If Iran Can’t Export Oil From Gulf, No Other Country Can, Iran’s President Says
The United States has imposed sanctions on Iran and U.S. officials say they aim to reduce Iran’s oil exports to zero in a bid to curb the Islamic Republic’s missile program and regional influence.
“America should know that we are selling our oil and will continue to sell our oil and they are not able to stop our oil exports,” Rouhani said in a televised speech during a trip to the northern Iranian city of Shahroud.
“If one day they want to prevent the export of Iran’s oil, then no oil will be exported from the Persian Gulf,” he said.
Rouhani made similar comments in July.
Also in July, an Iranian Revolutionary Guards commander, Ismail Kowsari, was quoted as saying that Tehran would block oil shipments through the Strait of Hormuz lf the United States banned Iranian oil sales.
Tensions have risen between Iran and the United States after U.S. President Donald Trump withdrew from a multilateral nuclear deal in May and reimposed sanctions on the Islamic Republic.
Rouhani said the United States would not succeed in cutting Iran’s economic ties with the region and the world.
“The most hostile group in America, with relation to Iran, has taken power,” Rouhani said, according to the state-run Islamic Republic News Agency (IRNA). “Of course they never had a friendship with the people of Iran and we never trusted America or others 100 percent.”

Jose Salazar-Aguilar, 34, was sentenced by U.S. Chief District Judge Greg Kays to five years and eight months in federal prison without parole.
Kansas City, Mo., police officers arrested Salazar-Aguilar on Feb. 19, 2017, for driving under the influence of alcohol, resisting arrest, no insurance, and failure to carry a license. While incarcerated, record checks revealed that Salazar-Aguilar had been removed from the United States on numerous occasions. He was released on bond but apprehended by federal agents during a traffic stop on Feb. 27, 2017.
On May 2, 2018, Salazar-Aguilar pleaded guilty to unlawfully reentering the United States after removal for an aggravated felony.
This is Salazar-Aguilar’s second conviction for this offense. He was convicted of the same crime in federal court in Arizona on Feb. 22, 2012, and sentenced to 27 months. According to court documents, Salazar-Aguilar has been removed from the United States eight times, seven times after being convicted of the aggravated felony of delivery of heroin. Salazar-Aguilar was last removed from the United States on Aug. 8, 2013.
Additionally, according to court documents, Salazar-Aguilar’s history also includes assaultive behavior that endangers the public, such as his 2010 arrest for beating up his common-law wife.
Salazar-Aguilar has previously asserted his membership with the Norteno street gang, according to court documents, and has admitted to being a “drug mule.” Salazar-Aguilar also has prior felony convictions for delivery of a controlled substance (heroin) in Oregon, possession of a controlled substance in Colorado, and forgery in Arizona. Additionally, there are active warrants for his arrest from Salt Lake City, Utah, for distribution of a controlled substance; Phoenix, Ariz., for no valid license and traffic offenses; and Kansas City, Mo., for driving under the influence, resisting arrest, no insurance, and failure to carry a license.
This case was prosecuted by Special Assistant U.S. Attorney Kimberlee L. Moore. It was investigated by Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO).

Proposed Trojan Horse Gun Bill: Reject Handgun Permits For Any "Biased Language"
The bill, proposed by Democrat Kevin Parker, would allow police to reject applications to purchase pistols or even revoke current gun licenses based upon the presence of “biased language” in a person’s social media. If this bill passes, people can be denied access to firearms because they typed politically-incorrect statuses, messages, or searches. The bill is reportedly designed to prevent shootings like the Tree of Life attack. Adams stated that with the current laws on the books, “someone can technically say on their social media profile, ‘I’m going to buy a gun to go shoot someone’ and still walk in the store and buy the gun without the flagging and announcement of that illegal action being dealt.”
Using a citizen’s 1st Amendment rights to infringe on his 2nd Amendment rights is a real win-win for leftists. Who would it work against? TownHall’s Chris Reeves cited the relevant excerpt of the bill (emphasis his):
In order to ascertain whether any social media account or search engine history of an applicant presents any good cause for the denial of a license, the investigating officer shall… review an applicant’s social media accounts for the previous three years and search engine history for the previous year and investigate an applicant’s posts or searches related to (I) commonly known profane slurs or biased language used to describe the race, color, national origin, ancestry, gender, religion, religious practice, age, disability or sexual orientation of a person; (II) threatening the health or safety of another person; (III) an act of terrorism; or (IV) any other issue deemed necessary by the investigating officer.
It would be one thing to say that proposal of violent action would disqualify a person from buying a gun. But trying to bar a person from buying self-defensive firearms because they used “biased language” is a clear red flag. Any language an authority finds objectionable for any reason can become a pretext to disarm law abiding conservatives.
Part of what is uniquely sinister about this bill is that it will work directly with social media platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, Snapchat, Instagram as well as search engines like Google, Yahoo, and Bing for any presence of offending language. As Twitchy reported Saturday, a black student at Goucher College in Maryland was arrested for sending racist threats on campus, including one targeting himself.
On Monday, Des Moines police charged an 18-year-old Drake University student with making false reports to law enforcement in connection with four of five racist notes found in campus residence halls in November.
The student admitted to writing one of the notes, and also reported receiving at least one of the notes, officials said. So, she sent a threatening racist note to herself, sparking a scare across campus for weeks.

The Des Moines Register reports that about 3,000 students and others held a rally to denounce hate and call for unity among students. One student who spoke at the rally said she felt her life was in danger at Drake.

Mueller CAUGHT Hiding Evidence That Shows Trump is Innocent
This evidence shows President Trump is innocent of any wrongdoing regarding business interests he may have had in Russia during the election.

Mueller omitted the fact that Cohen did not have any direct points of contact at the Kremlin, and had resorted to sending the emails to Vladimir Putin’s general press mailbox. Sources who have seen this omitted information say it undercuts the idea of a “back channel” and thus the special counsel’s collusion case.
The same criminal information document holds additional exculpatory evidence for Trump, sources say.
It quotes an August 2017 letter from Cohen to the Senate intelligence committee in which he states that Trump “was never in contact with anyone about this [Moscow Project] proposal other than me.”
This section of Cohen’s written testimony, unlike other parts, is not disputed as false by Mueller.
Also notable: Mueller did not challenge Cohen’s statement that he “ultimately determined that the proposal was not feasible and never agreed to make a trip to Russia.”
The Moscow tower project never went anywhere because Cohen’s contact, Felix Sater, a Russian immigrant with a checkered past who was a longtime Cohen associate in New York real estate, didn’t have the pull with Putin he claimed to have.
“Though Cohen may have lied to Congress about the dates,” one Hill investigator said, “it’s clear from personal messages he sent in 2015 and 2016 that the Trump Organization did not have formal lines of communication set up with Putin’s office or the Kremlin during the campaign. There was no secret ‘back channel.’
But that hasn’t stopped rampant and unfounded speculation about a comeuppance for President Trump by some media figures and Democrats.
