Thomas Massie On The 9th Amendment To The Constitution:

Caught Red Handed: How the CDC is manipulating data to prop-up “vaccine effectiveness”

New policies will artificially deflate “breakthrough infections” in the vaccinated, while the old rules continue to inflate case numbers in the unvaccinated.

he US Center for Disease Control (CDC) is altering its practices of data logging and testing for “Covid19” in order to make it seem the experimental gene-therapy “vaccines” are effective at preventing the alleged disease.

They made no secret of this, announcing the policy changes on their website in late April/early May, (though naturally without admitting the fairly obvious motivation behind the change).

The trick is in their reporting of what they call “breakthrough infections” – that is people who are fully “vaccinated” against Sars-Cov-2 infection, but get infected anyway.

Essentially, Covid19 has long been shown – to those willing to pay attention – to be an entirely created pandemic narrative built on two key factors:

False-postive tests. The unreliable PCR test can be manipulated into reporting a high number of false-positives by altering the cycle threshold (CT value)
Inflated Case-count. The incredibly broad definition of “Covid case”, used all over the world, lists anyone who receives a positive test as a “Covid19 case”, even if they never experienced any symptoms.

Without these two policies, there would never have been an appreciable pandemic at all, and now the CDC has enacted two policy changes which means they no longer apply to vaccinated people.

Firstly, they are lowering their CT value when testing samples from suspected “breakthrough infections”.

From the CDC’s instructions for state health authorities on handling “possible breakthrough infections” (uploaded to their website in late April):
For cases with a known RT-PCR cycle threshold (Ct) value, submit only specimens with Ct value ≤28 to CDC for sequencing. (Sequencing is not feasible with higher Ct values.)
Throughout the pandemic, CT values in excess of 35 have been the norm, with labs around the world going into the 40s.

Essentially labs were running as many cycles as necessary to achieve a positive result, despite experts warning that this was pointless (even Fauci himself said anything over 35 cycles is meaningless).

But NOW, and only for fully vaccinated people, the CDC will only accept samples achieved from 28 cycles or fewer. That can only be a deliberate decision in order to decrease the number of “breakthrough infections” being officially recorded.

Secondly, asymptomatic or mild infections will no longer be recorded as “covid cases”.

That’s right. Even if a sample collected at the low CT value of 28 can be sequenced into the virus alleged to...

Apple Employees Demand Company Stand With Palestinian Muslims

Company relies on Muslim slave labor

group of Muslim employees at Apple is pushing the tech giant to publicly condemn Israel's "illegal occupation" of the Gaza Strip following a recent spate of violence caused by the terrorist group Hamas.

In a letter to CEO Tim Cook, members of the Apple Muslim Association on Monday expressed their "sadness, anger, frustration, and disappointment" about "the struggle and pain of the Palestinian people, and their decades-long existence under military occupation." The letter calls on Apple to support the Palestinian cause, noting that the company "has led the way not only on products, but on human rights issues."

The employees, however, have yet to speak out about the treatment of Uyghur Muslims in China, where Apple’s supply chain is largely located. Up to one million Uyghurs are imprisoned in "reeducation camps" in the western province of Xinjiang. A recent report found photo and documentary evidence that seven Apple suppliers use Uyghur forced labor to make iPhone parts.

More than 1,000 Apple employees have signed the letter, which boasts that Apple employees "reached out to support and will continue to support our Asian communities in the face of anti-Asian hate and attacks." The letter also notes that Apple employees "will continue to stand shoulder-to-shoulder with our Black and Brown communities in their fight for justice and equity."

The signatories demand Apple not use the words "conflict" or "clash" to describe the fighting in Gaza, "as those words imply a power symmetry that simply does not exist." The letter similarly demands Apple refrain from commenting on "both sides" of the conflict in Gaza, "as doing so would feel to us as the equivalent of ‘all lives matter’—a minimization of the disproportionately larger pain and suffering of the Palestinian people."

Workers at other tech companies have also called on their employers to formally condemn Israel. On Wednesday, a group of "Jewish and allied" Google employees called on the company to formally terminate its contracts with the Israel Defense Forces.

Medical Experts Raise Alarm Over Safety of COVID-19 Vaccines in Children, Pregnant Women, and Those Who Already Have Antibodies

Two prominent medical professionals are raising red flags over the safety and efficacy of the COVID-19 vaccines in children, in pregnant women, and in those who have previously caught the coronavirus and now have antibodies. There are alarming reports in the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention’s Vaccine Adverse Event Reporting System (VAERS) of healthy children dying shortly after being vaccinated, the doctors say. Also, multiple studies are showing higher rates of adverse effects in people who have recovered from the virus, and the vaccine is not proven to be safe for pregnant women, especially those in their first trimester, according to the doctors.

