Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

Illegal Immigrants Sue Trump Administration for Detaining Them
Legal challenge directed at ICE an apparent reaction to crackdown on asylum status abuse
A group of illegal aliens filed a lawsuit against the Trump administration last week, claiming Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) has retaliated against them for filing asylum claims by keeping them in detention for months in “prison-like” conditions.
The suit was filed on behalf of five people who crossed the U.S.-Mexico border. Three are from West Africa, one is from Honduras, and one is from Guatemala.
All have claimed that they have a "credible fear" of persecution or torture if they were returned to their own country, and are asking for asylum in the United States.
Judicial Watch, which uncovered evidence in 2013 that illegal immigrants were being coached to claim asylum to get around U.S. immigration laws, said the lawsuit appears to be a reaction to a crackdown on abuse of asylum.
"It appears that the 'credible fear' gravy train has finally come to a halt, and illegal immigrants and their open border allies are suing the Trump administration to return to the good ole days," Irene Garcia, a researcher with the watchdog organization wrote.
The number of people seeking asylum in the U.S. rose sevenfold in just five years during the Obama administration, from about 5,000 a year to 36,000. Judicial Watch reported in 2013 that a veteran immigration lawyer in Texas said of asylum: "It's like the magic word. Say it and the government has to give...

Why ‘Indigenous Peoples’ Day’ Is Far Worse Than Columbus Day
If we really want to commemorate horrifying, unspeakable violence and oppression in the Americas, I’ve got the perfect holiday: ‘Indigenous Peoples' Day.’
Los Angeles and Austin, Texas have now joined the list of liberal-run cities that have eradicated Columbus Day from their calendars and replaced it with “Indigenous Peoples’ Day.” In LA, the desire to dis the European discoverer was so strong that they rejected a compromise proposal to keep Columbus Day and add “Indigenous Peoples’ Day” elsewhere.
“We need to dismantle a state-sponsored celebration of genocide of indigenous peoples,” said Chrissie Castro of the LA Native American Indian Commission. “To make us celebrate on any other day would be further injustice.”
Most Americans don’t agree. A new Marist poll finds 56 percent of Americans admire Columbus and support Columbus Day. They reject the idea that it’s a holiday about slaughter and enslavement. However, if we really want to commemorate horrifying, unspeakable violence and oppression in the Americas, I’ve got the perfect holiday: “Indigenous People’s Day.”
“Long before the white European knew a North American continent existed, Indians of the Northern Plains were massacring entire villages,” says George Franklin Feldman in the book “Cannibalism, Headhunting and Human Sacrifice in North America: A History Forgotten.” “And not just killed, but mutilated. Hands and feet were cut off, each body’s head was scalped, the remains were left scattered around the village, which was burned.”
Less Pocahontas and More Blood Sacrifice
When thinking of pre-Columbian America, forget what you’ve seen in the Disney movies. Think “slavery, cannibalism and mass human sacrifice.” From the Aztecs to the Iroquois, that was life among the indigenous peoples before Columbus arrived.
For all the talk from the angry and indigenous about European slavery, it turns out that pre-Columbian America was virtually one huge slave camp. According to “Slavery and Native Americans in British North America and the United States: 1600 to 1865,” by Tony Seybert, “Most Native American tribal groups practiced some form of slavery before the European introduction of...

