demonstrate at least a bit of restraint and not lead off my response to this with a sarcastic “boo hoo.” The local coverage of this story points out that Joseph has two kids with college tuitions to pay for, a mortgage, and a mounting pile of legal bills to cover her...

Illegal Alien accused of four murders in Nevada said he needed money to buy meth: authorities

An undocumented immigrant illegal alien accused of fatally shooting four people in Nevada during a 10-day period in January told police he robbed and killed them because he needed money to buy meth.

Wilber Ernesto Martinez-Guzman, 20, repeatedly called himself an “idiot” as he confessed to the murders, according to grand jury testimony by Detective Stefanie Brady of the Washoe County Sheriff’s Office.
The detective told a grand jury earlier this month that Martinez-Guzman was smiling and giggling as he initially denied any wrongdoing during the three-hour interrogation. However, he would break into tears and later say through a Spanish interpreter he had “done something that’s unforgivable.”

“He said he needed the money for the meth and it was the meth,” Brady testified.

The 268-page grand jury transcript, obtained by The Associated Press, was filed late Tuesday in Washoe District Court. Martinez-Guzman was indicted by the grand jury on multiple charges, including four counts of murder.

A not guilty plea was entered on his behalf on Tuesday.

The defendant is from El Salvador, and federal officials do not know how or when he crossed the border. President Trump has said the case shows the need for a border wall.

Prosecutors say he killed Gerald David, 81, and his 80-year-old wife, Sharon David, a prominent Reno couple who had hired Martinez-Guzman as a landscaper. Connie Koontz and Sophia Renken were killed in their homes in Gardnerville.
District Attorneys Chris Hicks of Washoe County and Mark Jackson of Douglas County have said they will seek the...

Around 2:30 a.m., police responded to a 911 call from an apartment in the 1100 block of Southwest 7th Street, and found a naked Mendoza still inside the home.

The victim's roommate witnessed the attack and called police.

Mendoza fought with police before he was taken into custody, according to witnesses.

The victim's neighbor, David Ferrer, told WSVN:

They threw him in the car, he tried to fight back, and they resisted him and they did their job.

This is what happens every day in Little Havana. This is nothing new.
Mendoza has been charged with sexual battery with, burglary, battery of a police officer and resisting arrest.

This Illegal Alien was arrested after ‘having sex with cow’ released by CBP — just arrested again for DWI

An illegal alien who was arrested in Texas for bestiality earlier this year has been arrested again for allegedly driving while intoxicated today.

KGBT’s Sydney Hernandez reports Mexican national Jose Nino was arrested in March for “having sex with a cow”.
The man who was arrested after police say Border Patrol agents saw what appeared to be him "having sex with a cow" near the border was arrested again, this morning, on different charges.

TX DPS Troopers arrested Mexican national Jose Nino for DWI in Rio Grande City.

CONT: Niño remains behind bars today at the Starr Co. Jail with an ICE detainer placed on him, according to Texas DPS.

Nino was arrested and charged with Bestiality, which is a State Jail Felony back on March 15, 2019, for the cow incident.

CBS 4 reported in March:
Starr County deputies were called out to the Starr/Hidalgo County line on Friday night in reference to a bestiality case.

When deputies arrived, they spoke with Border Patrol agents and stated that they witnessed a man who appeared to be “having sex with a cow.”

After investigation, authorities determined that Nino was the suspect.
According to the news station, Nino was “in U.S. Border Patrol custody” after the incident.

For some reason, CBP let him go, where he was arrested again on Monday for DWI in Rio Grande City by Texas troopers.

Illegal alien raped, murdered his own mother in Florida

On Wednesday, prosecutors told a Broward County courtroom that Gerard Lopes Belmonte's disturbing motive for killing his adoptive mother two years ago, was to cover up the fact that he had just raped her.

DNA tests showed Lopes' semen was found inside his 43-year-old mother's body, said Assistant State Attorney Adriana Alcalde.

On July 20, 2011, the badly beaten body of Natalie Belmonte was found in a marsh near the Pembroke Pines home she shared with her son.

Lopes reported his mother missing three days earlier.

However, the night before Belmonte's disappearance, video footage from a neighbor’s security camera
shows Belmonte and Lopes, leaving together (apparently to attend a family event), then returning home around 2:48 a.m. Shortly thereafter, Lopes can be seen dragging a large bag across the driveway and placing it into the trunk of Belmonte's Lexus.

That car would later be found next to a dumpster, where Lopes reportedly discarded bloody sheets from his mother's bed, according to court documents.

The Broward/Palm Beach New Times reported:

Lopes had previously been charged with stealing $20,000 in jewelry from his mother.
Lopes, who has denied killing his mother, has been charged with first-degree murder and is currently being held at the Broward County Jail on an immigration detainer.

Lopes, now 23-years-old, was reportedly brought here illegally from South America when he was a small boy.

32% of Federal Inmates Are Aliens

On December 21, the Department of Homeland Security released the Alien Incarceration Report for Fiscal Year 2017. The report discloses the number of confirmed and suspected foreign-born inmates in the custody of the federal prison system, which includes the Bureau of Prisons (BOP) and the U.S. Marshals Service (USMS).