Dr. Peter McCullough, an American Professor of Epidemiology at Yale University, and Dr. Harvey Risch, professor at the Yale School of Public Health appeared on Fox News’ “Ingraham Angle” Thursday night to voice their concerns regarding these issues.

McCullough told host Laura Ingraham that randomized vaccine trials excluded individuals with COVID-19 antibodies, so we don’t know if the vaccine is safe for those people. McCullough also pointed out that there have been no studies demonstrating the clinical benefit of vaccinating these people.

“Now two studies out of the United Kingdom and one out of New York City show higher rates of vaccine-averse events when COVID-19 recovered patients are needlessly vaccinated,” the doctor said. Because of this, McCullough told Ingraham, it is “contraindicated” for these patients to receive the vaccine. “No evidence of benefit, and only evidence of harm,” he explained.

Additionally, researchers have just released alarming findings from a study involving 13 participants who received two doses of mRNA-1273 vaccine.

The Harvard study found that the vaccine’s spike proteins may enter the bloodstream of an individual after their T-cells—the white blood cells that fight off infections in healthy immune systems—destroy the cells that contain them.
The spike protein is what gives the coronavirus family of viruses their name. The spikes jut out from the surface of the spherical virus, giving it a crown-like halo, hence “corona”. We have also known for a long time that the spike protein is the business end of these viruses, it is what gives the virus its ability to target, latch onto, and enter the cells that it infects. Mutations in the spike protein are also what determine different variants of SARS-CoV-2, and can alter its ability to infect and cause harm.
The spike proteins produced by the vaccines were said to be of no threat to the vaccinated individual because they weren’t supposed to leave the cells that make them.

According to the Harvard researchers, “11 of 13 participants showed detectable levels of SARS-CoV-2 protein as early as day one after first vaccine injection.” They concluded: “The
clinical relevance of this finding is unknown and should be further explored.”

Dr. Fauci, the Director of the U.S. National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases and Biden’s chief medical advisor, is now recommending that children as young as four-years-old receive the experimental COVID-19 vaccines, and has set a goal to start vaccinating the youths by the end of the year.

Ingraham asked Dr. Risch if it was irresponsible to push an experimental vaccine on...

Biden Admin flying illegal alien minors into Tennessee in the middle of night

As first reported by WRCB-TV, a video shows migrant (illegal aliens) children arriving late Saturday night at Chattanooga’s Wilson Air Center. They were flown into the state! You can see them heading to board charter buses on the runway. in the video at the end

Tennessee’s governor and two senators want to know why.

White House press secretary Jen Psaki was asked about the governor’s reports that at least four planes, filled with unaccompanied minors landed in Tennessee some in the middle of the night.

“Well, as we have been very clear about, children– our objective is to unite these unaccompanied children, children under the age of 18 with families, with sponsor families. So children traveling–we’re traveling through, have been traveling through Tennessee,” Psaki said. “They are simply on their way to unite with relatives and sponsors, to meet sponsors in the state, or just traveling through Tennessee until they reach another destination to unite with family members or legal sponsors. As you know, geographically, it’s right in a place where you know, there’s a lot of states around it so it’s a place where some flights have gone through as children are moving to other destinations.

This is what Barack Obama did, but he’s still running the country, isn’t he? He’s turning all our states blue. These are future, permanent Democrat voters.

Governor Bob Lee turned down Biden’s request to house illegal alien minors. The administration did it anyway.
Instead of sending a letter to DHS Secretary Mayorkas, they should send them home.

Fake Florida Whistleblower Rebekah Jones Admits Entire Operation Was A Hoax

Rebekah Jones, the Florida COVID-19 “whistleblower who wasn’t,” conceded Thursday that her entire operation to frame health officials with manipulating pandemic data was a hoax when she admitted she was never asked to delete deaths in the database.

“Deleting deaths was never something I was asked to do,” Jones wrote in a since-deleted post captured and published by National Review’s Charles C. W. Cooke. “I’ve never claimed it was.”

As outlined by Cooke, who chronicled her lucrative scam here, however, she did claim health officials told her to delete pandemic data quite a few times, a supposed bombshell revelation aimed to tank the credibility of the state’s triumphant performance under its Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis.

Below is another deleted post, published in National Review, where Jones accused Florida Deputy Secretary of Health Dr. Shamarial Roberson of instructing Jones “to delete cases and deaths,” the entire premise of the whistleblower story.

Jones claimed in a story amplified by CNN, MSNBC, and other corporate outlets that she was fired from her job as a mid-level bureaucrat running a website because she refused to manipulate the data. As Cooke outlined in his piece last week exposing her as a deep-state con artist, however, Jones had no ability to comply with the supposed requests.

Cooke explains:
As part of the 10,000 word screed Jones wrote after my piece was published, she linked to a snippet of code that shows clearly that her dashboard did not interact directly with the state’s database, but instead utilized Excel files that other people at the Florida Department of Health had put on a network drive.

