Joe Biden to Release 25,000 Illegal Aliens into the U.S. While Cases are Heard

The Biden administration announced today its plans to release tens of thousands of aliens waiting in Mexico for their next immigration court hearings into the United States “while their cases proceed”.

The first of an estimated 25,000 asylum-seekers in Mexico with active cases will be allowed in the United States on Feb. 19, authorities said. They plan to start slowly with two border crossings each processing up to 300 people a day and a third crossing taking fewer.

Ironically, “administration officials declined to name the crossings out of fear they may encourage a rush of people to those locations,” reports the Associated Press.

The disastrous, and down-right dangerous move is another regressive step made by the Biden administration when it comes to immigration. This time targeting the effective and common-sense Remain in Mexico program. The Migrant Protection Protocols was introduced in January 2019 and enrolled approximately 70,000 aliens.

This is in addition to reports that are already surfacing that after the first signs of a coming border surge, the Biden administration has restarted the tragic practice of ‘catch and release’, continually turning illegal aliens loose into the U.S. with a mear notice to appear, providing yet another magnet for increased illegal immigration.

Homeland Security Secretary Alejandro Mayorkas, who was found by the DHS Inspector General of using his authority to expedite and overturn previously declined EB-5 visa applications on behalf of senior members of the Democratic Party, stated on the matter:

As President Biden has made clear, the U.S. government is committed to rebuilding a safe, orderly, and humane immigration system. This latest action is another step in our commitment to reform immigration policies that do not align with our nation’s values.

However, this doublespeak seems to highlight some mixed messaging coming from the Biden administration; as DHS said the move “should not be interpreted as an opening for people to migrate irregularly to the United States.”

Administration officials have said repeatedly that the vast majority of people who cross the border illegally are quickly expelled but massive releases of alien families in Texas and California have worked against that...

Hunter still owns 10% of Chinese private equity firm 24 days into Biden’s presidency

Hunter Biden continues to hold a 10% equity stake in a Chinese private equity firm 24 days into his father’s presidency, business records show.

Hunter Biden holds his stake in BHR Partners through his company, Skaneateles LLC, according to business records from China’s National Credit Information Publicity System.

President Joe Biden promised on multiple occasions during his presidential campaign that no one in his family would be engaged in foreign business if he won his election.

White House Press Secretary Jen Psaki confirmed last Friday that Hunter Biden still held a position in BHR and was in the process of divesting from the firm.

“He has been working to unwind his investment but I would certainly point you — he’s a private citizen — I would point you to him or his lawyers on the outside,” Psaki said.

However, Hunter Biden’s lawyer George Mesires has not responded to numerous inquiries from the Daily Caller News Foundation asking when he expects to be divested from BHR and whether he will receive any return on his $420,000 initial investment in the firm.

Both the Daily Mail and Fox News reported in late December that Hunter Biden was in the process of divesting from BHR. Both outlets cited an unnamed source with knowledge of his business dealings.

BHR is co-owned by the Chinese state-controlled Bank of China and manages the equivalent of $2.1 billion in assets, according to its website.

Mesires said in October 2019 that Hunter Biden had not received any return on his investment into BHR. However, emails located on a copy of Hunter Biden’s alleged laptop show that he was told on multiple occasions to expect to receive significant payments from BHR starting in...

Deep State, Dark Intentions

The NSA concentrates on collecting information on ordinary citizens because they are the low hanging fruit, while the real enemies of the U.S. are much harder to catch.

Barton Gellman’s Dark Mirror: Edward Snowden and the American Surveillance State raises important questions about American society and politics. It deals with power over personal information and its implications for control, secrecy, individual rights, and politics on a global scale.

The author starts with Edward Snowden and his revelations of the existence of a global surveillance leviathan, feeding off the main arteries of global communications networks. Gellman was one of three journalists who first received the secret National Security Agency files from Snowden and wrote a series of articles about them for the Washington Post, for which he was awarded the Pulitzer Prize. He describes his encounters with Snowden, the information he provided, and his efforts to verify the files and expand on them.

