Ex-boyfriend filed restraining order against third Kavanaugh accuser
Julie Swetnick, the woman who accused Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh and a friend of attending house parties where women — including herself — were sexually assaulted, had a restraining order filed against her years later in Miami by her former boyfriend.
A Miami-Dade County court docket shows a petition for injunction against Swetnick was filed March 1, 2001, by her former boyfriend, Richard Vinneccy, who told POLITICO Wednesday the two had dated for four years before they broke up.
Thirteen days later, the case was dismissed, not long after an affidavit of non-ability to advance fees was filed.
According to Vinneccy, Swetnick threatened him after they broke up and even after he got married to his current wife and had a child.
“Right after I broke up with her, she was threatening my family, threatening my wife and threatening to do harm to my baby at that time,” Vinneccy said in a telephone interview with POLITICO. "I know a lot about her.”
"She’s not credible at all,” he said. “Not at all.”
The allegation is likely to raise questions among Republican defenders of Kavanaugh about Swetnick’s credibility after her attorney Michael Avenatti revealed her...

VIDEO: Somalis Riot at Minnesota Amusement Park, Forcing Evacuation
Cultural Enrichment:
On Saturday September 22, 2018 at the ValleyFair amusement park in Shakopee, Minnesota, police and emergency responders had to evacuate all guests after a mob of Somali teenagers and men rushed through security and caused several violent fights to break out inside the park.
According to eyewitnesses who were at the park to celebrate Law Enforcement Appreciation Day, a group of nearly 100 Somali men mob rushed past security and amusement park staffers at the front entrance, and proceeded to run through the park and instigate fights among themselves and with guests.
As several violent fights broke out, guests began to panic as reports of people being stabbed and shot began to circulate.
Cliff Hallberg, who was inside the park with his children at the time the fights broke out said it was very frightening for his children. “I saw about 60 Somali teenagers push their way through lines and scream at guests.”
Hallberg said tickets to the ValleyScare Halloween themed amusement park are usually expensive, which is why he attended on LEO appreciation day, as he himself is a member of law enforcement and received discounted tickets.
“I’ll take my kids back to ValleyFair someday when I can afford it. I’m just glad I got my kids out safely,” Hallberg said.
The violent fights erupted during Law enforcement appreciation day when the park was full of police officers and other members of law enforcement who...
1 IN 9 IN US ILLEGALLY: YALE STUDY CONFIRMS NUMBER OF ILLEGALS IN US IS UP TO 3X LARGER THAN REPORTED
A Yale University study found that the number of illegal immigrants in the United States may be as much as three times larger than previously estimated, The Washington Times reports.
Professors at the Ivy League school looked at estimates of how many people entered the country illegally and how many of them likely left.
The researchers concluded that there are likely twice as many people illegally in the United States than the frequently cited 11 million estimate. The study found that the figure is likely closer to 22 million, but may be as high as 30 million.
“If true, the numbers would mean U.S. officials have done a poorer job of catching illegal immigrants than imagined, and that one out of every nine people living in the U.S. is here illegally,” writes The Washington Times’ Stephen Dinan.
“Policy debates about the amount of resources to devote to...

BREAKING: Facebook Bans User Who Posted Audio Of CNN Producer Cold-Calling Kavanaugh Classmate
Facebook has decided to censor evidence that CNN producer Scott Bronstein is cold-calling Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh’s former classmates in a bid to dig up dirt on the President Trump pick.
Mark Zuckerberg’s platform has also decided to ban the user who posted the audio.
“This is what happens when you post an actual recording of a CNN producer’s dirty journalism on Facebook. #banned So wrong!,” tweeted Amy Dryden, who posted the Bronstein clip on Facebook after a friend sent it to her.
Whom do you consider to be the most corrupt Democrat Politician?
Dryden also made clear that the number Bronstein provided on the audiotape was not Bronstein’s personal number, writing:
“For critics saying FB banned me for leaving CNN producers tel # in his VM I posted…my friends he called have unpublished #. He found it, invading their privacy, and has been calling them all week. Tel # in video of VM I posted was a CNN tel #- NOT producers personal #.”
Facebook also censored our viral report on the audiotape, even though we carefully bleeped out the CNN phone number, which he left on his message for the random Kavanaugh classmate.
“Facebook took down the original post of this. It had nearly 150,000 views and 6,000+ shares. FB censoring conservatives again,” said Todd Schurk, linking to a Big League Politics report.
Here is Bronstein’s call to one Yale graduate. Big League Politics deleted the number for Bronstein from the audiotape:
CNN producer Scott Bronstein is caught on tape calling around to Brett Kavanaugh’s Yale classmates from the class of ’87.
“Sender’s husband is a Yale grad and CNN is proactively contacting ‘87 Yale graduates who were in Pierson Residential College to try to dig up dirt on Kavanaugh,” Amy Dryden wrote on Facebook.
