Slow Tyranny Is Tyranny All The Same...

Let me tell you the hard luck story
About a man named Jack McDuff
He believed in God and glory
But he just wasn't tough enough

I believe in the freedom song
Long live liberty!
I believe in the freedom song
I'll choose my own destiny

Well they took him and they beat him
Underneath the old hanging tree
Saying, "Jack, you must die"
"What will your last words be?"

Jack, he hung his head back
"Long live liberty!"
"I believe in the freedom song"
"Doesn't matter what you do to me"

With a rope around his neck they left him hanging
High on that old hanging tree
On her knees his wife was screaming
"Lord have mercy, Lord have mercy"

I believe in the freedom song
Long live liberty!
I believe in the freedom song
Doesn't matter what you do to me

Belarus Grants Refugee Status to Jan 6 Capitol Protester

Belarus has officially granted refugee status to Evan Newman, an American citizen who was facing potentially decades in prison for taking part in a rowdy protest at the Capitol on Jan 6.

"US citizen Evan Newman received refugee status in Belarus," Belarusian Telegraph Agency reported Tuesday on Twitter (as translated by Google). "The document was handed to him in the Department of Citizenship and Migration of the Internal Affairs Directorate of the Brest Regional Executive Committee on March 22, 2022."

Newman's request for asylum was covered in Nov 2021 on Belarusian TV.

"The Belarus 1 anchors described Neumann as a 'simple American, whose stores were burned down by members of the Black Lives Matter movement, who was seeking justice, asking inconvenient questions, but lost almost everything and is being persecuted by the U.S. government,'" the AP reported.

Newman could be heard highlighting how Capitol protesters are being tortured in jail.

Capitol protesters are not only being tortured but also racially abused by sadistic jail guards, locked in solitary confinement and held in indefinite detention. These are grave human rights abuses by any measure.

If Newman was rioting against the government in Belarus or Russia he would be hailed by our government as a "pro-democracy protester." If he was rioting for Black Lives Matter he would have escaped all charges and potentially been handed millions of dollars. Because he was opposing the...

Arc Of The Woken Theft...

Arc of a diver effortlessly,
my mind in sky and when I wake up

Daytime and nighttime I feel you near
Warm water breathing she helps me here

She bathes me in sweetness I cannot reveal
For sharing dreams I need my woman
This humble expression meagerly dressed
My eyes so mean it has no meaning

But jealous night and all her secret chords
I must be deaf on the telephone I need my love to translate

Biden’s SCOTUS Pick Ketanji Brown Jackson is Caught Lying on Critical Race Theory by Ted Cruz

Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson was caught in a lie by Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX) during her Supreme Court confirmation hearing on Tuesday.

Jackson, who is the affirmative action pick of President-imposed Joe Biden, claimed that critical race theory “doesn’t come up in the work that I do as a judge” as she attempted to minimize her far-left radicalism in order to get confirmed.

Unfortunately for Jackson, Sen. Cruz had the receipts. He pulled up a quote where Jackson made the exact opposite sentiments while addressing the University of Chicago in Apr. 2015.

“Sentencing is just plain interesting…because it melds together myriad types of law – criminal law, of course…constitutional law, critical race theory,” Jackson said.

Cruz pushed her on the inherent contradictions in her comments.

“So you described in a speech to a law school what you were doing as critical race theory, so I guess I would ask: What do you mean by that when you made that speech?” he asked.

Jackson attempted to split hairs in an attempt to wiggle out of her blatant deception while giving her response.

“With respect, Senator, umm, the quote that you are mentioning there, umm, was about sentencing policy, it was not about sentencing. I was talking about the policy determinations of bodies like the sentencing commission,” she said.

Cruz noted that Jackson was the vice chair of the sentencing commission before reiterating his question. Jackson continued to stutter and stammer after being exposed as a low IQ liar under scrutiny.

“What I meant was there are a number of, that, uhh, slide does not show the entire laundry list of different, uhh, academic disciplines that I said, umm, relates to sentencing policy but none of that relates to what I do as a judge,” Jackson said.

The exchange can be seen here:

‘You’re in favor of injecting sexual instruction to 5, 6, and 7-year-old kids’: DeSantis just OWNS so-called ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill protesters (watch)

We’ve been saying this for weeks now. People fighting against the so-called ‘Don’t Say Gay’ bill are either too stupid/lazy to actually read the bill OR they are very determined to make sure adults can speak to small children about sexual identity and persuasion.

Sure, pretending DeSantis and other evil, Republicans would support a bill that doesn’t allow teachers to say gay is a lot more outrage-worthy than the idea that we even need legislation like this in the first place, but it’s just not real.

DeSantis of course said it far better than we did.

