NYC Subway Shooter Who Killed Goldman Banker Had "About 20 Prior Arrests", Including Murder Charge From 2017

Just two days ago we reported about the unfortunate death of a Goldman Sachs analyst, who was shot dead on the northbound Q train as it passed the Manhattan Bridge.

Daniel Enriquez, who joined Goldman's research division in 2013, was shot in the chest in an unprovoked attack. According to NYPost at the time, the family of Enriquez had only one message for Mayor Eric Adams:
"Do your job ... Get crime off the streets."
And they make a crucial point, especially as it relates to this specific attack. Why? Because it was revealed in follow up reporting yesterday that the suspect, 25 year old Andrew Abdullah of Brooklyn (who has now been placed in custody), had "about 20 prior arrests" for "assault, robbery, menacing and grand larceny", ABC News reported this week. '

In fact, the same report notes that he has "three cases that are still pending, including an April arrest for fourth-degree criminal possession of stolen property for allegedly being found with a stolen motorcycle, as well as a June 2021 arrest for violating a protective order and March 2021 arrest for assault."

But wait...that's not all. According to ABC:
In January 2020, Abdullah was arrested as part of a gun-related case and in May 2017 he was charged with second-degree attempted murder as part of an 83-count federal indictment of the Harlem-based street gangs Fast Money and Nine Block. Abdullah was sentenced to three years in federal prison, but served just four months before being released in 2019.

Goldman CEO David Solomon described Enriquez as a "dedicated and beloved" colleague.
"We are devastated by this senseless tragedy and our deepest sympathies are with Dan's family at this difficult time," Solomon said in a statement.
Sunday's train attack comes a little more than a month after the shooting in April on the N train left nearly two dozen people injured. Confidence in riding public transportation has plummeted as violence soars across the city.

Meanwhile, delusional Mayor Eric Adams has been focused on trying to get JP Morgan CEO Jamie Dimon to ride the subway to work in the morning. Maybe he should focus on cleaning up the streets so that people with 20 prior arrests aren't...

The WHO Treaty Is Tied to a Global Digital Passport and ID System...

The WHO recently announced plans for an international pandemic treaty tied to a digital passport and digital ID system. Meeting in December 2021 in a special session for only the second time since the WHO’s founding in 1948, the Health Assembly of the WHO adopted a single decision titled, “The World Together.”

The WHO plans to finalize the treaty by 2024. It will aim to shift governing authority now reserved to sovereign states to the WHO during a pandemic by legally binding member states to the WHO’s revised International Health Regulations.

In January of 2022 the United States submitted proposed amendments to the 2005 International Health Regulations, which bind all 194 UN member states, which the WHO director general accepted and forwarded to other member states. In contrast to amendments to our own constitution, these amendments will not require a two-thirds vote of our Senate, but a simple majority of the member states.

Most of the public is wholly unaware of these changes, which will impact the national sovereignty of member states.

The proposed amendments include, among others, the following. Among the changes the WHO will no longer need to consult with the state or attempt to obtain verification from the state where a reported event of concern (e.g., a new outbreak) is allegedly occurring before taking action on the basis of such reports (Article 9.1).

In addition to the authority to make the determination of a public health emergency of international concern under Article 12, the WHO will be granted additional powers to determine a public health emergency of regional concern, as well as a category referred to as an intermediate health alert.

The relevant state no longer needs to agree with the WHO Director General’s determination that an event constitutes a public health emergency of international concern. A new Emergency Committee will be constituted at the WHO, which the Director-General will consult in lieu of the state within whose territory the public health emergency of international concern has occurred, to declare the emergency over.

The amendments will also give “regional directors” within the WHO, rather than elected representatives of the relevant states, the legal authority to declare a Public Health Emergency of Regional Concern.

Also, when an event does not meet criteria for a public health emergency of international concern but the WHO Director-General determines it requires heightened awareness and a potential international public health response, he may determine at any time to issue an “intermediate public health alert” to states and consult the WHO’s Emergency Committee. The criteria for this category are simple fiat: “the Director-General has determined it requires heightened international awareness and a potential international public health response.”

Through these amendments, the WHO, with the support of the U.S., appears to be responding to roadblocks that China erected in the early days of covid. This is a legitimate concern. But the net effect of the proposed amendments is a shift of power away from sovereign states, ours included, to unelected bureaucrats at the WHO. The thrust of every one of the changes is toward increased powers and centralized powers delegated to the WHO and away from...

Search Warrants Served at Arizona Nonprofit in Connection to 2020 ‘Ballot Trafficking Election Scandal’

Search warrants were served to an employee at a Yuma, Arizona nonprofit organization in connection to illegal ballot trafficking.

The ballot trafficking scheme was investigated in True The Vote and Dinesh D’Souza’s recent documentary “2000 Mules.” The documentary makes the claim that the 2020 Presidential Election was stolen by illegal ballot trafficking done through nonprofit organizations.

The ballot trafficking scheme was discovered by residents in Yuma County, and the documentary features the undercover investigative work of David Lara and Arizona State Senate candidate Gary Snyder as well as the investigations of Catherine Engelbrecht and Gregg Phillips.

“18 months ago, we knew that when the full story was told about Yuma County, Arizona, it would reveal systematic, systemic, ballot trafficking, with connections that spread nationwide. It’s now happening, thankfully with law enforcement fully engaged. Much more remains to be revealed in the days ahead,” said Catherine Engelbrecht to the Gateway Pundit.
