Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

Foreign IT Workers Are A Security And Economic Risk: Foreign IBM Employee Steals Proprietary Source Code...
The U.S. has charged a Chinese national with economic espionage and theft of the source code of a clustered file system belonging to his former U.S. employer, the Department of Justice said. Xu Jiaqiang is alleged to have committed the crimes for his own benefit and that of the National Health and Family Planning Commission in China.
The charges against Xu highlight the security and intellectual property risks faced by U.S. companies with operations in other countries and companies that employ imported foreign workers at home.
Xu, who was initially arrested by the FBI in December and was charged with one count of theft of trade secrets, is scheduled to be arraigned on a superseding indictment of charges of economic espionage on Thursday in federal court in New York, the DOJ said.
The company whose source code Xu is alleged to have stolen was not named in court filings or in the DOJ statement, but a Reuters report said he was employed by IBM.
LinkedIn lists a developer with the same name as employed with IBM in China around the same period. The company has 2,300 developers located in Beijing, Shanghai and Taipei at its China Development Lab (CDL) that was founded in 1999.
IBM could not be immediately reached for comment.
Xu worked as a developer for the U.S. company’s branch in China from November 2010 to May 2014. He had full access to proprietary source code, including the ability to download it to a computer or storage device, according to the original...

Horowitz: Donald Trump’s Speech Is a Game Changer
Donald Trump’s speech on national security, which he delivered the day after the terrorist attack in Orlando, Florida, will change the dynamic of this election.
The speech was specific, detailed, and on the money. Trump showed how strategic securing the border is, how important stopping immigration from terror zones like Syria is, and how deadly political correctness has become. Political correctness – which transforms the Islamic world, which has a lot to answer for, from aggressors into innocent victims – functions as a shield for Islamic terrorists, and handcuffs law-abiding citizens prompting them not to report suspicious activities by Muslims for fear of being called racist.
Trump was especially courageous (and politically incorrect) in pointing out that the Muslim communities in which the terrorists operate know what is going on but don’t say anything. What a contrast with Hillary’s speech today, which focused on reinforcing political correctness – attacking so-called assault rifles, as though guns and not fanatics were the problem, and emphasizing the importance of not alienating Muslims by acknowledging that a large and growing segment of the Islamic world is at war with us. What contempt for Muslims who are also victims of Islamic terror!
Does denying reality encourage non-belligerent Muslims to help us? For seven and a half years, the Obama administration has closed its eyes to the Islamic dimensions of the terrorist threat, has refused as long and as much as possible to even...

ISIS Reports Leader Abu Bakr al-Baghdadi is Dead Following US Airstrikes
Baghdadi’s death, reported in the Turkish daily Yenis Safak, would be welcome news. It would mean the elimination of a charismatic leader with a cult like following, and could leave a leadership vacuum that would lead to more infighting in ISIS.
Yet al-Baghdadi, the self-proclaimed caliph of all Muslims, has been killed before–or so we were told. Those previous reports were all a bit premature. The photos below are both examples of false reports.
The initial reports this time say he was killed Sunday, June 12th, but the U.S. has yet to confirm the reports. Perhaps, after false alarms, they’re taking greater pains to confirm the facts.
The flip side to that is the very real possibility that this is just another red herring. The Pentagon is issuing plausible denials, saying that they’re unaware of any ISIS leadership being killed in the recent raids.
But he still continues to shun the spotlight for an aura of mystery that adds to his appeal and his lack of public appearances means he still has a unprecedented $10million bounty on his head.
Baghdadi has a PhD in Islamic studies and was a professor at....