Dark Mirror expands into a search for a deeper understanding of the surveillance state through the author’s interviews with top Bush and Obama Administration intelligence officials, participation in industry conferences, and research. This is parallel with Gellman’s effort to keep his contacts secret to avoid legal jeopardy, connected with his cooperation with Snowden and publicizing classified information.

The picture that emerges from this book will be unfamiliar to most Americans. Surveillance was pervasive until the Church Committee reforms led to the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act of 1978, which restricted spying on U.S. citizens and residents, requiring individual warrants. Outside of the United States, President Reagan’s Executive Order 12333 created a legal framework for foreign surveillance.

Golden Age of Surveillance

The aftermath of September 11, 2001, ushered in a golden age of surveillance. Essentially all restrictions were lifted. President George W. Bush ordered the NSA to disregard the statutory warrant requirement and set up a special unit through Vice President Dick Cheney’s office, which oversaw a mass-surveillance program global in scope. It could legally obtain all account information from Google, Facebook, Yahoo, Microsoft, AOL, Skype, YouTube, Apple, Paltalk, phone companies, and other partners—so-called metadata. It consisted of a listing of calls and emails, their destination, time, and duration.

NSA analysts not only could review account information but also dial in and record live audio, video, chat and file transfer and instantly read keystrokes. The justification was the search for unknown terrorists, as it turned out that much of the world’s communications flow through the United States as the cheapest route and that foreigners often used U.S. email accounts.

Another major program established after 9/11 was the location database for virtually all cellphone users in the world. It tracks and stores the location of every device that places mobile telephone calls, logging each phone’s whereabouts over time. The database, Gellman reports, gathered nearly 5 billion records a day pertaining to the movements of millions of individuals. Intelligence agencies could also buy location data information for cellphones commercially.

The U.S. government also began the bulk collection of electronic address books, which permits contact tracing among large numbers of individuals. The alleged purpose was to find unknown associates of known intelligence targets, especially terrorists.

The global scope of the mass-surveillance program was made possible by the intelligence cooperation between the United States and the “Five Eyes” partners: Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.

Domestic Surveillance

Fourth Amendment protections, suspended after 9/11, were permanently modified through the FISA Amendments Act of 2008 and 2012, which defined the legal authority to wiretap at home. Previously, the government could not search an individual account without a warrant from the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court. Each warrant required probable cause to believe that a specific account belonged to an agent of a foreign power. The FISA court performed an individual review before granting warrants.

After 2008, the court would authorize surveillance of an unlimited number of accounts with a single order. This order is defined through rules chosen to define individual accounts to be monitored. Once a year, in a classified session, the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Court reviews the procedure for target selection and for masking the names of Americans who...

When Europe ignored the sex crimes of immigrants, all women suffered

Women in Cologne, Germany, protest immigrant sex attacks in 2016.

When I lived in the Netherlands from 1992 to 2006, I saw an influx of immigrants into society. In 2000, individuals with a “non-Western migration background” made up 8.9 percent of the Dutch population — about 1 out of every 12 people. Today, about 1 out of every 8 people in the Netherlands now has a non-Western migration background.

Meanwhile, women of a foreign/migrant background make up 52 percent of residents in Dutch women’s shelters.

As someone who gained refugee status in the Netherlands, I served as an interpreter for many of these women and had to translate distressing, harrowing experiences related to “honor” violence, forced marriages, and sexual assault. I came to realize that the main issue was not primarily economic poverty, which could be cured by financial means, but cultural clashes.

Gender relations in Western countries are very different from those in traditional societies and patriarchal cultures, where men and women are treated less equally. For instance, women in most Western countries can move about in public spaces with relative safety. In contrast, in a significant number of Muslim-majority states, women need to be accompanied by a male guardian or wear a type of covering in order to avoid serious sexual harassment from men.

In Europe, the multicultural approach has frequently meant turning a blind eye to human rights abuses such as female genital mutilation and child marriages. After all, why take a risk of causing offense? Why risk being viewed as racist? A flashmob gathers in front of a railway station to protest against the New Year’s Eve sex attacks in Cologne, Germany.Getty Images

This is what I call “the bigotry of low expectations.” All of a country’s residents can and should be held to the same standards, regardless of their culture of origin. Applying the same standards to all is the opposite of discrimination.

