The incident occurred on June 2, but did not come to light until more than two weeks later when stories began to swirl on social media.

The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution each contain a due process clause. Due process deals with the administration of justice and thus the due process clause acts as a safeguard from arbitrary denial of life, liberty, or property by the Government outside the sanction of law.

Democrats definitely believe in the Fifth Amendment, this is where they raise their right hand and plead the fifth to not testify against their crimes against America. The IRS Administrators did this and Hillary Clinton's people did this to hide their complicity in the email scandal.
