For Chick-fil-A, a Hard Lesson Is Coming
It is a truism that a blackmailer is rarely satisfied. Once the payoffs start, there often is no end to them.
The Chick-fil-A fast-food chain is about to learn this hard lesson, far too late, as many victims of blackmail and extortion generally do.
For conservatives and evangelical Christians, Chick-fil-A has been a model company that has consistently stood against the “anything goes” spirit of the age. It’s founder, the late S. Truett Cathy, ordered that his restaurants be closed on Sundays to allow employees to attend church and spend time with their families.
When LGBT activists learned the company donated to charities that supported the definition of marriage as between a man and a woman and declared a boycott of the restaurants, others demonstrated their support by strongly patronizing them.
Without any noticeable new pressure, Chick-fil-A announced it would no longer be donating to Christian charities like the Salvation Army, an organization not known for political activism. A company spokesman said future donations would go to charities in support of education, the homeless, and ending hunger.
If this weren’t enough, the restaurant chain also announced it is sending a $2,500 donation to the Southern Poverty Law Center, a left-wing organization that lists some Christian ministries as “hate groups.” Among them is the Family Research Council, which describes itself as a “pro marriage and pro-life” lobbying organization based in Washington, D.C.

No matter how good old St Nick Chris Cringle is, in his red and white suit, he’s not as good as Orange man is bad. And that’s why Christmas is canceled for leftists.
Whingy Amanda Marcotte of Salon complains that everything about Christmas is ruined, because all of her family are fans of President Trump, so she can no longer have any relationship with them.
In an op-ed titled “How Donald Trump ruined Christmas,” Marcotte complains that Trump “ruins everything he touches” and that “Christmas isn’t fun for me anymore.”
“My family is mostly a bunch of Trump voters, sucked up into a vortex of propaganda and lies, unable even to admit basic facts about the world that run contrary to what their tribal politics dictate,” she whines.
“That sort of thing is stressful on a normal day but makes a mockery of the idea of familial love and harmony.” Marcotte further sobs.
The unhinged whinging just gets more and more pathetic as the piece progresses. Marcotte explains that because she is a liberal, feminist, atheist, her “enthusiasm for the Christmas season was always weak”, but now because of Trump it’s gone altogether.
“This isn’t a matter of political differences that can be set aside for the sake of the holiday,” she blathers. “This is about not being able to make merry with people who think nothing of voting for a man who is on tape bragging about sexual assault, a man who cheats in elections and runs concentration camps on the border. A man whose racism has inspired a wave of terrorist violence, including in my hometown of El Paso, Texas.”

‘SANCTUARY SHERIFFS’ RELEASED TWO MORE ILLEGAL ALIENS CHARGED WITH CHILD RAPE
CUMBERLAND COUNTY, NJ/WESTCHESTER COUNTY, NY (CBS 2 News) – Federal immigration officials say two alleged child rapists are on the run after authorities in New York and New Jersey refused to hold the suspects in jail for ICE.
According to U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, the Mexican nationals were each taken into custody for separate incidents in the Tri-State Area on charges they sexually assaulted a minor.
Despite requests that the men be held in jail until officers from ICE could pick them up, local law enforcement in both states released the suspects back into the public.
ICE says the first man, Luciano Trejo-Dominguez, was arrested by Vineland, New Jersey police for restraining and sexually assaulting a child younger than 16 on Aug. 12.
Over the next two days, ICE and Pacific Enforcement Response Center both filed detainers to have Trejo-Dominguez held at the Cumberland County Jail. Those requests were denied and the alleged rapist was released on Aug. 23.
Trejo-Dominguez has been charged with aggravated sexual assault, sexual assault of a victim 13-15 years-old, criminal restraint, criminal sexual contact, and endangering the welfare of a child.

The Epstein saga continues to get fishier and fishier.
Corporate banker Thomas Bowers, who ran the U.S. division of private wealth management for Deutsche Bank AG, reportedly committed suicide last month at the age of 55 by hanging himself with a rope in his California residence.
However, his extensive ties to deceased sex trafficker Jeffrey Epstein – who also died from a mysterious suicide – has caused speculation about what the real cause of Bowers’ death may be.
Epstein moved millions of his personal wealth through Deutsche Bank before his death. He switched to Deutsche Bank in 2013 after his conviction for child sex crimes when even JP Morgan would no longer do business with him. Following investigations into civil cases exposing the extent of Epstein’s criminal network by the Miami Herald, Deutsche Bank finally began to close his accounts.
“Deutsche Bank is closely examining any business relationship with Jeffrey Epstein, and we are absolutely committed to cooperating with all relevant authorities,” a spokesperson for the bank said.
Former bank executive Mike Moore, who led a Citigroup division’s anti-money laundering unit during a time when Citi was in bed with Epstein, commented on the nature of Epstein’s loans with the corporate lender.
“The loans to Epstein were personal and commercial,” Moore said. “The Citi loans I can confirm were for more than $25 million. Some were secured, some were not.”

The Clintons regularly stayed at Jeffrey Epstein's weird New Mexico ranch where the deceased pedophile had grand plans to seed the human race with his DNA, according to his estate manager.
Bill, Hillary and even Chelsea visited the 10,000-acre estate "almost every year after they left the White House," according to the Daily Mail. The former first family didn't stay at the property's main compound, however - they spent their time in a custom cowboy-themed village Epstein built a mile south of his mountaintop villa.

Rep. Eric Swalwell (D., Calif.) on Tuesday claimed he had not yet determined whether to support the impeachment of Donald Trump, despite calling for the president's ouster multiple times in June.
Swalwell, who has frequently appeared on CNN and MSNBC to discuss impeachment, was approached on Capitol Hill by CNN reporter Manu Raju, who asked him whether he had made a decision about impeaching Trump.
