Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

More Scandals Envelop the Scandalous FBI
For years, congressional Republicans promised to hold FBI officials culpable for various scandals but failed to act.
“You’re in big fucking trouble.”
So said an FBI agent to Julian Khater, one of two men accused of assaulting Capitol police officers with pepper spray on January 6, during a tense interrogation last year. Desperate to sustain the falsehood that Capitol Police Officer Brian Sicknick was killed by Trump supporters during the Capitol protest, the FBI claimed to possess video footage that showed Khater and his friend, George Tanios, attacking Sicknick and other officers with chemical spray. Khater was arrested on an airplane at the Newark airport on March 14, 2021 after he arrived home from a trip to Florida.
For more than two hours—shackled to a metal bar in a freezing room at the New Jersey FBI field office—Khater, who has no criminal record, was interrogated without a lawyer present. FBI Special Agent Riley Palmertree refused to tell Khater why he was under arrest until he agreed to proceed without counsel in the room, which Khater reluctantly did. Recently released video confirms Khater initially told the agents he “would feel more comfortable if I had a lawyer” answering questions on his behalf. An hour later, Khater again said he wanted his lawyer.
But Palmertree pushed back, presenting videos and photos implicating Khater in the alleged assault. Palmertree assured Khater that by admitting he sprayed Sicknick with pepper spray rather than a can of bear spray—an item Palmertree later testified was not used that day—a judge would go easy on him. Khater signed a statement confessing that he attacked officers with pepper spray.
Khater has been in jail ever since, housed in the D.C. gulag specifically used to detain January 6 protesters; his trial is scheduled for June 6.
But Khater’s lawyer, Joseph Tacopina, is now asking the court to toss the interrogation as evidence, arguing that the FBI used “coercion and deception” to force Khater into waiving his Miranda rights. Further, Tacopina wrote in a February 22 motion that Palmertree lied in his FBI report by claiming he advised Khater about the “nature of the interview” before asking Khater to waive his rights.
Khater’s unconstitutional confession is just the latest example of how this rogue agency filled with dirty cops operates with impunity. In just the past several weeks, a number of new FBI scandals have emerged.
A 2019 internal audit of the FBI detected hundreds of violations related to “sensitive investigative matters,” which are investigations into elected officials, candidates, or political organizations. A review of 353 sensitive cases uncovered 747 violations. “A majority of the cases studied, 191, involved domestic public officials,” the Washington Times reported this month. “Dozens of cases involved religious organizations or their prominent members, and dozens of cases involved domestic political organizations and individuals. Ten cases involved domestic political candidates, and 11 cases involved news media.” Senator Charles Grassley (R-Iowa) said on Twitter that he and Senator Richard Durbin (D-Ill.) are “demanding answers +inspector general investigation CANT [sic] TOLERATE ‘mistakes’ of FBI trampling constitutional rights.”
Bryan Vorndran, assistant director of the FBI’s cyber division, told the House Judiciary Committee this week that he doesn’t know the whereabouts of Hunter Biden’s laptop, a device the agency seized in December 2019. Under questioning by Representative Matt Gaetz (R-Fla.), Vorndran repeatedly evaded questions as to whether the department has investigated the contents of the computer to determine if the Biden family is...
Transgender inmates (in England) have carried out seven sex attacks on women in jail: Despite the risks, male-born trans convicts are still allowed to move into women's prisons
Convicted rapist Karen White (pictured) was moved to women's jail HMP New Hall and sexually assaulted two women inmates |
Official figures show for the first time the true scale of offending by criminals who were born male but were allowed to move into female jails after changing gender.
Yet despite the risks, prison governors are still allowing trans inmates to move into the jails. Male-born trans prisoners were first allowed to request a transfer to women's jails in England and Wales in 2016.
Just a year later the risks of the policy were made clear when a convicted rapist was moved to women's jail HMP New Hall and sexually assaulted two women inmates.
Karen White dressed as a woman but was still legally a man and had not undergone surgery. She was jailed for life in 2018 by a judge who branded her a 'highly manipulative' predator.
Now the Ministry of Justice has admitted the case was not a one-off. In response to a Parliamentary question from former Labour Party General Secretary Baroness McDonagh, Ministers have revealed there have been several other sexual assaults by trans prisoners.
But incredibly, the initial response omitted the White case and was only corrected after The Mail on Sunday intervened.
