Murder Trial Begins for Accused Illegal Alien Serial Killer with Survivor Detailing Attempted Murder: The MSM Yawns...

The murder trial against 48-year-old illegal alien Billy Chemirmir began with a 91-year-old woman detailing how she was nearly murdered and robbed by Chemirmir, the prosecution alleges.

As Breitbart News has reported for years, Chemirmir, an illegal alien from Kenya, is accused of murdering 24 elderly Americans in Texas from April 2016 to 2018. Dallas County, Texas, prosecutors have started the first of two trials against Chemirmir, where they are seeking a life sentence.

Chermirmir’s 24 alleged victims include:
83-year-old Leah Corken
82-year-old Juanita Purdy
88-year-old Mary Brooks
84-year-old Minnie Campbell
82-year-old Ann Conklin
75-year-old Rosemary Curtis
85-year-old Norma French
92-year-old Doris Gleason
81-year-old Lu Thi Harris
81-year-old Carolyn MacPhee
81-year-old Miriam Nelson
91-year-old Phyllis Payne
94-year-old Phoebe Perry
80-year-old Martha Williams
82-year-old Joyce Abramowitz
87-year-old Glenna Day
89-year-old Solomon Spring
90-year-old Doris Wasserman
86-year-old Margaret White
79-year-old Diana Delahunty
93-year-old Mamie Dell Miya
86-year-old Catherine Probst Sinclair
90-year-old Marilyn Bixler
An 81-year-old “Jane Doe”

On the first day of the trial, where prosecutors are hoping to get a conviction against Chemirmir for allegedly murdering Harris and Brooks, the jury was shown the deposition tapes of 91-year-old Mary Bartel. Bartel’s deposition occurred sometime after Chemirmir’s arrest. She has since passed away.

In the tapes, Bartel, a devout Catholic whose husband passed away in 2015, seemingly alleges that Chemirmir broke his way into her apartment on March 19, 2018 — a day before he allegedly murdered Harris by smothering her with a pillow and robbing her of her jewelry and belongings.

Bartel claims Chemirmir entered her apartment, wearing green gloves, and told her to get on her bed before smothering her with a pillow in an attempt to kill her.

“The door was opening inward and my eyes were just fixated on these green rubber gloves that I saw. I knew instantly … my life was in grave danger,” Bartel said. “I tried to push the door shut but my perpetrator was 45 and I’m 91 so I didn’t have any success in pushing the door shut.”

“He said, ‘Don’t fight me. Lie on the bed.’ I did as he said because I knew I couldn’t overpower him, physically. He just smashed a pillow down hard over my face and my chest, and I just couldn’t breathe,” Bartel said. “I tried to move my left hand under the pillow to get to my medical alert button. … It was totally impossible for me to even because the pillow was slammed over me so hard over my head and chest.”

“After three minutes or however long … that he was just using all of his weight to keep me from breathing at all, I passed out,” Bartel continued.

Bartel was found in her apartment and eventually regained consciousness as paramedics rushed her to a nearby hospital. She noticed a diamond ring that her husband had given her 50 years ago was gone from her hand. Her engagement and wedding rings were both missing as well.

When she returned to her apartment days later, she noticed four additional pieces of jewelry missing: a gold locket from the Vatican library with her husband’s photo inside, two gold crucifixes, and a silver-plated Swarovski bracelet.

As detectives were called to the witness stand, they described Chemirmir’s arrest in May 2019. At the time of his arrest, police found tons of jewelry and cash in Chemirmir’s possession, including a jewelry box seemingly from Harris’s home with identifying documents inside.

Chemirmir was also carrying his expired visa inside his Kenyan passport.

Soon after Chemirmir’s arrest, Breitbart News exclusively reported that Chemirmir first arrived in the U.S. on a B-2 tourist visa in July 2003. Though Chemirmir was supposed to only temporarily be in the U.S., he overstayed his visa and became an illegal alien who was eligible for deportation.

Rather than being deported, Chemirmir was able to use a loophole in the nation’s legal immigration system, allowing him to obtain a...

Debbie Wasserman Schultz accused by 16-year-old campaign volunteer of shoving, verbal assault

The disgraced former DNC Chair finds herself in another scandal.

U.S. Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, the Florida Democrat, stands accused of allegedly assaulting a 16-year-old volunteer for her primary rival.

According to the teen, the incumbent is “a monster.”

