US deployment of nuclear-capable B-52 bombers to Australia’s north likely to fuel China tensions

US-funded upgrade of Tindal airbase in Northern Territory will allow it to house up to six B-52s, as minister says Australia must remain ‘vigilant’

An expanded Royal Australian Air Force base in the Northern Territory will have space for up to six American nuclear-capable B-52 aircraft as part of a US-funded project that is likely to fuel tensions with China.

Officials in Canberra confirmed that the US-funded aircraft parking apron at RAAF Base Tindal, 320km south-east of Darwin, would be capable of accommodating up to six B-52 aircraft, but said it could also house other aircraft types.

They said the project was currently in the design phase, and played down the significance of the development, saying US bomber aircraft had been visiting Australia since the early 1980s and conducting training in Australia since 2005.

But the detailed plans – first reported by the ABC on Monday – suggest the new Labor government has locked in plans initiated under the former Coalition government to expand visits to Australia by US aircraft.

The B-52 is a long-range, heavy bomber that can carry out ocean surveillance and anti-ship operations and “can carry nuclear or precision guided conventional ordnance”, according to a US government summary.

Four Corners reported the US Department of Defence had budgeted $US14.4m ($A22.5m) for squadron operations and maintenance facilities at Tindal.

It cited US documents as saying: “The [squadron operations] facility is required to support strategic operations and to run multiple 15-day training exercises during the Northern Territory dry season for deployed B-52 squadrons.”

The minister for defence personnel, Matt Keogh, said Australia must remain “vigilant” amid regional tensions, but he did not think the B-52 rotation plans would inflame tensions with China.

“I don’t think so at all,” he told reporters in Hobart.

“I think what’s really important here is that the more we are able to build interoperability with the Americans, growing on that very strong alliance.”

The Chinese foreign ministry spokesperson, Zhao Lijian, told reporters at a regular briefing that China “urges the parties concerned to abandon the outdated Cold War and zero-sum mentality and narrow minded geopolitical thinking, and to do something conducive to regional peace and stability and enhancing mutual trust between the countries.”

He said defence and security cooperation between countries should “not target any third parties or harm the interests of third parties.”

The US ambassador to Australia, Caroline Kennedy, avoided commenting directly on the B-52 plans on Monday, but said the US was determined to support “peace and stability throughout this region” through diplomacy, dialogue and deterrence.

The Real Cruelties For Illegal Migrants Lie In Biden’s Open Border Policies, Not A Trip To Martha’s Vineyard

Leftist outrage at transporting illegal immigrants to “sanctuary” cities ought to be directed toward Biden’s inhumane border policies.

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis previously promised to send illegal border crossers to states and cities that claim to be “sanctuaries” for them, so it should have come as no surprise to anyone when two planes of migrants landed at Martha’s Vineyard Airport in Massachusetts on Wednesday.

The meltdown that followed the migrants’ journey to one of the wealthiest communities in The Bay State was of epic proportions. By Thursday morning, every DC, Twitter, and corporate media leftist not only expressed awareness of the effects of the Southern border crisis that has plagued the nation for more than a year and a half, but they had the audacity to claim that it was “evil,” “inhumane,” “disgusting,” and “cruel” to ship migrants to the doorsteps of a millionaire magnet community.

(Never mind that President Joe Biden has shipped illegal migrants, mostly children, into the U.S. for months now without much attention or scrutiny from the press or Democrats.)

The real cruelty, of course, is not a flight to one of the wealthiest communities in the U.S. but it’s President Joe Biden’s border crisis which has become so out of control that Republican governors have to resort to drastic measures to get the administration and its allies’ attention.

It’s difficult to calculate just how many tragedies have occurred at the U.S.-Mexico border under Biden, especially since the Biden administration issued an unofficial gag order to keep the crisis quiet, but it’s no secret that Democrats’ open border policies have long proved deadly. At least 650 migrants died trying to illegally cross the U.S.-Mexico border in 2021. Hundreds more have lost their lives in 2022, many to drowning. Americans, including a Texas National Guard soldier who tragically drowned in the Rio Grande River while trying to rescue illegal border crossers from the water, have also lost their lives.

