Attorney: AZ Sec. of State Katie Hobbs and Maricopa County Election Officials Have Known Since Nov. 3 That Election Servers Were Breached

Constitutional attorney Matt DePerno claimed on Monday that Arizona Secretary of State Katie Hobbs, and Maricopa County election officials have known since November 3 that there was a security breach into the county’s servers, and hid that information from the public.

DePerno, who filed an election lawsuit last November in Michigan on behalf of an Antrim County resident, broke the news on Steve Bannon’s War Room podcast Monday morning.

“Maricopa County and the Secretary of State of Arizona have known for quite some time—since November 3—that there was a security breach of the voter registration servers and they have hid this from the American public,” he said. “We know this because, we know voters in Arizona actually received some notification individually that some of their data had been breached, but they’ve hidden it from the rest of us.”

Hobbs, a staunch NeverTrumper who in 2017 referred to the then-president’s supporters as “neo-Nazis,” was “stripped” of her ability to “defend election lawsuits” by the state’s Republican-led House Appropriations Committee, Arizona’s ABC 15 reported in May. The duty was reportedly transferred to Republican Attorney General Mark Brnovich through the end of the 2023 fiscal year.

DePerno also told Bannon that his team has discovered that in at least three battleground states, certain anonymous individuals were allowed to access the election database and potentially change the results of the election.

“In Michigan, Georgia and Arizona—in all of them—we have found anonymous user remote access logons that would have elevated privileges in the election management system,” the lawyer claimed, going on to note that those who were given this access had the ability to change results in the database.

“It’s pretty significant that we found this in three states now. It is a pattern,” he said.

A Michigan judge in May threw out DePerno’s case alleging fraud in the 2020 election in Antrim County, stating that the plaintiff had already “either received all of the requested relief or is not entitled to the relief requested as a matter of law.”

“I never said that I hated the country,” third-place hammer thrower Gwen Berry told CNN after turning away from the United States flag as the national anthem played during this week’s Olympic trials. “All I said was I respect my people enough to not stand or acknowledge something that disrespects them.”

Berry’s statement echoes that of benched San Francisco 49er quarterback Colin Kaepernick, who told NFL.com that he refused to stand for the flag during the anthem because, “I am not going to stand up to show pride in a flag for a country that oppresses black people and people of color.”

Nike ended up giving Kaepernick millions of dollars for his refusal to show pride in the American flag. Berry’s Nike payday should be coming soon, too.

But while Nike loves to promote its brand by showing the utmost disrespect for America’s flag and anthem, it sure does know how to salute when the subject comes to China.

“Nike is a brand that is of China and for China,” Nike CEO John Donahoe recently said on a call with Wall Street analysts while discussing Nike’s latest earnings report. No word from Donahoe if Nike is a brand that is of the United States and for the United States, though.

Nike is not the only corporation that likes to market itself as woke here at home while tolerating the worst human rights abuses of the world’s largest tyrannical regimes abroad.

After President Joe Biden said he “would strongly support” efforts to punish the state of Georgia for passing a voting integrity law, dozens of American corporations also attacked the Peach State.

Of those American corporations that were so offended by Georgia’s efforts to make it easier for American citizens to vote, while making it harder to cheat, five are also sponsors of China’s scheduled 2022 Olympic Games. The five corporate hypocrites are Airbnb, Coca-Cola, General Electric, PricewaterhouseCoopers, and Procter & Gamble.

The Olympics are the most prestigious, esteemed sporting event globally and it ought to be a privilege for a country to be selected as host. China will have scored a major propaganda victory if it is able to successfully host these games while actively violating the human rights of Uighurs in Xinjiang and dissidents in Hong Kong.

Former Kansas Secretary of State Kris Kobach, now running for Attorney General, says President Joe Biden’s “sanctuary country” orders are helping release into the United States illegal alien child rapists, domestic abusers, and drunk drivers.

Last week, a number of Texas sheriffs and the Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE) Division of the Federal Police Foundation filed a lawsuit against the Biden administration for orders it issued in February that prevent ICE agents from arresting and deporting illegal aliens unless they have been recently convicted of an aggravated felony, are terrorists, or are known gang members.

Kobach, representing the Texas sheriffs and the law enforcement group in the case, told KWBW Radio that the Biden orders effectively require ICE agents “to start breaking federal law and the sheriffs are suffering because that has fueled the crisis down and along the border in south Texas.”

Kobach said:

The illegal aliens that the Biden policy is not allowing ICE to take custody of, there are serious criminals among them. Our sheriffs have filed a legal complaint asserting that among the crimes committed by these illegal aliens who are now being allowed to walk on the street [are] rape of a child, aggravated sexual assault of a child, aggravated assault with a deadly weapon, larceny, burglary, domestic violence, carrying a prohibited weapon … DUI and the list goes on.

The Biden orders, Kobach said, “achieve the abolition of ICE without actually abolishing it” by ordering ICE agents “to do nothing.”
