Proposed Trojan Horse Gun Bill: Reject Handgun Permits For Any "Biased Language"
The bill, proposed by Democrat Kevin Parker, would allow police to reject applications to purchase pistols or even revoke current gun licenses based upon the presence of “biased language” in a person’s social media. If this bill passes, people can be denied access to firearms because they typed politically-incorrect statuses, messages, or searches. The bill is reportedly designed to prevent shootings like the Tree of Life attack. Adams stated that with the current laws on the books, “someone can technically say on their social media profile, ‘I’m going to buy a gun to go shoot someone’ and still walk in the store and buy the gun without the flagging and announcement of that illegal action being dealt.”
Using a citizen’s 1st Amendment rights to infringe on his 2nd Amendment rights is a real win-win for leftists. Who would it work against? TownHall’s Chris Reeves cited the relevant excerpt of the bill (emphasis his):
In order to ascertain whether any social media account or search engine history of an applicant presents any good cause for the denial of a license, the investigating officer shall… review an applicant’s social media accounts for the previous three years and search engine history for the previous year and investigate an applicant’s posts or searches related to (I) commonly known profane slurs or biased language used to describe the race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, religion, religious practice, age, disability or sexual orientation of a person; (II) threatening the health or safety of another person; (III) an act of terrorism; or (IV) any other issue deemed necessary by the investigating officer.
It would be one thing to say that proposal of violent action would disqualify a person from buying a gun. But trying to bar a person from buying self-defensive firearms because they used “biased language” is a clear red flag. Any language an authority finds objectionable for any reason can become a pretext to disarm law abiding conservatives.
Part of what is uniquely sinister about this bill is that it will work directly with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram as well as search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing for any presence of offending language. Being A Victim Is Super Hard Today...So Hard You Have To Fake Racist Attacks Against Yourself!!
As Twitchy reported Saturday, a black student at Goucher College in Maryland was arrested for sending racist threats on campus, including one targeting himself.
On Monday, Des Moines police charged an 18-year-old Drake University student with making false reports to law enforcement in connection with four of five racist notes found in campus residence halls in November.
The student admitted to writing one of the notes, and also reported receiving at least one of the notes, officials said. So, she sent a threatening racist note to herself, sparking a scare across campus for weeks.

The Des Moines Register reports that about 3,000 students and others held a rally to denounce hate and call for unity among students. One student who spoke at the rally said she felt her life was in danger at Drake.

Mueller CAUGHT Hiding Evidence That Shows Trump is Innocent
This evidence shows President Trump is innocent of any wrongdoing regarding business interests he may have had in Russia during the election.
Here’s what we know per Real Clear Politics via Powerline:
Mueller omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin, and had resorted to sending the emails to Vladimir Putin’s general press mailbox. Sources who have seen this omitted information say it undercuts the idea of a “back channel” and thus the special counsel’s collusion case.
The same criminal information document holds additional exculpatory evidence for Trump, sources say.
It quotes an August 2017 letter from Cohen to the Senate intelligence committee in which he states that Trump “was never in contact with anyone about this [Moscow Project] proposal other than me.”
This section of Cohen’s written testimony, unlike other parts, is not disputed as false by Mueller.
Also notable: Mueller did not challenge Cohen’s statement that he “ultimately determined that the proposal was not feasible and never agreed to make a trip to Russia.”
The Moscow tower project never went anywhere because Cohen’s contact, Felix Sater, a Russian immigrant with a checkered past who was a longtime Cohen associate in New York real estate, didn’t have the pull with Putin he claimed to have.
“Though Cohen may have lied to Congress about the dates,” one Hill investigator said, “it’s clear from personal messages he sent in 2015 and 2016 that the Trump Organization did not have formal lines of communication set up with Putin’s office or the Kremlin during the campaign. There was no secret ‘back channel.’
But that hasn’t stopped rampant and unfounded speculation about a comeuppance for President Trump by some media figures and Democrats.

“Cohen was communicating directly with the Kremlin,” Blitzer added. So it seems Mueller is trying to “get” Trump at any cost.
Regardless of the facts.
Mueller is also willing to withhold information, lie and more in pursuit of his nefarious goal.
Otherwise why would he hide information that shows the President is innocent?