Where low expectations can lead is illustrated well by the UK’s “grooming gang” scandal, a phenomenon almost entirely ignored by the American media. The scandal has affected thousands of young girls, who were “groomed” by men from mainly Pakistani communities for sexual abuse, prompting a senior official to acknowledge that “cultural reasons” could be at play in the behavior of perpetrators. Fearful of being accused of racism, for years British authorities ignored credible reports of the problem, preferring to turn a blind eye until the scandal was belatedly exposed in the press. Or consider the sexual assaults on 1,200 women in Cologne on New Year’s Eve 2016. Women were viewed as fair game by perpetrators, many of whom were of non-German origin.

Those who cry “racist” at these concerns miss the mark. In refusing to impose their values on others, including real respect for women in the public sphere, Europe’s multiculturalists thought they were being compassionate. They did not realize how damaging an absence of universal values could be, not only to members of immigrant communities but also to...

Cambridge University Panel: Winston Churchill A “White Supremacist” Leading Empire “Worse Than The Nazis”

‘Academics’ label Britain’s past ‘morally poorer than the Third Reich’

A Cambridge University panel of academics discussing wartime Prime Minister Winston Churchill’s legacy concluded that the leader who helped defeat Hitler was actually a “white supremacist” and was leading an empire “worse than the Nazis”.

The London Telegraph reports that the inflammatory comments were made during a discussion titled “Racial Consequences of Mr Churchill”.

Ironically, the event was taking place at the Churchill College, named in honour of the former Prime Minister.

Participants decided that Churchill was “the perfect embodiment of white supremacy”, and labelled the British Empire ‘morally poorer than the Third Reich’.

The academics involved agreed that it is a “problematic narrative” that Britain was ‘virtuous’ in comparison to the Nazis.

One academic, Professor Kehinde Andrews, declared “The British Empire far worse than the Nazis and lasted far longer.”

“That’s just a fact. But if you state something like that it’s like heresy,” Andrews added, claiming that holding Churchill in esteem is part of a process of “lionising dead white men”.

Another panelist, Dr Onyeka Nubia, claimed that Churchill promoted ‘white supremacy’ because he used terms such as “English Speaking Peoples” and “Anglo-Saxon”.

Others argued that Churchill viewed Indian people as animals, and that his policies regarding India led to mass starvation there in the early 1940s.

Another academic, Dr Madhusree Mukerjee, dismissed Britain’s role in the Second World War, stating that “It was the Soviets who defeated the Nazis and the Americans who...

Raphael Warnock-linked New Georgia Project facing possible voter fraud charges, officials say

ATLANTA — Georgia election officials say they’re referring for possible criminal prosecution a potential voter fraud case involving a group recently linked to one of the state’s new Democratic U.S. senators – The New Georgia Project.

U.S. Sen. Raphael Warnock, a Democrat elected to the Senate last month, is named as a respondent in the case because of his former ties to the group, The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported.

It’s among 35 cases involving potential violations of election law being sent from the State Election Board to the attorney general or local prosecutors, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in a statement Thursday.

The New Georgia Project, which bills itself as a nonpartisan effort to register voters, is accused of submitting 1,268 voter registration applications after the 10-day deadline to do so. The missed deadline caused voters to be disenfranchised in the March 19, 2019, special election, according to Raffensperger‘s statement.

It’s among 35 cases involving potential violations of election law that the State Election Board is sending to the attorney general or local prosecutors, Georgia Secretary of State Brad Raffensperger said in a statement Thursday.

Warnock was listed as the CEO for the New Georgia Project at the time, but the organization says his actual position was chairman of its board. He resigned from that post on Jan. 28, 2020.

Warnock and the New Georgia Project didn’t immediately respond to the newspaper’s request for comment.

The New Georgia Project was founded by Democrat Stacey Abrams in 2014.

Also among the cases being referred to prosecutors, some of which date back several years: Four instances of felons voting or registering to vote; four cases of non-citizens voting or registering to vote; and one case of misplaced ballots during the 2020 general election, which didn’t change the outcome, Raffensperger said in a statement.

