Violent Leftist Perpetrator in Berkeley Assault Case Facing Three Felonies, One Misdemeanor

Suspect Zachary Greenberg is accused of a brutal assault on conservative activist Hayden Williams

Zachary Greenberg, the 28-year-old suspect in the brutal assault of a conservative activist on the campus of University of California, Berkeley, last month (shown above), is facing multiple felony counts, prosecutors announced on Tuesday.

“Last Friday, 10 days after the attack, police identified and arrested the suspect,” said Fox News host Laura Ingraham on “The Ingraham Angle” on Tuesday night, updating television viewers on the latest developments in the case.

Right after the arrest, Hayden Williams, the victim of the attack, told Ingraham, “I remain disappointed with UC Berkeley and the fact that they allowed such a culture of intolerance and violence toward conservative viewpoints to grow at Berkeley and even thrive, really.”

Ingraham reported that Williams is considering filing a civil suit.

“We are pleased that the good investigative work of our police department has led to the filing of these charges,” Dan Mogoluf, assistant vice chancellor at UC Berkeley, told Fox News.

“The university believes that those who violate the free-speech rights of others must be held accountable and face the appropriate consequences,” Mogoluf added.

Charges filed against Greenberg include three felonies and one misdemeanor count of vandalism, according to the Alameda Superior Court’s online records.

The felony counts include assault with force likely to produce great bodily injury, battery with serious bodily injury, and criminal threats.

Charlie Kirk, founder and president of the conservative group Turning Point USA, issued a statement after Greenberg’s arrest calling the evidence in the case “incontrovertible.”

“Today, we have finally learned the identity of the attacker and that the violent man has been arrested. While every American should be afforded their due process, we believe that the video evidence in this case is incontrovertible. We hope 28-year-old Zachary Greenberg is...

Facing Possible Criminal Investigation Ocasio-Cortez Starts Covering Her Tracks

New York Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez is running scared and working to cover her tracks now that the walls are closing in on her.

It started when journalist Luke Thompson discovered that the 29-year-old’s boyfriend had a campaign email address.

Ocasio-Cortez insisted that he only had the campaign email address for the purpose of checking her calendar and was not on her staff.

But then it was discovered that her boyfriend did have a job working for her chief of staff during the campaign.

And on Monday it was discovered that that same chief of staff appears to have moved $1 million from a PAC he and Ocasio-Cortez run to his private companies.

Not to mention the fact that a campaign is not supposed to have any ties to the PACs that support them.

Both Ocasio-Cortez and her campaign manager Saikat Chakrabarti could be facing some significant prison time if they are guilty.

And now in an effort to cover her tracks apparently, she has gotten rid of the original email address that started the investigating.

“Fun fact: his email address no longer exists. Guess he doesn’t need calendar access anymore, eh @AOC?” Thompson wrote.

Watchdog group National Legal and Policy Center’s Government Integrity Project has filed a complaint with the Federal Elections Commission.

The complaint alleges that Ocasio-Cortez’s Chief of Staff Saikat Chakrabarti illegally funneled $1 million to companies he ran from a PAC he was in charge of, The Washington Examiner reported.
Chakrabarti’s campaigns raised $3.3 million and diverted more than $1 million to his...