On top of that, crime at the border, including rampant drug trafficking, is on the rise.

Navy SEALs spend more time on diversity training than warfighting, SEAL vets say

Multiple former U.S. Navy SEALs confirmed Donald Trump Jr.’s claim last week that members of the elite force are spending more time on diversity training than they are shooting under Commander-in-Chief Joe Biden’s presidency.

“I have friends on SEAL teams that told me they spend more time now in diversity training than they do shooting,” Trump Jr. said at a Florida State House campaign event on Aug. 19.

Trump Jr. was attacked over the comments, prompting Navy SEAL Robert O’Neill — who is known for killing Al Qaeda terrorist leader Osama bin Laden — to corroborate Trump Jr.’s claims.

“He’s telling the truth. I’ve had this discussion with @DonaldJTrumpJr and so have other SEALs. Retention is an issue and so is recruitment,” O’Neill tweeted. “This is more than a political talking point. It’s happening and it’s not good.”

Retired Navy SEAL and Wisconsin congressional candidate Derrick Van Orden also confirmed the veracity of Trump Jr.’s comments.

“The amount of time that the military and special operations [are] spending on diversity, equity, and inclusion training is superseding a lot of the actual combat training,” Van Orden told Breitbart News.

“The military is spending an inordinate amount of time on the subjects that really don’t pertain to warfighting,” he continued, noting that sailors are severely lacking in basic skills – an issue that already led to the destruction of USS Bonhomme Richard. Taiwan responds to China's military drills as warships circle each other in 'cat and mouse' maneuvers

China was left furious at Nancy Pelosi's visit to Taiwan last week - Beijing recognizes the island as part of its territory and considers it part of its 'One-China' policy, and has since cut off defense talks with the US.

Taiwan has responded after China appeared to take part in military drills that simulated an attack following a major US official visiting the island.

China has now ended a number of live-fire military drills across seven zones around Taiwan in response to a visit by US House Speaker Nancy Pelosi to the island - one that infuriated Chinese officials.

However, there was an escalation on Sunday, with Taiwanese warships retaliating to the drills, sailing in close quarters to Chinese ships in the Taiwan Strait.

A source told the Reuters news agency that some Chinese ships crossed the median line - an unofficial buffer which separates the two sides.

They added the Taiwanese side monitored Chinese ships as they "pressed" the line, in an effort to deny them the chance to cross.

"The two sides are showing restraint", they said, describing the maneuvers as high seas "cat and mouse".

"One side tries to cross, and the other stands in the way and forces them to a more disadvantaged position and eventually return to the other side."

In a press release, Taiwan's defence ministry said China was using ships, aircraft and drones to simulate attacks on the island, adding it had dispatched aircraft to respond "appropriately".

Taiwan added its land-based anti-ship missiles and its US-made Patriot surface-to-air-missiles were on stand-by.

The U.S. Army has dropped its high school diploma requirement to get recruits. Why do you think it can't find soldiers?

The U.S. Army announced on Thursday it is removing its requirement for potential recruits to have a high school diploma or GED certificate to enlist, in an effort to improve recruiting numbers.

The Army has met 40 percent of its recruiting goals this year, Military.com reports:

[T]he service announced that individuals may enlist without those previously required education certifications if they ship to basic training this fiscal year, which ends Oct. 1.

Recruits must also be at least 18 years old and otherwise qualify for a job in the active-duty Army. They also must score at least a 50 on the Armed Services Vocational Aptitude Battery, or ASVAB, an SAT-style quiz to measure a potential recruit's academic ability.

A 50 on the test is a relatively low score, with 31 being the minimum to qualify for service.

The Army's "sister services" seem to have a similar issue with low recruiting numbers "hitting the entire Defense Department," according to Military.com.

Is China's Military Command Prepping for War?

According to a leak, the world could be in for a surprise.

