Giuliani: 650,000 Votes Were Counted Unlawfully In Philadelphia And Pittsburgh

Rudy Giuliani, one of President Donald Trump’s personal lawyers, alleged on Nov. 11 that roughly 650,000 unlawful ballots were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.

Speaking with Fox Business’ Lou Dobbs, Giuliani claimed that “almost none” of the hundreds of thousands of ballots were observed by Republican poll watchers. State election law requires the presence of poll watchers from all parties.
“We now are up to a count of about 650,000 ballots that are unlawful ballots that were cast in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh,” he said.

“What’s being said in the mass media, that we have no evidence, is a complete, absolute lie, just like they’ve been lying for years.”
On Monday, Gov. Tom Wolf’s office said in a statement that ballot watchers from all parties have had observers throughout the process and that “any insinuation otherwise is a lie.”

A few days earlier, Giuliani said that the Trump campaign may have sufficient evidence to change the election results in the state of Pennsylvania.

He told Fox News’ Maria Bartiromo on Sunday that lawsuits being filed by Trump’s reelection campaign might show that as many as 900,000 invalid ballots were cast in the battleground state.

According to an unofficial vote count from the Pennsylvania Department of State, Biden has received 3.35 million votes to Trump’s 3.31 million votes. Percentage-wise, Biden has 49.7 percent, compared to Trump’s 49.1 percent.

“I think we have enough to change Pennsylvania. The Pennsylvania election was a disaster,” Giuliani said, responding to a question from the host about whether the evidence is enough to change the fate of the presidential election.

“We have people that observed people being pushed out of the polling place. We have people who were suggested to vote the other way and shown how to do it. I’m giving you the big picture,” he said.
While mail-in ballots were being counted, GOP Pittsburgh observers were “kept out of the room or kept away from the room” for a period of 24 hours, Giuliani alleged.

“Even though we went to court and we were allowed to move six feet closer, the Democrat machine people moved the counting place six feet further away. This is documented on videotape. There are upwards of 50 witnesses,” he...

Lawsuit Claims 40,000-Plus Fraudulent Ballots Pumped Through Detroit For Joe Biden

Eyewitnesses testify they saw approximately 40,000 irregular ballots arrive in vehicles with out-of-state plates during an early-morning poll worker shift change Nov. 4. That's not even the half of it.

A lawsuit filed Nov. 8 in Michigan alleges that Detroit, Mich. elections officials oversaw and openly encouraged election fraud totaling many “tens of thousands” of fraudulent ballots, plus other illegal election-tampering.

The complaint filed by an in-state conservative nonprofit legal group alleges numerous instances of illegal and suspicious activity in the Democrat stronghold encompassing Detroit, Wayne County. President Trump’s legal team has filed a separate lawsuit alleging additional voting crimes and irregularities in the county.

The current results of the presidential race in Michigan suggest an approximately 146,000-vote gap between President Trump and Joe Biden, and an 84,000-vote gap between U.S. Senate candidates Gary Peters (D) and John James (R). The Associated Press and the state’s Democrat officials say Biden has won the state’s electoral votes and that Trump’s claims of fraud are insulting and inaccurate.

Wayne County is estimated to have been the site of some 850,000 votes this year. If this lawsuit is accurate, however, a massive portion of these votes is fraudulent.

The Great Lakes Justice Center complaint provides “eyewitness accounts and direct evidence” that “approximately 40,000” unsecured, irregular ballots arrived in vehicles with out-of-state license plates at Detroit’s only vote-counting location, TCF Center, in the wee hours of the Nov. 4 morning during a shift change in election workers. Eyewitnesses signed affidavits saying that every one of this group of 40,000 ballots they saw “was counted orally and attributed only to Democratic candidates,” specifically Joe Biden.

Other eyewitnesses signed affidavits under penalty of perjury stating they saw multiple other piles of ballots, together additionally numbering in the tens of thousands, that were counted despite violating election law, sometimes at the direction of local election officials. This allegedly happened both before the election, during early voting, and during the election and subsequent vote count.

