John Kerry’s Surprising Comments on International Regulations and Climate Change

Although he probably didn’t mean to, Secretary of State John Kerry made a compelling case for why the U.S. and other countries should not go down the path of shutting down coal-fired plants, raising energy prices and stunting economic growth to combat global warming.

Speaking in Paris, Kerry said:
The fact is that even if every American citizen biked to work, carpooled to school, used only solar panels to power their homes, if we each planted a dozen trees, if we somehow eliminated all of our domestic greenhouse gas emissions, guess what – that still wouldn’t be enough to offset the carbon pollution coming from the rest of the world.
If all the industrial nations went down to zero emissions – remember what I just said, all the industrial emissions went down to zero emissions – it wouldn’t be enough, not when more than 65 percent of the world’s carbon pollution comes from the developing worl
d.
He’s exactly right. Paul Knappenberger and Patrick Michaels estimate that the climate regulations the Obama administration are imposing on the energy sector – costs that will be passed down to households – will avert a meager 0.018 degree Celsius of warming by the year 2100.

In fact, the U.S. could cut 100 percent of its CO2 emissions and it would not make a difference in global warming.

Using the same climate sensitivity modeling as the U.N.’s Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change, the world would only be 0.137 degree C cooler by 2100. What’s worse is that if you included...

Traitorous: Obama Administration Shut Down Terror Investigation That Could Have Prevented San Bernardino Attack

A former Department of Homeland Security agent says that an investigation he was conducting into a fundamentalist Islamic group operating in the U.S. may have helped stop San Bernardino jihadi Syed Farook had the government not shut down his probe.
During an interview with Fox News’ Megyn Kelly on Thursday, Philip Haney said that in 2012 as an agent with U.S. Customs and Border Protection’s National Targeting Center, he opened an investigation into a Sunni Islamic group called, Tablighi Jamaat, a subset of the fundamentalist Deobandi movement.

But Haney said that just a year into the investigation it was shut down by the State Department and the Homeland Security Office for Civil Rights and Civil Liberties.

The reason the investigation was quashed? Because the federal government did not want to profile Islamic groups, Haney told Kelly.

In the process of shutting down Haney’s inquiry, the feds also deleted his files, which included information on an organization with ties to Farook’s mosque, San Bernardino’s Deobandi movement-affiliated Dar-al-Uloom al-Islamia.

And Farook’s wife and accomplice, Tashfeen Malik, went to school at Pakistan’s al-Huda, which also has ties to....

Sens. Cruz and Sessions Introduce H-1B Reduction/Reform Bill

In sharp contrast to the Grassley-Durbin bill calling for some useful modifications of the H-1B program, Sens. Ted Cruz (R-Texas) and Jeff Sessions (R-Ala.) have introduced legislation that would just about terminate the H-1B worker program, as they announced in a press release.

This is the most sweeping anti-H-1B legislation to be introduced into Congress in my memory.

Sessions, chair of the Senate's immigration subcommittee, has long been opposed to the H-1B program because it denies jobs to some U.S. workers and reduces wages for many others. Cruz, now a candidate for president, was, until recently, a champion of expanding the program.

In fact, during the 2013 debate on the Gang of Eight's "comprehensive immigration reform" bill, Cruz, at the committee level, introduced a failed amendment that would have boosted the ceilings on new H-1B admissions from 85,000 to 325,000, as I reported at the time.

The Cruz-Sessions bill is in harmony with the Texas senator's overall current immigration policy, hailed as "imperfect but a big step forward" by Mark Krikorian in a posting last month.

The Cruz-Sessions legislation, the American Jobs First Act of 2015 (S.2394), would set a minimum wage of $110,000 a year for new H-1Bs, which would seriously dampen employers' interest in the program, as they usually pay much less than that for their...

The More Dishonest Lefties Attack Trump, The More I Like Him...

Ted Cruz is still my top guy, but damn I love the way that Trump frustrates the traitorous, lying press and the left in general. They will lie about what he says, take it out of context, lie to the low information masses and still, Trump stays on top and gives the leftstream media heartburn at night. If it makes lefties feel uncomfortable or bad, if it frustrates them, and makes them angry the more I like it.

Years and years of hearing the lies of the media, the way they cover a minor topic as if it was important and then completely ignore news that I feel is important, the way the leftist media brainwashes and indoctrinates lazy and ignorant minds have frustrated me for years. Your turn assholes, I hope Trump grabs you by the balls and makes you scream for your mommies, you filthy, lying assholes.