According to an audio recording, reportedly leaked out of a recent high-level meeting that took place in Beijing, China, among senior officers of the People’s Liberation Army (PLA) Guangdong Military Region of the Southern Command, as well as Chinese Communist Party (CCP) officials, the People’s Republic of China (PRC) is actively preparing to put the country on a war footing.

Plans discussed at the early May meeting focused on a surprise military attack against Taiwan and seizure of the first island chain of archipelagos out from the East Asian mainland that includes territory belonging to Indonesia, Japan, the Philippines and Russia (the disputed Kuril Islands).

Much of the area within the first island chain is claimed by the PRC, for example, within its so-called “Nine-Dash Line.” The Gateway Pundit published a report about the joint CCP-PLA meeting on May 16.

The key focus of the CCP-PLA meeting was preparation to build a “military-civilian joint mobilization command and control system,” “establishing wartime procedures,” and “preparing for wartime command and control.”

The immediate Chinese military objective is conquest of Taiwan along with achieving a sweeping complete control of the South China Sea. That objective includes holding onto the artificial islands China has built up in the South China Sea and removing all U.S. and Western allied presence from the first island chain.

These apparently extensive military campaign objectives necessarily would bring the PLA into direct military conflict with Japanese, U.S. and other allied Western naval forces operating in the area of the South China Sea, explicitly including Australia and Japan, among others.

Internal operatives belonging to the Lude Media network smuggled out both the audio and a still photo of the meeting. An English language translation of the meeting transcript is being prepared.

Details discussed at the Beijing meeting in early May included employment of the full spectrum of “Unrestricted Warfare” capabilities.

For example, the PLA military command plans to flood the South China Sea with ostensibly “civilian” vessels, such as fishing craft, when, in fact, such ships will be fully armed PLA naval warships. Should they be approached or countered by U.S. or other naval vessels, Beijing will raise a disinformation clamor about “harassment” of civilian fishermen.

Internal as well as international CCP disinformation campaigns will work to portray China as the innocent party. Co-opted media outlets throughout the U.S. and the West in general already have been recruited to the CCP’s propaganda effort, as reported by the National Pulse in December 2020.

Release of another Biological Warfare (BW) agent with intent to set off another global pandemic could also be part of the war plan.

Additionally, the Guangdong Province manufacturing, shipbuilding and ship reconfiguring capabilities reportedly include some 90 firms along the coast which can refit up to 113 civilian ships simultaneously as disguised naval vessels, with an overall capability for some 280 ships per month.

Roll-on, Roll-off ferries are being converted to tank carriers and unmanned ships also can be produced at the rate of about 90 per month. Guangdong Province also has launched 16 satellites into orbit with 4 ground stations in operation to control them.

The four ground stations are located in Zhuhal (Guangdong Province), Mohe (Heilongjiang Province), Wusu (Xinjian Province) and Gaomi (Shandong Province).

While the U.S. and Western/NATO allies are focused on defeating the Russian invasion of Ukraine and perhaps expecting that any Chinese military attack against Taiwan would be delayed until after the November 2022 CCP elections — where Xi Jinping hopes to win a third term as Party Chairman — in fact, the Chinese instead may be planning a surprise October campaign that would take the U.S., Taiwan, and Western allies unprepared.

And while Russian forces may be too overextended in the Ukraine theater to provide meaningful assistance to the Chinese offensive, analysis of Moscow intentions, as well as earlier reporting from Russian defectors such as GRU Col. Stanislav Lunev, indicate that Russia remains committed to joint offensive operations against the U.S.

How Joe Biden and the I.R.S are Performing Criminal Acts

Discussions of the border problem often touch on the criminal element that violates our unenforced border laws beginning with drug dealers, sex traffickers, and migrant smugglers. But the crime problem is vastly understated in these references which give the impression that it is largely confined to the countries they have left, and has no impact on the country they have invaded. In July 2018, the Government Accountability Office issued a report containing “Criminal Alien Statistics,”[2] which serves to correct this false impression. Among its conclusions, the report states that one in five federal prisoners in the United States is a criminal alien. And this is just the tip of the iceberg.