“Election fraud is not tolerated in Georgia. When there is evidence of it, the people responsible face prosecution,” said Raffensperger, chairman of the five-member election board.

“Georgia has multiple safeguards in place that allow our team of investigators to discover fraudulent voting,” he said. “They worked to catch the wrongdoing in these cases, and they maintain the...

China Bans BBC World News to 'Send a Clear Signal That Fake News is Not Tolerated'

Fake News Is Apparently In the Eye Of The Beholder

Chinese state media outlet Global News on Thursday night announced that China is banning BBC World News from the airwaves due to their "fake news" and relentless "falsified reporting."

From Global Times, "China bars BBC World News over false reports":

BBC World News has been barred from airing in China, the National Radio and Television Administration (NRTA) announced, saying some BBC's reports on China infringed the principles of truthfulness and impartiality in journalism.

Chinese observers said the BBC has turned into "a rumor mill" that deliberately throws mud at China, and the decision to suspend its broadcast sends a clear message that China doesn't accept fake news.

Suspending the broadcast of BBC World News means that it cannot be received anywhere in the Chinese mainland, as China won't provide local resolution analysis service to the broadcast company anymore, said Wang Sixin, a professor of law at the Communication University of China.

He said that the high-profile announcement, on Chinese New Year's Eve, is to show China's attitude, and attract more public attention. "The BBC does not even bother to hide its anti-China rhetoric, commissioning an anti-China so-called 'expert' for research and use fabricated materials to slander China. It deserves...

Biden Considering Stronger Travel Restrictions On Red States Than On Mexico

Creepy Joe Biden is reportedly considering domestic travel restrictions to slow the spread of coronavirus variants while effectively opening the nation’s borders to unvetted foreign trespassers.

“This is a war and we’re at battle with the virus. War is messy and unpredictable, and all options are on the table,” an anonymous White House official told the Miami Herald, singling out Florida, where a third of all strains of the U.K. variant found in the U.S. has been identified.

The variant, known as B.1.1.7 is supposedly more transmissible, doubling in the United States every 10 days according to a new study published Sunday. The study has not yet been peer-reviewed. According to Stanford University professor of medicine Dr. Jay Bhattacharya, the COVID-19 vaccines and previous COVID-19 infection currently appear to give good protection against the U.K. and other newer variants.

Federal travel sanctions on Florida, where the state’s Republican Gov. Ron DeSantis has allowed the economy to remain open with a focused protection approach to prioritizing the vulnerable that so far appears effective, would contradict the Biden administration’s embrace of open borders.

The new president has made undoing his predecessor’s legacy on immigration the hallmark of his first 100 days in office. Of the whopping 29 executive orders recorded by the Federal Register, at least five have targeted President Donald Trump’s policies on immigration, including a halt on construction of the southern border wall. Walls, meanwhile, still surround the U.S. Capitol to protect politicians from alleged domestic threats they have been unable to prove.

MISSOURI COUNTY PASSES ORDINANCE CALLING FOR ARREST OF FEDS WHO ENFORCE UNCONSTITUTIONAL GUN LAWS — THIS IS HOW YOU DO IT

One southwest county in Missouri has a message for Joe Biden and his Democrat gun grabbers: ‘Don’t try that s**t here.’

the Newton County Commission passed an ordinance Feb. 3 that both blocks the implementation of unconstitutional federal gun control laws but also makes it a crime to try to enforce them.

“This is our recourse,” Daniel Horowitz writes at The Blaze.

He explains:
What is our recourse when our own government criminalizes our most basic rights while it allows Black Lives Matter and Antifa to rampage through our streets with impunity? Is there no Plan B when the federal or state governments treat all conservatives like terrorists, business owners like pariahs, and those who yearn to breathe unmasked air like murderers? Well, one Missouri county is demonstrating the importance of sheriffs and county officials returning to self-government and interposing between the governmental usurpers and the most sacred rights of the people.
On Feb. 3, the Newton County, Missouri, Commission passed a bill that will not only block federal enforcement of unconstitutional gun policies, but criminalize their implantation thereof within the jurisdiction of the county. The “Second Amendment Preservation Act of Newton County Missouri” declares that “all federal acts, laws, orders, rules, and regulations passed by the federal government and specifically any Presidential Administration whether past, present, or future, which infringe on the people’s right to keep and bear arms as guaranteed by the Second Amendment of the United States Constitution and Article I, Section 23 of the Missouri Constitution shall be invalid in the county.” …

The Newton ordinance was signed by commissioners Bill Reiboldt, Alan Cook, and David Osborn on Feb. 3 and is effective immediately.