Soiled ISIS Fighters Surrendering In Droves: ‘It Really Means This Is The End’
Nearly a thousand Islamic State fighters have surrendered to Kurdish forces after the terror group lost its last major city in Iraq, The New York Times reports.
Many of the dejected fighters reportedly have soiled themselves and await interrogation and trial by Kurdish authorities. The mass surrender of the terrorist group is particularly unusual for ISIS, who’ve made a point of fighting to the very last man. In many cases the group made the last days of battle painful for the opposing force by deploying waves of suicide bombers.
One fighter recalled to TheNYT that the ISIS governor of the town of Hawija himself gave the order to surrender in mass. “I believe if the governors are telling us to surrender, it really means that this is the end,” he lamented.
“The speed at which the enemy gave up surprised me,” Operation Inherent Resolve commander Lt. Gen. Paul Funk told USATODAY after the battle. “Their leaders are abandoning them.”
Hawija was the last stronghold the terrorist group in Iraq after nearly three years of pitched battle with the Iraqi Security Forces, the Kurdish Peshmerga, and Iranian-backed Shiite militias. Still, the battle against the terrorist group is not over yet in Iraq. Operation Inherent Resolve noted Thursday that the Iraqi Security Forces “are concurrently conducting operations in Western Anbar province and have already secured the towns of Anah, Rayhanah, and Akashat.”
The terrorist group is also mounting a losing campaign in Syria, where the majority of its capital has fallen to the U.S.-backed...

Everyone Knew Harvey Weinstein Was Harassing Women While They Took His Donations
An explosive New York Times article came out this week filled with accusations from a host of women, including Ashley Judd and Rose McGowan, that Weinstein made unwanted sexual advances over multiple decades.
As Democrat politicians and the DNC took wads of cash from Weinstein, all the while railing about women’s rights, his sexual harassment of women was an open secret. Their claim that Republican men don’t respect women like they do falls flat.
Hollywood, the media and Democrat politicians are mostly ignoring the Weinstein sexual harassment scandal, even as new information comes out. According to Jake Tapper and others it was an open secret in Hollywood, but Tapper, a reporter, never said a word.
Weinstein gave to every Democrat imaginable, including the DNC, Hillary Clinton who has said nothing, Chuck Schumer, Kirsten Gillibrand, Barack Obama, Elizabeth Warren and many others. President Obama sent Malia to intern with Weinstein. Michelle Obama praised him, calling him a wonderful man. This was despite the open secret.
The left is beating off the allegations of hypocrisy. It rolls off their backs as they turn it on Republicans. As Weinstein is attacked, Democrats pick out Republicans they feel have sexually harassed women — for which they often have little or no evidence. Weinstein has basically admitted his transgressions.
The powerhouse movie mogul visited the White House thirteen times although they had to know about this open secret. The Obamas remain silent.
Gloria Allred’s daughter, Lisa Bloom, is defending this molester of women, although she claims to be a feminist lawyer and staunch woman’s rights activist like her mother. Bloom has attacked Republican men for sexual harassment with little or no evidence, but for Weinstein, a Democrat mega-donor, she offers the excuse that...

Leftist Student Could Face FELONY For Stealing Fellow Student’s MAGA Hat
A college student who ripped the “MAGA” hat off another student and demanded he be punished for it could herself be facing felony charges for the incident. Looks like being a thief isn’t something all Leftists can get away with.
Edith Macias, a student at the University of California at Riverside tore the “Make America Great Again” hat off of Matthew Vitale’s head on Sept. 27, as seen in a video he captured.
In the nearly ten-minute-long video – obtained by Campus Reform, you can see that Macias is goes to campus officials and demand that Vitale be punished for wearing the hat. All the while, Vitale is just pleading for the return of his property.
“So this guy thought it would be a good idea to go into a conference wearing this f***ing hat,” Macias states as she walks into the Student Life department at the school. “Look at the kind of sh*t he’s wearing, You know what this represents? This represents genocide — genocide of a bunch of people.”
Vitale then tries to explain that “you do not get to take other people’s property that is legally theirs in this country,” to which the unidentified thief replies, “man, f*** your laws.”
“Do you have any f***ing conscience?” she goes on to ask, questioning why Vitale would dare to wear a MAGA hat on campus and telling him that his “f***ing freedom of speech is genocide, homeboy.”
“Y’all are just gonna mediate this and make it so like, ‘Oh, we’re all OK here. Freedom of speech.’ Whatever. How about we actually think about what’s going on?” Macias says to school officials while holding Vitale’s hat. “I f***ing hate this country. I hate it, and I’m not leaving. I’m staying here because there’s sh*t that needs to...