DHS reported a total of 58,766 "known or suspected" aliens in the custody of federal authorities. According to the Federal Bureau of Prisons, there are 184,379 total federal inmates, meaning that almost 32 percent of all federal inmates are aliens. The number of aliens in federal custody has risen since the last report: At that time, the Justice Department estimated that there were 42,000 aliens, representing 24 percent of the federal prison population.

Of the 58,766 "known or suspected" aliens, ICE could confirm that 37,557 (64 percent) are confirmed aliens, defined as meaning that they are non-citizens and foreign-born. From that group of 37,557 ICE-confirmed aliens, an astonishing 35,334 (94 percent) were illegally residing in the United States.

Prisoners known or suspected to be aliens are reviewed by ICE to determine their immigration status, and are placed into one of five categories:
  1. Under Investigation: Further investigation by ICE is required to confirm alienage and establish potential removability
  2. In Proceedings – Legal: Confirmed alien who is lawfully present in the United States, but has been charged as a removable alien; removal proceedings are ongoing
  3. In Proceedings – Illegal: Confirmed alien who is unlawfully present in the United States; removal proceedings are ongoing
  4. Subject to Final Order of Removal: Confirmed alien who is subject to a final order of removal
  5. Relief/Benefit: Confirmed alien who has been granted relief or protection from removal that would generally be considered lawful status
Of the known and suspected aliens under investigation by ICE, the vast majority (31,699) are confirmed as illegal aliens and awaiting removal from the country or are still under investigation (21,209).

Immigration courts found that only 10 aliens qualified for relief and will not face removal proceedings.

Open-borders advocates and the mainstream media frequently make the claim that aliens are less likely to commit crimes (see here, here, here, and here, for example). This data casts doubt on that assertion. Many of the aliens in federal custody are held for immigration violations, but that does not diminish the fact that a full 32 percent of federal prisoners are aliens, and that over 90 percent of those are in the country illegally.

As Jessica Vaughan wrote earlier this year:
These statistics ... confirm what every law enforcement agency in America already knows: Border security and immigration enforcement serve an important public safety function and cooperation between state, local, and federal law enforcement officers is essential to ensuring that deportable criminal aliens are removed from the country instead of released back into our communities. Further, these statistics undercut the argument of sanctuary policy proponents who argue that...

Illegal Alien pleads guilty to RAPING A THREE YEAR OLD BABY.

SAN DIEGO — A registered sex offender and illegal alien who broke into his next-door neighbor’s home, where he raped and sodomized a 3-year-old girl, pleaded guilty Friday to four felony charges and is facing an 85-year prison term.

Francisco Diaz, 47, entered his plea to four counts of forcible lewd acts on a child, and admitted serious prior felony convictions, according to Deputy District Attorney Claudia Grasso.

Sentencing is scheduled for June 17.

Last summer’s attack occurred the morning of Aug. 11 in the 5200 block of Maple Street in Oak Park.

Diaz broke a screen and curtain rod and climbed through a window of the sleeping child’s bedroom. When the toddler woke up and cried while being sexually assaulted, Diaz carried her out through the window and was walking her toward his home when the defendant’s mother saw them and wrapped the child — who was naked from the waist down — in a blanket.

Police were called around 9:45 a.m. and Diaz was arrested.

“It’s a parent’s worst nightmare,” Grasso said following Diaz’s arraignment last year. “The violation, the betrayal, (it’s just) horrific. I think that not only does it impact the victim but it impacts the entire family, who now have to look over their shoulder, who now cannot feel safe in...

Suspected Illegal Alien Serial Killer Charged In Killings Of 12 Elderly Women, Report Says

An illegal alien from Kenya was charged in Texas this week for allegedly murdering 11 elderly women, which comes in addition to charges he faces from 2018 for allegedly murdering another elderly woman.

"Billy Chemirmir, 46, has been in the Dallas County Jail since March 2018 facing a capital murder charge in the death of 81-year-old Lu Thi Harris," The Dallas Morning News reported. "Chemirmir, a former health care worker, was indicted Tuesday on six additional counts of capital murder in Dallas County and five counts in Collin County. Chemirmir has also been accused of trying to suffocate two other elderly women in Collin County."

WFAA reported that Chemirmir was charged this week in the deaths of the following women:

  • Phyllis Payne, 91, on May 14, 2016
  • Phoebe Perry, 94, on June 5, 2016
  • Norma French, 85, on Oct. 8, 2016
  • Doris Gleason, 92, on Oct. 29, 2016

In addition to Harris, Chemirmir is accused of killing Norma French, 85; Phoebe Perry, 94; Phyllis Payne, 91; Rosemary Curtis, 76; Mary Brooks, 87; and Doris Gleason, 92.

The Associated Press reports that the break in the case came in March when Chemirmir forced his way into the apartment of a 91-year-old woman, allegedly telling her "go to bed, don’t fight me." Chemirmir allegedly smothered the woman with a pillow and robbed her but paramedics were able to revive her and she gave authorities information that was relevant to...