There is no indication as yet that a video of the incident exists or that a police report was filed ( Sidebar: Florida Dems are known for particularly dirty politics).

Opponent Jen Perelman, who evidently is challenging Wasserman Schultz from the left (if that’s even possible, given how radical most rank-and-file Democrats have become), put Wasserman Schultz on notice via social media that the alleged scuffle was unacceptable.

“I’m only going to say this once. if you want to put your hands on anyone, try it with me. Don’t you EVER touch my volunteers. We’re winning this race on Tuesday.

“For those who want context: Debbie physically shoved one of my volunteers handing out palm cards & then verbally accosted her for calling out her record on the environment. This will NOT be tolerated.”

The alleged victim, self-described political advocate and climate activist Martina Velasquez, explained her version of what happened in a TikTok video that also made its way to Twitter:

“Right now, Jen Perelman is up against a monster. And her name is Debbie Wasserman Schultz. And I want to tell you all about my experience with Debbie yesterday…when I was handing out palm cards to voters, and explaining how Debbie was not endorsed by any activist other than the Sierra Club, which is historically racist, she ended up shoving me more than once, and calling me a liar to...

Judge Napolitano explains why Loretta Lynch could be facing 5-10 years in prison: 'It's a felony

Fox News legal analyst Judge Andrew Napolitano said Monday that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch could face a lengthy prison term if found guilty of “misconduct in office” for intervening in the FBI’s criminal investigation of Hillary Clinton’s private email server.

Former FBI Director James Comey testified under oath to the Senate Judiciary Committee earlier this month that while his bureau was in the midst of their investigation into Clinton, Lynch, who at the time was the attorney general, instructed him to publicly refer to the Clinton investigation as a “matter” instead of an investigation.

According to Napolitano, whose comments came on Fox Business, that "terminology may be indicative of a mindset on the part of Attorney General Lynch that she was going to do whatever she could to prevent Mrs. Clinton from getting indicted."

"There is enough evidence here, just on the basis of the little snippets given to the Senate Intelligence Committee by former FBI Director Jim Comey, that Mrs. Lynch was either conflicted or working at odds with the Justice Department and in behalf of Mrs. Clinton's campaign and the DNC when she told them to use different terminology for the investigation,” Napolitano explained.

Comey admitted to the Senate Judiciary Committee that Lynch’s request made him feel “queasy.” Lynch’s request also led to one of Comey’s closest aides to quip that he was now the director of the “federal bureau of matters,” according to earlier reports.

Senate Judiciary Committee chairman Chuck Grassley (R-Iowa) released a letter Friday stating that Lynch is now a focus of their investigation over concerns she may have impeded the FBI’s Clinton investigation.

It is also alleged that Lynch was in contact with then-Democratic National Committee chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz (D-Fla.) to improperly discuss the FBI’s investigation of Clinton. If such a document exists, Napolitano said it would amount to “misconduct in office."

"It is alleged, this document has not seen the light of day if it exists, that there is one or several emails between Debbie Wasserman Schultz and Loretta Lynch concerning the behavior that Loretta Lynch will take to further the DNC interests while Mrs. Lynch was the attorney general,” Napolitano explained. “That, if it happened, would be misconduct in office."

“It’s a felony,” he said. “Depending on...

CHAOS: Broward teacher finds box of ballots; Workers deliver others in personal vehicles to rental truck

As Florida appears to be gearing up for a recount in the state’s U.S. Senate race, video posted by a Congressional candidate is raising questions about election integrity in one Democrat stronghold.
Tim Canova tweeted a video from Joann Knox he says shows Broward County election workers transporting ballots from a black pickup truck and intro an Enterprise rental truck.

In the video, Knox says she asked the workers about the ballots they were carrying, and they said “the truck left them.”

“I’m not sure what the hell is going on here, but I don’t think it’s right,” Knox says.

At one point, Knox zooms in, showing the ballots in a large blue container sitting on the ground.

Moments later, a car pulls up.

“This lady is bringing ballots out of her car!” Knox says. The workers can be seen in orange vests.

Knox says Broward County allows election workers to transport the ballots by themselves.

“Concerned citizen sees ballots being transported in private vehicles & transferred to rented truck on Election night,” Canova tweeted.

“This violates all chain of custody requirements for paper ballots. Were the ballots destroyed & replaced by set of fake ballots?” he asks.

Canova ran as an independent candidate against Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

Unless @FLGovScott steps in and orders law enforcement to Broward County, Brenda Snipes will do all she can to steal this election.

Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes “will do all she can to steal this election,” Newsmax host and local resident John Cardillo tweeted, adding that the video captures vote “fraud”.

Broward County is a historically Democrat county, and a mishandling of ballots could jeopardize a recount.

Initial returns show Bill Nelson winning the county by more than 2-1 over Rick Scott, 466,321 to 208,895.

Something very strange happened in Broward County.
I've never seen a top-of-the-ticket U.S. Senate race get fewer votes than EVERY OTHER statewide election.

So more voters wanted to weigh in on governor AND attorney general AND state CFO AND agriculture commissioner?

Florida Official Overseeing Vote Count Destroyed Ballots, Accused of Not Removing Dead Voters from Rolls

The Florida official put in charge of counting votes in Broward County — the most liberal county in the state — for the gubernatorial and Senate race previously destroyed voter ballots, a judge ruled, and was most recently accused of not removing dead voters from the voter rolls.

Broward County Board of Elections Supervisor Brenda Snipes is in charge of vote counting in the area and has yet to disclose how many ballots are still not counted despite the election for governor and Senate occurring two days ago.

Currently, in the Senate race, Republican Rick Scott is leading Democrat incumbent Bill Nelson by more than 20,000 votes. Nelson is hoping for a blowout in Broward County to push him over the edge for re-election.

Snipes was confronted by local media about why the vote count in Broward County has taken so long.

“Could I please get a moment to go into the room and find out?” Snipes asked the group huddled around her. “OK, when I come back I’ll let you know.”
“But, Dr. Snipes, it is now Thursday,” Weinsier said. “We are still counting ballots in Broward County.”

“We’re counting five pages or six pages for each of the people who voted,” Snipes said.
“But other counties have been able to do it,” Weinsier said.

In May, a judge ruled that Snipes had violated state and federal law after she destroyed voter ballots in the state’s 2016 congressional election. In the race, former Democratic National Convention (DNC) Chairwoman Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz won re-election by less than 7,000 votes against Democrat primary challenger Tim Canova.

The next year, when Canova asked to review the paper ballots in the race, it was revealed that Snipes destroyed the ballots only 12 months after the primary. Federal and state law mandates that ballots not be destroyed until 22 months after an election.

The case exposed that Snipes’ staff had opened ballots in private in 2016 on election day.

Just last year, Snipes’ office was taken to federal court by President Trump’s administration after being accused of keeping felons, noncitizens, and dead voters on the voter rolls in Broward County and at one point having more voters on the rolls than...

DOJ Won't Release Top Secret Loretta Lynch Intercepts Suggesting Secret Deal To Rig Clinton Probe

The Department of Justice (DOJ) is refusing to release intercepted material alleging that former Attorney General Loretta Lynch conspired with the Clinton campaign in a deal to rig the Clinton email investigation, reports Paul Sperry of RealClear Investigations.
The information remains so secret that Justice Department Inspector General Michael Horowitz had to censor it from his recently released 500-plus-page report on the FBI’s investigation of Clinton, and even withhold it from Congress.
Not even members of Congress with top secret security clearance have been allowed to see the unverified accounts intercepted from presumed Russian sources in which the head of the Democratic National Committee, Debbie Wasserman Schultz, allegedly implicates the Clinton campaign and Lynch in the scheme.

“It is remarkable how this Justice Department is protecting the corruption of the Obama Justice Department,” notes Tom Fitton of Judicial Watch, which is suing the DOJ for the material.

Wasserman Schultz, Lynch and Clinton have denied the allegations and characterized them as Russian disinformation.
True or false, the material is consequential because it appears to have influenced former FBI Director James B. Comey’s decision to break with bureau protocols because he didn’t trust Lynch. In his recent book, Comey said he took the reins in the Clinton email probe, announcing Clinton should not be indicted, because of a “development still unknown to the American public” that “cast serious doubt” on Lynch’s credibility – clearly the intercepted material.
If the material documents an authentic exchange between Lynch and a Clinton aide, it would appear to be strong evidence that the Obama administration put partisan political considerations ahead of its duty to enforce the law. -RealClear Investigations

Then again, if the intercepts are fabricated, it would constitute Russia's most tangible success in influencing the 2016 U.S. election - since Comey may not have gone around Lynch cleared Clinton during his July 2016 press conference - nor would he have likely publicly announced the reopening of the investigation right before the election - an act Clinton and her allies blame for her stunning loss to Donald Trump.

