On Saturday, a Black Lives Matter march through the streets of Washington, D.C., involved protesters dressed in antifa black bloc and threatening to burn down the nation’s capital if their demands were not met.

“If we don’t get it, burn it down!” the mob chanted, seemingly referring to $2,000 individual checks in the COVID-19 relief bill Democrats are spearheading in Congress.

Protesters gathered at 2 p.m. for a “DC Queer and Trans Black History Month March and Rally” organized by the Total Liberation Collective and the Palm Collective.

In the evening, Black Lives Matter protesters marched north from Dupont Circle, Fox News reported.

Biden quietly nixes Trump-era rule combating Chinese Communist-funded 'propaganda' centers

President Donald Trump tried to enact a policy that would put pressure on American universities to reveal cooperation with China’s Confucius Institute.

On January 26, President Biden quietly nixed the policy.

A spokesperson for ICE confirmed to Campus Reform that the policy was rescinded.

The Trump administration attempted to enact a policy that would force American universities to reveal cooperation with chapters of the Confucius Institute. President Joe Biden quietly revoked the policy a few days after his inauguration.

Axios reported that in the final days of his presidency, Trump enacted a policy that would compel primary, secondary, and postsecondary institutions to disclose all contracts and transactions with the Confucius Institute. Under the policy, schools that do not report information would lose certification for the Student and Exchange Visitor Program.

Records from the Office of Information and Regulatory Affairs revealed that Biden nixed the policy on January 26. A spokesperson for U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement confirmed to Campus Reform that the policy was rescinded.

Seth Cropsey — director of the Center for American Seapower at the Hudson Institute — told Campus Reform that the policy could be part of the Biden administration recalibrating on Sino-American relations. However, he said hopes that the new administration is not trying to “placate China.”

He expressed hope that the Biden administration is not trying to “make overtures... that make it sound as though the United States is unaware or uninterested in their military buildup, their aggression against neighbors, their militarization of the South China Sea, and their successful efforts to steal intellectual property.”

An overwhelming majority of Trump voters are concerned about anti-White discrimination, according to a new AEI/YouGov poll.

The poll of 1,000 Trump voters, which was taken between Jan 11-14, found that 87 percent of respondents agreed with the statement, "I worry that discrimination against Whites will increase a lot in the next few years."

The poll also found 80 percent of Trump voters rejected the notion that "White people have an advantage in today's America because of their skin color."

89 percent agreed that "Christianity is under attack in America today," 87 percent agreed Christianity is an "essential part of American greatness" and 77 percent said that they don't feel free to express their political opinions in public.

68 percent of Trump voters rejected the notion that there is "systemic racism" in America and 91 percent said ethnic minorities "have a mostly fair chance to succeed in today's America."