The G.A.O. report covered the period between 2011 and 2016. During that time frame, approximately 2 million foreigners crossed the border into the United States illegally – which is just about the number of unvetted foreigners whom border officials predict will cross the border illegally this year alone. In that same time frame there were more than 730,000 criminal aliens in U.S. prisons, federal and state, and local jails. Criminals are not usually arrested the first time they commit a crime, and are often released with minimal time served when they are. So while there were 730,000 criminal aliens in U.S. prisons, they accounted for 4.9 million arrests and 7.5 million offenses – which would translate into a 10 times greater number of victims than offenders.

The offenses of these criminals, according to the report, included more than 1 million drug crimes (number of victims unknown); 500,000 assaults; 133,800 sex offenses (number of actual victims who may have been reluctant to report the crimes also unknown); 24,200 kidnappings; 33,300 “homicide-related events:” and “1,500 terrorism-related crimes.”

How many lives were damaged or destroyed by these aliens who entered the country illegally and should never have even been here in the first place, will never be known, and yet the lawless Biden administration which will not enforce existing immigration laws is planning to continue the outrage and pile up the victims at an even greater rate.

And worse. On July 14, 2021, Fox News Channel host Tucker Carlson revealed the Biden Administration had suborned the U.S. military to ship tens of thousands of illegals into cities across the country at taxpayer expense. Laughlin Air Force Base in Texas was used as the platform from which to secretly board illegals and fly them, under dark of night, to locations across the U.S. Many other illegals were being sent to occupy the American interior, also at taxpayer expense, but by bus rather than by jet. In the words of Center for Immigration Studies fellow Todd Bensman, “a conveyor belt of commercial and charter buses … are carrying tens of thousands, sight unseen, from Texas, Arizona, and California borderlands northward, and they are dropping their Haitian, Venezuelan, Cuban, and Central American family units in Florida and New Jersey, Tennessee, Massachusetts, Michigan, North Carolina, Georgia, Kentucky, and to large cities in Texas such as Dallas and Houston.”

The fact that the Biden administration chose the middle of the night to ship illegals secretly is a clear indication that the White House was quite aware it was conducting an illegal operation. Its goal, as Tucker Carlson claimed was “changing the electoral map” of the United States and enacting “demographic transformation in our country, without our consent, and in violation of our laws.” Former Trump White House advisor Stephen Miller explained on the same show: “[W]hat is happening now is unprecedented…. This is not about an administration that is unable to protect the border. This is about an administration that in a very purposeful, planned, deliberate, painstaking fashion has turned our Border Patrol and I.C.E. [Immigration & Customs Enforcement] agencies into resettlement agencies…. This is a planned resettlement. The largest of its kind, I would suggest, perhaps in the history of the world in terms of the number of illegal border crossers being resettled into the interior of our country in violation of plain law.”

In a similar vein, Florida Governor Ron DeSantis reported in early November 2021 that, over the course of the preceding summer, dozens of flights had transported groups of illegals from America’s southern border to Jacksonville, Florida in the middle of the night. “Over 70 air charter flights [on] jetliner airliners coming from the southwest border have landed at Jacksonville International Airport,” said Larry Keefe, DeSantis’s public safety spokesman. “On average, there’s 36 passengers on each of these flights,” added Keefe. “And that has been going on over the course of the summer through September…. Who is facilitating this travel? How are they getting here? Who are the support people? Who are the sponsors?”

To answer Keefe’s questions, the support people and sponsors of the aforementioned flights were, in many cases, non-governmental organizations (NGOs) that have long enjoyed tax-exempt status under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code. This status permits donors to give money to NGOs while claiming their donations as tax deductions. In many cases, the cost of the midnight flights was paid in full by faith-based and open-border NGOs that had contracted with, and were being paid by, the federal government.

Using tax-exempt foundations to defraud taxpayers into subsidizing an illegal invasion of the United States was only possible because of the collusion of the White House and the I.R.S. in supporting this subversion of the American immigration system. The US Navy used its new marine surveillance aircraft to provide accurate targeting data to Ukrainian forces to sink the Russian Black Sea flag ship Moskva on April 13.