The secret intelligence document purports to show that Lynch told the Clinton campaign she would keep the FBI email investigation on a short leash - a suggestion included in the Inspector General's original draft, but relegated to a classified appendix in the official report and entirely blanked out.
What is known, based on press leaks and a letter Senate Judiciary Committee Chairman Chuck Grassley sent Lynch, is that in March 2016, the FBI received a batch of hacked documents from U.S. intelligence agencies that had access to stolen emails stored on Russian networks. One of the intercepted documents revealed an alleged email from then-DNC Chairwoman Wasserman Schultz to an operative working for billionaire Democratic fundraiser George Soros. It claimed Lynch had...

Imran Awan Allegedly Tried ‘To Hide His Money’ While DOJ Negotiates With Him

  • Former Democratic IT staffer Imran Awan allegedly tried to “hide his money” recently.
  • Awan’s lawyer claims his client “does not have a pot to piss in.”
  • Awan is currently under FBI investigation over “unauthorized access” House servers and is indicted on charges of bank fraud.

Embattled former Democratic IT aide Imran Awan has as recently as weeks ago attempted to get someone to create an LLC to hide the ownership of real estate, and two people to buy a $40,000 gold bar for him, sources told The Daily Caller News Foundation. This while his lawyer has told The Daily Caller News Foundation that Imran “doesn’t have a pot to piss in.”

“He is totally unable to work and does not have a pot to piss in,” Imran attorney Chris Gowen wrote in a Feb. 27 email to TheDCNF.

Imran, who along with wife Hina Alvi worked as a server administrator for Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, has been the target of an FBI investigation since the House Inspector General alleged in September 2016 that he made “unauthorized access” to House servers and systematically falsified congressional financial records. Prosecutors have charged Imran and Alvi with bank fraud related to a House retirement account and a mortgage after the FBI said Imran impersonated his wife and initiated a $300,000 wire transfer to Pakistan, claiming it was for a funeral.

Investigators say the alleged congressional fraud may extend to millions of dollars. The FBI is in possession of hundreds of “Suspicious Activity Reports” detailing unusual transfers from Imran’s bank accounts, officials said.

“This is a national security issue… He should have been locked up in jail a long time ago with all his family members,” Rep. Steve King, an Iowa Republican who serves on the Committee on the Judiciary, told TheDCNF after it briefed him on the latest findings. “Anybody that’s hiding assets by buying gold bars and trying to get people to set up LLCs, who knows what else is going on. If he’s going to those lengths there are a lot of assets here,” he said. “How much of this do [prosecutors] know? They should.”

On May 3, prosecutors said they were “currently exploring a possible resolution of this matter.”

“I can’t understand why [prosecutors would strike a plea deal], unless he’s not the biggest fish in the school,” King told TheDCNF.

The allegations add another colorful twist to a story that already includes the suspect leaving a laptop with the username RepDWS in a phone booth after he was banned from the House network; an arrest at Dulles airport with a suitcase full of cash; and the disappearance of the entire House Democratic Caucus server.

Disappearing money would be key because Republican House officials close to the probe say that not only did huge quantities of House technology equipment disappear, they suspect Imran ran a $7 million “ghost employee” scheme where no-show employees — one of whom had been most-recently worked at McDonald’s — were added to the House payroll as IT administrators.

In a deposition, Imran’s stepmom — who was interviewed by the FBI — said the bureau asked her where the money was going.

A source told TheDCNF the purpose of the new LLC Imran wanted them to create was to hold assets, including real estate, but that the assets would remain under Imran’s control.

The Awans owned numerous homes that operated as rental properties. TheDCNF interviewed most of the tenants, and all said the Awans demanded rent in the form of cash or blank money orders.

Virginia licensing documents show that Imran became a licensed real estate broker during the time period he was earning $160,000 from Congress. The licensing process requires certifying that...

Trump Is Right: A ‘Pakistani Mystery Man’ Has Documents Wasserman Schultz Didn’t Want Prosecutors To See

A key, if under-covered, aspect of the “Pakistani mystery man” story is that Imran Awan, the Pakistani-born IT aide of former DNC head Debbie Wasserman Schultz, took a laptop with username RepDWS after he was banned from the House computer network for “unauthorized access to data,” and then left it in a phone booth with a letter to prosecutors.

