Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

234 HOUSE DEMOCRATS, TWO REPUBLICANS CO-SPONSOR BILL FORCING SCHOOLS TO LET MALE ATHLETES COMPETE ON GIRLS’ SPORTS TEAMS
Every House Democrat but one has co-sponsored a bill requiring schools to allow male athletes who identify as transgender girls to compete on female sports teams.
Democrats’ Equality Act would amend the Civil Rights Act of 1964 to make “sexual orientation and gender identity” protected characteristics under federal anti-discrimination law. Among other things, the bill would force public schools to expand female athletic teams to include biological males who identify as transgender girls.
Sarah Warbelow, director of the left-wing Human Rights Campaign, praised the bill’s impact on high school sports in written testimony submitted to a House subcommittee on Tuesday.
“Opponents of equality in athletics for transgender athletes have argued that girls who are transgender have unfair physiological advantages over cisgender girls and as a result, will dominate women’s competitive sports,” Warbelow wrote, calling it not “rooted in fact” that biologically male athletes will outperform their female counterparts.
House Judiciary Chairman Jerry Nadler, a Democrat from New York, made a similar argument during an April 2 hearing his committee held on the legislation.
“Many states have sexual orientation and gender identity nondiscrimination laws, and all of them still have women’s sports. Arguments about transgender athletes participating in sports in accordance with their gender identity having competitive advantages have not been borne out,” Nadler said in his opening statement.

Previously convicted sex offender from Mexico indicted in East Texas for illegally re-entering US
BEAUMONT, Texas — A 34-year-old Mexican man, who was convicted in 2007 for indecent liberty with a child, was indicted Wednesday for illegally re-entering the United States after deportation.
This investigation was conducted by U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement's (ICE) Enforcement and Removal Operations (ERO), and Beaumont Police Department (BPD).
Oscar Rendon-Gonzalez, an illegal alien from Mexico, was indicted April 3 by a federal grand jury charging him with unlawful re-entry of a deported alien.
According to documents filed in court, on March 27, BPD stopped Rendon-Gonzalez for a traffic violation in Beaumont, Texas. A records check revealed that he had a criminal conviction for indecent liberty with a child in North Carolina in 2007 and had been removed to Mexico in 2009.
Responding to the scene, ERO Houston officers arrested Rendon-Gonzalez for illegal re-entry and transferred him to U.S. Marshals Service (USMS) custody to face criminal prosecution for illegal re-entry. The same day, ERO Houston lodged an immigration detainer with USMS on Rendon-Gonzalez.
This case is being prosecuted by Assistant U.S. Attorney Randall L. Fluke, Eastern District of Texas. If convicted, Rendon-Gonzalez faces up to 20 years in federal prison.
It is important to note that an indictment should not be considered as evidence of guilt; all persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty beyond a reasonable doubt.

VICTOR DAVIS HANSON: DEMS PUSHING A ‘WHITE NATIONALIST CONSPIRACY’ THEORY THAT ‘DOESN’T EXIST’
Conservative author Victor Davis Hanson criticized Democrats who have “jumped the proverbial shark” when it comes to labeling so-called “white nationalists,” because “when everybody is a white nationalist, nobody is.”
Appearing with Fox News host Tucker Carlson on Wednesday night’s edition of “Tucker Carlson Tonight,” Hanson also delved into his view of why they are suddenly focusing so much on a “white nationalist conspiracy” that “doesn’t exist.”
WATCH:
“I think that they have almost tuned it out now, Tucker,” Hanson said, responding to Carlson’s question about how an America filled with mostly “good people” reacts when they are told there is a literally a white nationalist around every corner.
We have jumped the proverbial shark, because in the last 10 days, African-American director of the Heritage Foundation Kay James, African-American activist Candace Owens, Jewish-American Steve Miller, they have all been called either white supremacists or white nationalists. And when everybody is a white nationalist, nobody is.
