A CRAZED asylum seeker told pals he was going to "stab" his loud neighbours the night before he went on the Glasgow knife rampage.
Sudanese national Badradeen believed his fellow hotel guests were "making noise to deliberately annoy him".
The "loner" made the chilling threat to friend, Siraj just hours before launching into the frenzied stabbing spree.
Six people were knifed in the horror yesterday - including a dad-of-two cop - with armed police shooting Badradeen dead.
Siraj, 22, told Mail Online: "He said that he was going to attack two guys in the room next to his because they're were making noise to deliberately annoy him.
"I said 'No No No' and that it was just that the hotels walls were thin and it was just noise."
But he said Badradeen told him: "No. They hate me. And I hate them. I am going to stab them."
Siraj warned hotel staff at the Park Inn but he later woke to find blood splattering the walls.
Badradeen, who is believed to have been in the UK for around six months after travelling from Sudan, has been described as having "big hair" and a cute face.
One fellow hotel guest, who saw Badradeen holding a knife, said he was "fed up" and wanted to go back home.
The knifeman was aged in his 20s and his mental health had been declining for around "three months".
It comes after Sky News today reported that a liaison worker had spoken with hotel staff about 11pm on Thursday - warning of concerns for the man's state of mind.
It was further claimed that just minutes before the attack unfolded on Friday, the asylum seeker had spoken with an immigration solicitor on the phone.
The lawyer said he would raise concerns with a "safeguarding" team at the Home Office but minutes later at 12.50pm, the man began the knife rampage.

Refugee Fatah Abdullah Jailed for Mass Casualty Terror Plot to Show Victims ‘Islam Is Here’
An Iranian refugee and Islamic State “fanatic” in Britain was jailed for inciting two Islamists, who arrived in Europe during the migrant crisis, to commit a mass act of terror by driving into a crowd in Germany and hacking to death any survivors with meat cleavers and swords. He told the migrants to commit the act of terror to show the victims that “Islam is here”.
Fatah Mohammed Abdullah, 35, a resident of Newcastle, had pleaded guilty in Liverpool Crown Court in March 2020 to assisting Ahmed Hussein (also known as Shahin Fatah) and his cousin Omar Babek (also known as Hersh Fatah) to commit acts of terrorism in their resident country of Germany. German courts had prosecuted Hussein and Babek in 2019, both sentenced to four years and eight months’ imprisonment.
Abdullah was sentenced to “life” imprisonment on Friday, with a minimum period of only nine years before he can be considered for release on parole.
The Iranian had come to the United Kingdom in 2005 seeking asylum and his initial asylum application was rejected. He was sectioned in 2007 after being diagnosed as mentally ill, and a subsequent asylum application was approved in 2010, according to The Telegraph.
Authorities had arrested Abdullah after a joint operation by Counter Terrorism Policing North East and Northumbria Police, who raided his property on December 11th, 2018, following an intelligence-led investigation.
Investigators found materials used to make improvised explosive devices. In addition, they found fuses, a balaclava, and a bushcraft knife. He had also recorded himself explaining how to test a remote control detonator and shared the video with his two conspirators in Germany.
Police also found a “significant amount of material on Abdullah’s digital devices showing his affiliation and support for [the Islamic State]” — with the Crown Prosecution Service referring to him as an Islamic State “fanatic” — “and extreme violence”.
His mobile phone contained Islamic State propaganda, including footage of children beheading ISIS prisoners, animations of explosions at well-known British landmarks, and the images of the aftermath of the Manchester Arena terror attack, which was committed by Salman Abedi, an Islamist son of Libyan refugees.

Pew Research: Majority BLM protesters are white Democrats
Large-scale race protests and rallies have captured public attention around the world and amplified calls for police reforms. They are driven by young white Americans with college degrees.
Black Americans account for only 17 percent of those who say they attended a protest focused on race or racial equality in the last month, while 46 percent of those who said they attended a BLM protest are white.
Eighty-eight percent of white Democrats said that police treated black Americans less fairly than white Americans, according to a Pew Research Center poll conducted last year. That is similar to the number of black Americans (84 percent) and black Democrats (86 percent) who expressed this view.
Almost 80 percent of those who say they participated in a BLM protest recently identify with or lean toward the Democratic Party, while just 17 percent said they were Republican.
Similarly, 86 percent of white Democrats said they thought the overall criminal justice system is unfair to black people, similar to the share of black Americans (87 percent) and black Democrats (90 percent) who believe this.
Of the 6 percent of American adults who said they attended a protest or rally in the last month according to the recent Pew Research Center survey, most of the actual marchers were likely to be white, live in an urban area and vote for, or support the Democratic Party, particularly focused on issues related to race or “racial equality”.
Recent Hispanic American BLM marchers accounted for 22 percent, slightly more than their ethnic representation, similar to black attendees.
Eighty-four percent of white Democrats and 78 percent of black Americans said they thought the killings of black Americans by police officers was part of a broader problem and not just a series of isolated incidents, according to a 2019 YouGov survey.
According to a Gallup poll, the number of white Democrats who support reparations for black Americans has increased from 11 percent in 2002 to 33 percent in 2019.