Random Missouri Couple
The relevant section of the Missouri Constitution says: “That the right of every citizen to keep and bear arms, ammunition, and accessories typical to the normal function of such arms, in defense of his home, person, family and property, or when lawfully summoned in aid of the civil power, shall not be questioned. The rights guaranteed by this section shall be unalienable. Any restriction on these rights shall be subject to strict scrutiny and the state of Missouri shall be obligated to uphold these rights and shall under no circumstances decline to protect against their infringement.”

“Specifically, the ordinance targets federal policies that order the tracking or registering of firearms of ammunition, an idea that Democrats have been floating recently. It also bars the enforcement of any effort to confiscate guns except from those who are ‘suspected criminals,'” Horowitz notes.

He also points out that the Newton County ordinance is the latest stand taken by patriots around the country who have formed so-called “Second Amendment sanctuaries” along the lines of the Democratic left’s “sanctuary cities,” enclaves where local and state officials have vowed to not allow federal enforcement of immigration laws.

Horowitz further notes:
Specifically, section 4a of the Newton County ordinance grants the sheriff’s department “full authority to make an arrest of any and all federal agents that violate state laws and enforce regulations” that violate the Second Amendment. Finally, the ordinance bars anyone “who enforces or attempts to enforce...

Michigan Ammo Company Announces No Tolerance Policy for Joe Biden Voters

Biden vote = no ammo.

Michigan ammunition manufacturing company Fenix Ammunition announced a no tolerance policy relating to sales to Joe Biden voters on Thursday, sending left-wingers up in arms over the consequences of their own actions.

Customers who use Fenix Ammo’s website are asked to affirm that they didn’t vote for Joe Biden when making a purchase. The Novi company primarily sells ammunition online.

Fenix’s owners cited Biden’s pledge to criminalize online sales of ammunition as justification for the no tolerance policy. If Biden enacted such a gun control measure, it would destroy Fenix’s business, as well as many other smaller manufacturers of ammunition that lack the capability to compete with outdoors franchises. Guns and ammunition are one of the few industries in the country still defined by small and medium business, with globalist corporations notoriously opposed to the concept of everyday citizens owning guns.

Need Ammo? Buy It HERE

Fenix went on to explain the policy on Twitter, explaining that its customers can’t expect to support measures that would destroy the business while expecting to be served.

Whining from Biden collaborators who expect their gun rights to be recognized by those who they voted to take them from wasn’t tolerated.

The policy has been met with a surge of interest and sales from the Second Amendment community. Fenix sold out its latest production batch of 9mm ammunition in less than a hour today, and overwhelming demand for ammo continues to sell out every form of...

4 Takeaways From Democrats’ Second Full Day of Arguments to Disqualify Trump

In a second full day of making their case for disqualifying Donald Trump from running again for president, House Democrats reminded the Senate of the Charlottesville riot in 2017 and a plot last year to kidnap Michigan’s governor.

The nine House impeachment managers, or prosecutors, kept most of the focus Thursday on a mob’s Jan. 6 attack on the Capitol, but also brought up some of Trump’s comments as a candidate for president in 2015.

The House impeached Trump on a single charge of incitement to insurrection, and Democrats sought to establish a pattern of incitement to convince senators to convict the 45th president and disqualify him from holding a future federal office.

House impeachment managers also said more than once that the cost of beefed-up, militarized security for the Capitol is expected to cost taxpayers $480 million through mid-March. The Democrats argued that the presence of National Guard troops and perimeter fencing was a result of the riot they allege Trump incited.

It would take the votes of 67 senators, or a two-thirds majority, to convict Trump. If Democrats reached that threshold, it would take only a simple majority vote to disqualify Trump from holding federal office again.