“After poll challengers started discovering the fraud taking place at the TCF Center, Defendant election officials and workers locked credentialed challengers out of the counting room so they could not observe the process, during which time tens of thousands of ballots were processed,” the complaint says. It also alleges:

  • “Defendant election officials and workers allowed ballots to be duplicated by hand without allowing poll challengers to check if the duplication was accurate. In fact, election officials and workers repeatedly obstructed poll challengers from observing. Defendants permitted thousands of ballots to be filled out by hand and duplicated on site without oversight from poll challengers.”
  • Poll challenger Daniel Gustafson signed an affidavit stating he “witnessed tens of thousands of ballots being delivered to the TCF Center that were not in any approved, sealed, or tamper-proof container…Large quantities of ballots were delivered to the TCF Center in what appeared to be...

Florida Governor Ron DeSantis Draws Up Strong Anti-Riot Legislation in Expansion of Stand Your Ground Law

Governor of Florida Ron DeSantis is looking to expand his state’s Stand Your Ground law with specific anti-mob legislation, according to the Miami Herald.

The Miami Herald’s report is negative and critical in tone, but it does mention that Governor DeSantis is simply following up on his promise to crack down on mob violence.

He has proposed expanding, to quote the Herald, “the list of ‘forcible felonies’ under Florida’s self-defense law to justify the use of force against people who engage in criminal mischief that results in the ‘interruption or impairment’ of a business, and looting, which the draft defines as a burglary within 500 feet of a ‘violent or disorderly assembly.'”

DeSantis’ proposal would also make it a third-degree felony to block traffic while protesting, offer immunity to drivers who unintentionally hurt or kill a protester who blocks traffic, and allow the state of Florida to withhold funds from locales that cut police budgets.

The draft legislation can be read here...

Joe Biden Chief of Staff Ron Klain, 2014: Yes, American Elections Are ‘Rigged’

Ron Klain, the long-serving aide to former Vice President Joe Biden who was named White House chief of staff Wednesday in the event his boss is certified as the winner of the election, tweeted in 2014 that he believed American elections are rigged.

Klain’s tweet came in response to a tweet by Vox.com that reported that 68 percent of Americans believe our elections are rigged:

The accompanying article said that Americans were right to suspect elections were “rigged” — because of what was legal:
A new Rasmussen poll finds that 68 percent of Americans think elections are rigged in favor of incumbents. And they’re basically right.

The term “rigged” might go a tad far. The problem here isn’t fraud. In elections, like in so much else, the scandal is what’s legal.
The article focused on gerrymandering, which protected most congressional incumbents from serious challenges.

However, the reasoning could just as easily apply to large-scale vote-by-mail, which was introduced in the middle of the 2020 election over the objections of President Donald Trump and resulted in...

Here We Go: Biden ‘Scientific’ Advisor Wants ‘Strict As Possible’ Lockdowns

“The problem with the March-to-May lockdown was that it was not uniformly stringent across the country

If he is elected, Joe Biden has promised to shut down the country again should ‘experts’ recommend him to do so, and that is exactly what one of Biden’s ‘scientific’ advisors is asking for.

Dr. Michael Osterholm, director of the Center of Infectious Disease Research and Policy at the University of Minnesota, has joined Biden’s “special coronavirus transition advisory team.”

Osterholm told reporters Wednesday that he believes there should be a nation-wide lockdown for four to six weeks in order to effectively manage the number of new cases and hospitalizations from coronavirus.

“We could pay for a package right now to cover all of the wages, lost wages for individual workers for losses to small companies to medium-sized companies or city, state, county governments,” Osterholm said.

“We could do all of that,” he said.“If we did that, then we could lockdown for four-to-six weeks,” he added.

Osterholm has repeatedly called for lockdowns, and for stricter measures to ensure they are properly enforced.

“The problem with the March-to-May lockdown was that it was not uniformly stringent across the country. For example, Minnesota deemed 78 percent of its workers essential,” Osterholm co-wrote in the New York Times.

“To be effective, the lockdown has to be as comprehensive and strict as possible,” the piece urged.

As strict as possible presumably means forcing people to...