HHS Sec. Xavier Becerra Promotes Critical Race Theory-Based ‘Health Equity’ as Top Priority

Health and Human Services (HHS) Sec. Xavier Becerra on Friday identified “health equity” as the department’s top priority under his leadership.

“Health equity has to be part of everything we do,” Becerra said, during an address marking his first year in office. “You will see health equity pervades everything we do.”

For the left, “equity” means rationing and redistributing resources based on perceived oppression, privilege, and social status — typically based on race or gender identity.

Becerra’s commitment to the ideology marks an important milestone for a movement that has been proliferating among medical schools and professionals.

As Breitbart News reported, the radical group “White Coats for Black Lives” has infiltrated American medical schools, forcing the “equity” ideology into many aspects of medical decision-making, ethics, and hiring practices.

This group believes that “the dominant medical practice in the United States has been built on the dehumanization and exploitation of Black people” and therefore advocates “‘prioritizing’ black patients over other patients and ‘unlearning toxic medical knowledge and relearning medical care that centers the needs of Black people and communities.'”

Furthermore, the organization maintains that “whiteness is an invented political tool created through violence in the service of establishing domination,” “whiteness has been historically used as a violent means for stealing lives,” and “racism, capitalism, and white supremacy are interdependent systems which lead to the particular dehumanization, exploitation, and murder of Black people.”

Similarly, the American Medical Association (AMA) issued a 54-page manifesto called “Advancing Health Equity” which teaches medical professionals how to agitate toward critical race theory-centric policies and practices.

“Yet a rich tradition of work in health equity and related fields, including critical race theory (defined in the glossary), gender studies, disability studies, as well as scholarship from social medicine, gives us a foundation for an alternative narrative,” it says, citing a Guide to Counter-Narrating the Attacks on Critical Race Theory, “one that challenges the status quo, one that moves health care towards justice.”

Instead of focusing on a patient’s individual needs, the AMA contends that “inequities cannot be understood or adequately addressed if we focus only on individuals, their behavior or their biology.” Rather, political considerations are paramount to healthcare.

“This effort involves confronting the mounting evidence of the health effects of structural racism, while grappling with understanding intersecting, complex, and deeply entrenched ‘systems of power and oppression,’ including white...

Dick Durbin blocks documents showing Ketanji Brown Jackson's judicial record

The Senate hearings for Judge Ketanji Brown Jackson's Supreme Court nomination are not going well.

Senate Judiciary Committee chair Dick Durbin is blocking the release of documents showing Brown Jackson's actual record as a judge, taking a page from the tactics of impeachment-obsessed Rep. Adam Schiff. That's how Democrats do hearings these days.

According to John Solomon's Just The News:
The Biden administration is keeping more than 48,000 pages of records about Supreme Court nominee Ketanji Brown Jackson from senators reviewing her nomination, including documents about her time at the U.S. Sentencing Commission that she has made a central part of her professional story.

Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Dick Durbin (D-Ill.) is "hiding" records from Jackson's time as vice chair of the Sentencing Commission, where she championed leniency for child predators, says Michael Davis, former chief counsel for the Senate Judiciary Committee.

Sen. Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) said Monday that 16,000 pages of substantive content has been released on Jackson, compared to the 48,000 pages withheld by the White House under the Presidential Records Act and FOIA exemptions.

...and...

"Durbin has refused a request by Republican senators to look at her records on the sentencing commission," Davis told "Just the News — Not Noise" on Monday, hours after Jackson's first day of testimony in front of the committee weighing her nomination to replace retiring Supreme Court Justice Stephen Breyer.
That signals that there is something they are trying to hide.

According to the Article3Project, Brown Jackson sentenced perverts, predators, and child molesters to less-than-recommended jail and prison time on a consistent basis.

Sen. Josh Hawley, a pro-life Missouri Republican, found that she consistently sentenced these perverts to lesser sentences than the judicial guidelines and rationalized her decisions this way:
"Judge Jackson has opined there may be a type of 'less-serious child pornography offender' whose motivation is not sexual but 'is the challenge, or to use the technology.' A 'less-serious' child porn offender?" he wrote, citing her testimony.

Another example, "Jackson has said that some people who possess child porn 'are in this for either the collection, or the people who are loners and find status in their participation in the community,'" Hawley continued. "What community would that be? The community of child exploiters?"
That sounds like makin' it up as you go along.

She's also been strikingly soft on kiddie porn purveyors and viewers, despite the hard fact that 80% of viewers of child porn are likely to have molested a child in real life, according to a study from the Mayo Clinic. She views the hard punishments of these dirtbags as "stigmatization" and "revenge."

Any concerns for the permanently harmed children in these monstrous crimes? Apparently not from her — and of course, a show of the records could correct us if we are wrong.

But Durbin wants no such records out there, which can only by default lead to the conclusion that they are worse than...