The prosecution and the defense each have up to 16 hours to make their case at the Senate impeachment trial, for which Sen. Patrick Leahy, D-Vt., not a federal judge, is presiding.

The House prosecution team wrapped up before 4:30 p.m. with about five hours left. Trump’s lawyers are set to begin making their case Friday, and reportedly will spend only that one day making their case.

Here are key highlights from the third day of Trump’s historic second impeachment trial, which also is the first such trial of a former president.

1. ‘Message’ of U.S. Adversaries

China, Russia, and Iran seized on the riot at the Capitol to mock America’s commitment to democracy and human rights, Rep. Joaquin Castro, D-Texas, told senators, directing their attention to large screens showing quotes from officials of foreign governments.

“What message will we send the rest of the world? We already know the message some of our adversaries took from Jan. 6,” Castro said.

After reading off several examples of talking points from America’s enemies, he said: “We cannot let them use what happened on Jan. 6 to define us, who we are and what we stand for.”

U.S. intelligence agencies are working to determine how many intelligence documents may have been stolen as rioters stormed the building, some leaving with laptops and documents stolen from members of Congress who are privy to classified information, Castro said.

The attack also demonstrated to terrorists that federal buildings are vulnerable, he argued.

“We have spent trillions of dollars building the strongest military in the world, and billions of dollars on the most sophisticated weaponry on the planet, to prevent the kind of attack that occurred at this Capitol on Jan. 6,” Castro said.

2. ‘Most Violent … So Far’

Rep. Jamie Raskin, D-Md., leader of the impeachment managers, called the mob’s attack on the Capitol the “culmination of the president’s actions.”

“The insurrection was the most violent and dangerous episode so far in Donald Trump’s continuing pattern and practice of inciting violence, but I emphasize so far,” Raskin said.

A mob began breaking into the Capitol while Trump continued to address supporters in a rally just south of the White House, using the word “fight” as Congress was meeting in joint session to certify what Trump called a “stolen” election.

The Maryland Democrat said Trump has stirred supporters to violence in the past with a “wink and nod,” not a direct order, he argued.

Raskin warned senators of the potential consequences of allowing Trump to become president again:

Is there any political leader in this room who believes that, if he is ever allowed by the Senate to get back into the Oval Office, Donald Trump would stop inciting violence to get his way? Would you bet the lives of more police officers on that? Would you bet the safety of your family on that? Would you bet the future of your democracy on that? … If he gets back into office and it happens again, we’ll have no one to blame but ourselves.

Raskin added: “If you don’t find this a high crime and misdemeanor today, you have set a new, terrible standard for presidential misconduct in the United States of America.”

The outcome of the riot and breach of the Capitol could have been far worse, as some in the mob openly talked of killing House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, then-Vice President Mike Pence, and other members of Congress, Rep. David Cicilline, D-R.I., argued.

“What if President Trump had been successful? What if he had succeeded in overturning the will of the people and our constitutional processes?” Cicilline said. “Who among us is willing to risk that outcome by letting Trump’s constitutional crimes go unanswered?”

3. Recalling Charlottesville

Rep. Diana DeGette, D-Colo., delivered a presentation that included video of violence during the 2017 riot in Charlottesville, Virginia, in which white nationalists clashed with the leftist extremist group Antifa.

“I’d argue we’re not just back where we were,” DeGette told senators. “I would argue things are worse. In 2017, it was unfathomable to most of us to think that Charlottesville could happen.”

Cicilline said many of the Capitol rioters apparently were white nationalists who carried Confederate flags and harassed black police officers and janitorial staff with racial epithets.

“And then after all that, these same workers, many of them people of color, were forced to clean up the mess left by mobs of white nationalists,” Cicilline said, adding:

One member of the janitorial staff reflected how terrible he felt when he had to clean up feces that had been smeared on the wall, blood of a rioter who had died, broken glass, and other objects strewn all over the floor. He said, ‘I felt bad. I felt degraded.’

4. ‘Donald Trump Sent Them’

DeGette showed images of rioters on large screens and asked rhetorically, “Looking at these people makes you...
