Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

Report: Child Rape Victim Lambasts Hillary Clinton for Defending Her Rapist
A woman who was raped as a child four decades ago said she would never forgive Hillary Clinton for legally defending the man who attacked her despite the Democratic nominee suggesting in recordings that she knew the assailant was guilty.
Kathy Shelton, who was 12 years old when a 41-year-old man lured her into a car and raped her, accused Clinton of “lying” on the campaign trail any time she paints herself as a defender of children and women, the Daily Mail reported exclusively Tuesday.
“It’s put a lot of anger back in me,” Shelton said. “Every time I see [Clinton] on TV I just want to reach in there and grab her, but I can’t do that.”
Clinton served in 1975 as the court-appointed attorney for Thomas Alfred Taylor, a factory worker accused of raping Shelton on the side of a deserted Arkansas road.
Taylor, who faced 30 years to life in prison, was able to plead down to “unlawful fondling of a minor” after Clinton used a legal technicality to prevent forensic evidence that connected Taylor to the rape from being used in court, the Washington Free Beacon previously reported. Taylor served less than a year in prison.
Clinton wrote in a court affidavit at the time that Shelton was “emotionally unstable” and had a “tendency to seek out older men and engage in fantasizing.” Shelton told the Daily Mail that the former first lady had ordered she take a psychiatric examination to determine whether the 12-year-old was “mentally stable.”
“I don’t think [Clinton’s] for women or girls. I think she’s lying, I think she said anything she can to get in the campaign and...

Hillary Ignores First Olympic Medal Winner In Rifle – Heaps Praise On Losing Muslim American In Hijab
When Ibtihaj Muhammad became the first U.S. Olympic athlete to compete wearing her Muslim hijab, the liberals were falling over each other to praise this brave, brave woman.
I suppose this is a neat thing. And yes, maybe it shows the world that we don’t care what your religion is, or your silly fashion statements. And American is an American and all that, right?
It doesn’t help that she bashed the U.S. because she said it’s a place full of bigots. She doesn’t feel safe in the U.S. because she’s Muslim, she said.
Um… ok. She’s entitled to that opinion, right. We’re still proud of her. We’re proud of all our athletes, right?
So liberals are praising her. Even telling us she should have carried the U.S. Flag at the opening ceremony instead of Michael Phelps because...

Two Benghazi Parents Sue Hillary Clinton for Wrongful Death, Defamation–NBC News
The parents of two Americans killed in the 2012 terrorist attacks on U.S. diplomatic facilities in Benghazi, Libya, filed a wrongful death lawsuit in federal court Monday against Hillary Clinton.
In the suit, Patricia Smith and Charles Woods, the parents of Sean Smith and Tyrone Woods, claim that Clinton’s use of a private e-mail server contributed to the attacks. They also accuse her of defaming them in public statements.
Smith was an information management officer and Woods was a security officer, both stationed in Benghazi.
“The Benghazi attack was directly and proximately caused, at a minimum by defendant Clinton’s ‘extreme carelessness’ in handling confidential and classified information,” such as the location of State Department employees in Libya, the lawsuit said.

A woman and her two children are dead, thanks to Obama’s early release of dangerous criminals.
Obama relaxed drug crime sentences in the name of ending “racial discrimination”, releasing 6,000 “non-violent” drug convicts last November. Below is just one result of that decision.
A convicted crack dealer who left prison early as part of the Obama administration’s mass release of federal inmates has been indicted by a grand jury for fatally stabbing his ex-girlfriend and her two kids in Columbus, Ohio. The gory crime drew national attention because the children, ages 7 and 10, were murdered to eliminate them as witnesses in the brutal massacre of their 32-year-old mother.
As if it weren’t bad enough that the administration is rewarding thousands of criminals with get-out-of-jail cards, huge amounts of taxpayer dollars are being spent on programs to help them find housing and jobs. In the aftermath of the mass release of federal prisoners Judicial Watch reported on two “re-entry” programs to ease the transition from jail. One received $1.7 million and ordered public housing facilities not to reject tenants with criminal records. The other allocated $20 million to the Department of Labor (DOL) to help ex-cons find work and thus end the “cycle of poverty, criminality and incarceration.”
This week a grand jury in Franklin County returned a 10-count, death-penalty indictment against the ex-con, 35-year-old Wendell Callahan, for the triple murders. Callahan broke into his ex-girlfriend’s apartment and stabbed the three victims, according to a statement issued by Franklin County Prosecutor Ron O’Brien announcing the indictment. The bloody crime scene was discovered by the woman’s current boyfriend, who subsequently engaged in a fight with Callahan before he fled. The indictment includes charges of aggravated murder with prior calculation and design and aggravated murder of victims under the age of 13. “There are multiple charges regarding the three victim deaths because there are different methods to commit the crime of murder and the Prosecutor’s Office typically charges all methods”, O’Brien stated. Callahan is in jail on $3 million bail and is scheduled to be arraigned later this week.
Callahan should have been in jail when the crimes occurred, but he was released four years early because federal sentencing guidelines for crack dealers got reduced. The change is part of President Obama’s effort to reform the nation’s justice system as a way of ending racial discrimination.
The initiative was technically launched back in 2010 when the president signed a measure that for the first time in decades relaxed drug-crime sentences he claimed discriminated against poor and minority offenders. This severely weakened a decades-old law enacted during the infamous crack cocaine epidemic that ravaged urban communities nationwide in the 1980s. As part of the movement the U.S. Sentencing Commission lowered maximum sentences for drug offenders and made it retroactive, leading to the early release of thousands of violent thugs like Callahan.
In November the administration began releasing 6,000 drug convicts coined “non-violent” offenders whose sentences were too long under the old guidelines. News reports quickly surfaced contradicting the administration’s assessment that the newly released convicts were not violent. Among them was the leader of a multi-million dollar operation that smuggled drugs from Canada to Maine. Prosecutors refer to the 29-year-old con as a “drug kingpin” who was one of “America’s Most Wanted.”