The MoJ said: 'Since 2010, out of the 124 sexual assaults that occurred in the female estate a total of seven of those were sexual assaults against females in custody perpetrated by transgender individuals.'
Prison officers at work at the new HMP Bronzefield (womens prison) in Ashford, Middlesex, where at least one attack took place
It means that although trans women make up about one per cent of the 3,600 female jail population, they are to blame for 5.6 per cent of sexual assaults there. The attacks took place at HMP Low Newton, HMP Foston Hall, HMP Peterborough (Female) and HMP Bronzefield as well as HMP New Hall.
The MoJ said it did not know if the culprits had been punished, saying this information was 'not held centrally'. It also insisted there had been 'no reported incidents of any type of sexual assault against prison officers by trans prisoners', despite claims to the contrary.
As the MoS reported last month, former Prisons Minister Rory Stewart said in a recent interview there had been 'situations of male prisoners self-identifying as females then raping staff in prison'.
In the wake of the White case, a new policy was developed for considering transfer requests by trans prisoners, adding 'specific risk factors that must be considered where they might impact on other prisoners'.
Yet figures obtained under the Freedom of Information Act show increasing numbers of trans prisoners are being allowed to move to women's jails. In 2018, seven requests were made and fewer than five were granted. Yet last year 14 requests were made and, of those, seven were granted.
Last night Nicola Williams, director of campaign group Fair Play For Women, said: 'These new figures are another red flag warning us about something everyone knows: Allowing males into female prisons is dangerous for...

NYC man who was stabbed saving woman being robbed goes off on ‘completely insane’ crime
New York City’s bail reform initiative continues to foster more violent crime in the city, despite consistently obtuse denials from city leaders that releasing violent criminals back into the streets with no bail might actually contribute to rising crime.
Now more than ever, citizens are forced to protect themselves and their property without the assistance of police forces which are now hamstrung by Democrat policies and understaffing.
Louie Suljovic, owner of Louie’s Pizzeria in Queens along with his father, were both stabbed a collective 10 times as they intervened to rescue a woman from an armed robber outside their pizzeria.
Hailed as heroes in the community, military veteran Louis Suljovic told Fox News Thursday that his father, Cazim, is still hospitalized but his condition appears to be improving.
“Fox and Friends First” co-host Ashley Strohmier recalled that the Suljovic’s kept their business open during the pandemic and made a practice of donating food to local people in need. She wondered rhetorically if Suljovic thought the city was showing the same kind of generosity and goodwill towards business owners like himself who provided so much but are now suffering as a result of policies that favor criminals over victims.
He responded, “You’ve had the change of the bail reform, which has now created a new breed of criminals that know they can do whatever they want and get...
GOP Sen. Cramer Calls Out NBC’s Chuck Todd for Media’s Hunter Biden Double Standard
Senator Kevin Cramer (R-ND) called out NBC’s Chuck Todd Thursday on MSNBC’s “MTP Daily” for downplaying questions regarding Hunter Biden’s financial ties and accusing former President Donald Trump of “playing footsie” with Russian President Vladimir Putin.
Todd was discussing Trump publicly calling on Putin to release any dirt he might have on Hunter Biden in an interview with “Just the News.”
Cramer said, “Sort of interesting because Russian collusion, if we were to believe everything out of Russia, a few years ago, when it was Donald Trump.”
Todd said, “I’m sorry, it comes across as almost a bit unpatriotic to ask literally the enemy of the free world right now for propaganda for a political opponent. I mean, it just seemed like a horrendous thing to do by the former president. No?”
Cramer said, “Chuck, hear’s the reality, if Hunter Biden’s name were Donald Trump Jr., Eric Trump, they’d be treating the war in Ukraine like a Boy Scout — ”
Todd shot back, “Enough of this, Senator. That is the laziest attack. It’s not about the media.”
Cramer said, “It’s also honest.”
Todd said, “I’m not going to debate you about whether Trump gets too much coverage or not enough, but he is the leader of your party, sir. At the end of the day, whether you like it or not, he’s the leader of your party. Are you comfortable with leader of your party playing footsie with Vladimir Putin?”
Cramer said, “We have a current president who’s called for regime changes in Russia. That’s dangerous. ”
He added, “I’m way for concerned, and I think the American people are with the current president and his behavior and really the lack of scrutiny compared to a former president who has a long history of saying...
