Unconstitutional Impeachment: The Real Abuse of Power

The House has filed articles of impeachment against President Trump. The charges are vague, not criminal, not in line with constitutional requirements, but Democrats don't care. The American people are opposed to this illegal impeachment, but again, Democrats don't care. They have a mission, and nothing will stand in their way.

But then we've been here before, haven't we? In 2009, our government rolled over us like a tank in Tiananmen Square to pass Obamacare. Like impeachment, Obamacare was unpopular, opposed by most Americans. Like impeachment, Congress and their media pushed the lies, the empty promises: to tamp down opposition.

And here we go again. Nancy's marshaling her forces to once again steamroll the people. And she's just as committed to overthrowing our government as she was to enacting a socialist takeover of our health care. Our government operates outside the will of voters because it can. Once we send these people to Washington, we relinquish control, have no way to stop them until the next election, usually years away.

The horrifying truth is, we the people no longer matter. This globalist cabal has plans in place to take control of America, and it's not going to let a bunch of Constitution-toting idealists get in the way. We had no say with Obamacare, and we have no say in impeachment.

That fact was driven home on the eve of the Obamacare vote, when thousands of Americans gathered in the square beneath the Capitol to protest the bill. Afterward, Howard Fineman blogged the following on his Newsweek site:

I'm sitting in the House Press Gallery writing a piece for Newsweek. It's almost 10 pm and the House is moving toward a vote. On the plaza below, outside the Capitol, I can hear the remnants of a raucous Tea Party crowd. They are chanting "Nancy! Nancy!" and "Kill the Bill." They just sang "God Bless America." I've been around a while, and don't remember a crowd of foes trying to shout down a bill from outside as the vote approached. Maybe it's happened. Though the voices are faint, they're worth noting — and remembering.

The American people a footnote "worth noting — and remembering." The people couldn't stop the socialist law because government is by nature tyrannical.

Our government already has a ruling class. Joe Biden, Hillary Clinton, James Comey, and others break the law with impunity, remain free to give speeches, go on book tours, even run for president. Meanwhile, everyday Americans are jailed for far less.

Today people around the world risk injury, jail, and their lives to reject oppression, to fight for freedom. In Hong Kong, protesters flooded their streets to stop a despotic law that infringed on their liberty. They flew the American flag, sang our national anthem as they faced tear gas and clubs. BUSTED: Another Drag Queen Sexual Predator Found Grooming Children in Texas Elementary School

Another sexual predator has been found grooming children at a “Drag Queen Story Hour” events in Texas, this time at an elementary school in Austin.

David Robinson, whose drag queen name is Miss Kitty Litter ATX, read stories to children at the Blackshear Fine Arts Academy on Oct. 7. The school district apparently knew about Robinson’s record as a sex offender before allowing him to speak to the children while cross-dressing as well.

Robinson told school librarian Roger Grape that he feared he would not pass a background check because “the guidelines for submission automatically disqualify me if the deferred adjudication for prostitution is considered a conviction… so I don’t know if [it’s] ethical to submit,” according to internal documents within the school.

Oddly enough, he was allowed to speak to the children. The Austin Intermediate School District (AISD) assured parents that Robinson was properly screened despite his history as a sex offender.

“According to emails sent to parents,” Texas Values points out, “the reading event was scheduled to take place at 11 a.m. and all readers had been screened by Austin ISD.”

Previously, an Austin school on the other side of the district featured a drag queen who put make-up on children all day despite not being licensed to do so. The most liberal city in Texas seems to be emerging as a vanguard for the pedo-acceptance movement.

Republican California Rep. Devin Nunes tore into Democratic California Rep. Adam Schiff in a letter Sunday that suggested Schiff was “complicit in the violation” of Carter Page’s civil liberties and had “hijacked” the House Intelligence Committee.

Nunes wrote the letter, obtained by the Daily Caller, to the chairman of the committee, in response to Department of Justice (DOJ) Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report released last week. That report said FBI actions were “pretty bad” and found widespread abuse in how the bureau obtained Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) warrants to spy on Page, who worked on President Donald Trump’s 2016 presidential campaign.

Nunes noted that “the IG’s findings of pervasive, major abuses by the FBI dramatically contradict the assertions of your memo released on February 24, 2018, in which you claimed, ‘FBI and DOJ officials did not ‘abuse’ the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act (FISA) process, omit material information, or subvert this vital tool to spy on the Trump Campaign.'”

The ranking Republican member on the committee suggested that Schiff is “in need of rehabilitation, and I hope this letter will served as the first step in that vital process.”

Nunes reminded Schiff of how the congressman had consistently offered his “misguided validation of the FISA warrant” as well as touting former MI6 agent Christopher Steele’s legitimacy and the now discredited dossier that he provided to the FBI that, among other things, suggested Trump was cavorting with prostitutes in Russia.

“For example, during this committee’s March 20, 2017 open hearing, you claimed Steele ‘is reportedly held in high regard by U.S. Intelligence,’ and proceeded to read into the congressional record numerous conspiracy theories proffered by Steele, all of which are false,” Nunes wrote, adding that “this makes it clear your rehabilitation will be...