Ukraine claimed it fired two Neptun missiles at the Russian warship which was patrolling south of Odesa.

Russia initially claimed the vessel, which had more than 500 crew on board had blown up after a fire onboard.

Later, the Kremlin was forced to admit the vessel - named in honour of the Russian capital - had been taken out by hostile action.

According to The Times, a US marine surveillance P-8 Poseidon aircraft, was tracking Moskva in the hours before it was attacked before supplying its location to the Ukrainian military.

The Boeing-made aircraft is based upon the Boeing 737-800 jet - which is widely used by airlines such as Ryanair.

However, instead of passengers, the Poseidon is packed with state-of-the-art surveillance equipment which can track surface vessels and submarines at ranges of more than 100 miles.

According to The Times, the P-8 took off from Italy and took up station on the Romanian Black Sea coast where it attempted to locate the position of the Russian Black Sea fleet.

While Disney makes headlines for its support of LGBTQ+ kids and condemns Florida lawmakers for their recently-passed anti-grooming bill, it’s important to remind the public of Disney’s history of covering up pedophilia within their company. It seems to be on-trend that they want to perpetuate the sexual grooming of children.

Back in 2014, a Disney Cruise Line steward, 36-year-old Ahmed Sofyan, was charged with two counts of molestation and one count of false imprisonment after holding a 13-year-old girl in an unoccupied cabin and molesting her. When this story was released, an ex-Disney Cruise officer spoke out, reporting a similar instance of child molestation that Disney authorities ordered her not to report just two years prior.

Dawn Taplin, the first female security officer at Disney and second in the entire cruise line industry, was on the cruise ship where this occurred. In 2014, she revealed Disney’s previous molestation cover-up.

In 2012, a Disney cruise ship employee was caught on camera molesting an 11-year-old girl in an elevator. Disney authorities allegedly did not allow security to report the incident.

Taplin interviewed the young victim after she and her grandmother reported the crime to Guest Services. The security officer, who had 17-years of experience as a police officer, found the surveillance footage extremely troubling.

The molestation occurred while the cruise ship was still docked at Port Canaveral in Florida while passengers were still boarding. Taplin recalls that they “weren’t going anywhere for another two hours or so.” Since they were still on U.S. land, Taplin notified the ship’s second-in-command and offered to call her FBI contact. However, she did not get the response she anticipated.

“I was ordered not to make any phone calls, do anything at all. Nothing. Period,” recalled Taplin. She said that she was told, “Just keep your mouth shut.”

According to a leaked draft of the agreement, which hasn’t been finalized, the Solomon Islands could "request China to send police, armed police, military personnel and other law enforcement and armed forces." China would also be able to "make ship visits, to carry out logistical replenishment in, and have stopover and transition in Solomon Islands."

The leak fueled speculation in Australia and New Zealand that China is seeking to establish a military base in the Solomon Islands, which is about 1,200 miles north of Australia’s coast. Australia Prime Minister Scott Morrison said the potential deal has caused "great concern" across the Pacific.

On Tuesday, Solomon Islands Prime Minister Manasseh Sogavare spoke out against the backlash. "We find it very insulting to be branded as unfit to manage our sovereign affairs," he said. "Our security approach is not done in a vacuum and not without due consideration to all our partners."

Sogavare also rejected the idea that the Solomon Islands was pressured by China to make the deal. "The Security Treaty is at the request of the Solomon Islands, and we have not been pressured … in any way by our new friends," he said.

The Solomon Islands has grown closer to China in recent years. In 2019, the Pacific island nation severed diplomatic relations with Taiwan and established formal relations with Beijing.

The potential deal comes after Australia has taken steps to boost military cooperation with the US and its allies in the Asia Pacific to counter China. Last year, Australia, the US, and Britain signed the AUKUS military pact that will give Canberra access to technology to build nuclear-powered submarines, which could be used to patrol waters near China.