Or, put another way: Jones confirmed this week that she has been lying about the role she played in the department. And, once she’d done that, there was nothing that she could do except to back off her main claim. No direct access to the database means no ability to delete data from the database. No ability to delete data from...
the database means no claim that she was asked to...

CONFIRMED: Black female was behind racist Instagram hoax account

EXCLUSIVE: School officials hid race from the public

The College Fix has obtained police reports from White Bear Lake in Minnesota that indicate that the creator of an Instagram account that sent racist messages to black girls, is a black female.

The school district had only referred to her as a “young person” and originally said that the incident appeared to be a “hoax” but walked back from that statement.

But the police reports, obtained by The College Fix through a public records act request, state that the student who created the account is a member of the Black Excellence Club.

Police could not confirm that she is also the one who sent the racist messages, which included telling a group of black girls to “Die Nigger,” among other things. However, using tech forensics, police determined that the messages were sent from the girl’s home IP address, according to police reports.

What’s more, the unidentified black girl told a White Bear Lake police officer that she could not tell her friends that she created the account but did not send the messages because “they’re not stupid.”

The girl will not face any criminal charges for the hate-crime hoax.

“The case as presented by law enforcement did not warrant criminal charges,” Dennis Gerhardstein, a spokesperson for the Ramsey County prosecutor’s office, said in...

Crazed Florida Woman Stalks Governor DeSantis...

In another Very Florida story, a woman with a colorful criminal history has spent the last year collecting media accolades and a half-million dollars in donations by accusing the Republican governor of Florida, Ron DeSantis, of fudging the state’s COVID numbers.

Rebekah Jones, website designer (not “scientist,” as the media insistently claim), falsely accused DeSantis of doing what Gov. Andrew Cuomo of New York actually was doing with the COVID numbers. From the extensive media coverage, I figured maybe the DeSantis administration was taking advantage of gray areas to make the state’s record look as good as possible. Not as bad as what Cuomo was doing, but something.

Nope! This whole story was the fantasy of a crazed stalker, as explained in detail by Christina Pushaw in Human Events and Charles Cook in National Review.

I forgot my own admonition that you can’t believe anything the media say.

The canonization of Rebekah Jones is only the latest example of the press latching onto any lunatic who attacks a Republican. Remember Bill Burkett? (CBS’s deranged source for the fake Bush Air National Guard story.) Jamie Leigh Jones? (Falsely claimed she was gang-raped in Iraq by Halliburton employees.) How about media star and Democratic presidential hopeful Michael Avenatti? (He was going to vanquish Donald Trump and Brett Kavanaugh with Stormy Daniels and Julie Swetnick, until his criminal past caught up with him.)

Hey, whatever happened to Haven Monahan?

Contrary to Jones’ allegations, she could not have been asked to falsify Florida COVID numbers, for the simple reason that she didn’t generate the numbers. She designed and updated the state’s website using data given to her by actual epidemiologists, but had no role in the collection of the information and no earthly idea what it should be.

On the other hand, she did:

— steal people’s private information;

block a colleague from accessing the site;

— use the Florida emergency notification system to send out a deranged message pushing her personal conspiracy theory — something she staunchly denies despite overwhelming forensic evidence; and

defame an accomplished black woman scientist as “the most corrupt, lying, incompetent and ignorant person that could be ever be (sic) put in charge.” (In this one instance, the media decided to give a pass to someone insulting a black person.)

As is probably true of many esteemed scientists, Jones had an illegitimate child in her junior year of college and, in 2016, as a graduate student at Louisiana State University, was charged with two counts of battery on a police officer.

But it wasn’t until she got to Florida that Jones really hit her stride. In 2017, then in her late 20s and an instructor at Florida State University, the married Jones had an affair with a student, Garrett Sweeterman.

She then penned a graphic 342-page essay on their relationship –- written while she was married to the world’s most tolerant husband. Hello, honey! I’m home. I’ll be in the study for the next two hours working on that Penthouse Letter about my extramarital affair.

Jones has claimed that Sweeterman is the father of her 2-year-old child, but two days before he was to provide his DNA, her paternity suit against him was dismissed. (Only the hard-hearted would suggest she is a loon trying to entrap the kid into marriage because she prefers him to her husband.)

The manifesto reads like something a nitwit 13-year-old girl would write, giving a play-by-play description of their sexual encounters, followed by Sweeterman’s repeated attempts to break up with her, which she calls his “mind games.” Anyone reading her manifesto can see that her great love affair was nothing but a booty call for him.

In short order, Jones was stalking Sweeterman, destroying his property and posting naked photos of him online — as well as sending revenge porn to his mother and employer. Despite Sweeterman’s restraining order against her, in addition to a court order directing her to stay away from campus, Jones would show up unannounced at his classes...
