Judicial Watch - New Benghazi Documents Confirm Clinton Email Cover-Up
The long withheld email, clearly responsive to Judicial Watch’s lawsuit seeking records concerning “talking points or updates on the Benghazi attack,” contains Clinton’s private email address and a conversation about the YouTube video that sparked the Benghazi talking points scandal (Judicial Watch v. U.S. Department of State (No. 1:14-cv-01242)).
This Judicial Watch FOIA lawsuit led directly to the disclosure of the Clinton email system in 2015.
The Clinton email cover-up led to court-ordered discovery into three specific areas: whether Secretary Clinton’s use of a private email server was intended to stymie FOIA; whether the State Department’s intent to settle this case in late 2014 and early 2015 amounted to bad faith; and whether the State Department has adequately searched for records responsive to Judicial Watch’s request.
The court also authorized discovery into whether the Benghazi controversy motivated the cover-up of Clinton’s email. (The court ruled that the Clinton email system was “one of the gravest modern offenses to government transparency.”)
The September 2012 email chain begins with an email to Clinton at her private email address, “hdr22@clintonemail.com,” from Jacob Sullivan, Clinton’s then-senior advisor and deputy chief of staff. The email was copied to Cheryl Mills, Clinton’s then-chief of staff, and then was forwarded to then-Deputy Assistant Secretary of State for Strategic Communications and Clinton advisor Phillipe Reines:

69,000 Fentanyl Pills Bound For US Seized In Mexico
69,000 pounds of the lethal opioid fentanyl and 573 pounds of methamphetamine have been seized by Mexican officials near the U.S. border in Arizona.
The Mexican cartels are notoriously trafficking the deadly narcotic into the U.S. thus fueling a spike in opioid overdose deaths in recent years.

The area where the seizure took place is largely controlled by Sinaloa cartel and its affiliates.

The video was shared online by the boys mother, who reportedly tweets under the Twitter account “American Diaries,” but the story has gained virtually no traction in the media, circulating almost strictly online, though theDaily Mail did report on it.
In a tweet that appears to show her son covering his face while in a hospital bed, the mother said the attack was prompted by him wearing a Trump hat.
“I am sitting in the hospital with my 14 year old kid because he was just jumped by 8 black kids on the school bus, I guess that’s what happens when a kid wears a #Trump hat to school. And who’s the violent ones again? Earlier today they poured milk all over his head,” she tweeted.