On Friday, President Donald Trump tweeted: “Just heard the Campaign was sued by the Obstructionist Democrats. This can be good news in that we will now counter for the DNC Server that they refused to give to the FBI, the Debbie Wasserman Schultz Servers and Documents held by the Pakistani mystery man and Clinton Emails.”

Trump appears to have accurately identified a key issue with the “Pakistani mystery man” that comes straight from court documents.

  • Lawyers for Pakistani-born Imran Awan currently have a copy of the contents of a laptop with the username RepDWS
  • Wasserman Schultz wanted to block prosecutors from seeing what was on it
  • Imran’s lawyers have attempted to set up a situation where it is up to Imran whether prosecutors can see the laptop, claiming “attorney client privilege”
  • Other analysts say the laptop should be fair game for review

Each twist has increased the intrigue:

Protected US Hezbollah Op Might Tie Into FBI’s Bruce Ohr, Imran Awan

It was revealed this past week that the Obama administration allowed the Hezbollah drug operation in the U.S. to continue at the same time the nuclear deal was being made because the President didn’t want anything to interfere with the nuclear deal, bad as it is. We learned Wednesday that the Fusion-tied and demoted Bruce Ohr was tied to that operation. Also connected is Imran Awan, the suspected spy now jailed only for fraud.

Fox Business News host Lou Dobbs revealed Wednesday that Bruce Ohr led the Justice Department’s Organized Crime Drug Enforcement Task Forces while the Obama administration protected Hezbollah drug dealers in the U.S. as part of his effort to mollify Iran. The reason for that is believed to have been to protect the Iran deal. Also tied to Hezbollah at the same time — Imran Awan.

Bruce Ohr is the man who visited Fusion GPS and met with Glenn Simpson during the 2016 election campaign and after the election. His wife, Nellie Ohr was hired during the campaign to work with Fusion GPS on the Trump “investigation” and she is a Russia expert.

Also at the same time Imran Awan might have been laundering money for Hezbollah and he does have ties to the terror organization. The ties are discussed in some depth on The Daily Caller in an article by Luke Rosiak published Wednesday, titled House IT Aides Ran Suspicious Used Car Dealership with Markings of a Nefarious Money Laundering Operation. Furthermore, Debbie Wasserman-Schultz knew about her aide Imran Awan’s ties to Hezbollah.

Rep. Matt Gaetz told Dobbs after the report that he wants the hearings made public because the public deserves to know and the FBI shouldn’t be allowed to hide what ...

"A Shocking Truth": Donna Brazille Accuses Clinton Campaign Of "Rigging" Primary

Authored by Donna Brazille, former interim chair of the Democratic National Committee, originally published in Politico.

* * *

"When I was asked to run the Democratic Party after the Russians hacked our emails, I stumbled onto a shocking truth about the Clinton campaign."

Inside Hillary Clinton’s Secret Takeover of the DNC

Before I called Bernie Sanders, I lit a candle in my living room and put on some gospel music. I wanted to center myself for what I knew would be an emotional phone call.

I had promised Bernie when I took the helm of the Democratic National Committee after the convention that I would get to the bottom of whether Hillary Clinton’s team had rigged the nomination process, as a cache of emails stolen by Russian hackers and posted online had suggested. I’d had my suspicions from the moment I walked in the door of the DNC a month or so earlier, based on the leaked emails. But who knew if some of them might have been forged? I needed to have solid proof, and so did Bernie.

So I followed the money. My predecessor, Florida Rep. Debbie Wasserman Schultz, had not been the most active chair in fundraising at a time when President Barack Obama’s neglect had left the party in significant debt. As Hillary’s campaign gained momentum, she resolved the party’s debt and put it on a starvation diet. It had become dependent on her campaign for survival, for which she expected to wield control of its operations.

Debbie was not a good manager. She hadn’t been very interested in controlling the party—she let Clinton’s headquarters in Brooklyn do as it desired so she didn’t have to inform the party officers how bad the situation was. How much control Brooklyn had and for how long was still something I had been trying to uncover for the last few weeks.

By September 7, the day I called Bernie, I had found my proof and it broke my heart.

***

The Saturday morning after the convention in July, I called Gary Gensler, the chief financial officer of Hillary’s campaign. He wasted no words. He told me the Democratic Party was broke and $2 million in debt.

“What?” I screamed. “I am an officer of the party and they’ve been telling us everything is fine and they were raising money with no problems.”

That wasn’t true, he said. Officials from Hillary’s campaign had taken a look at the DNC’s books. Obama left the party $24 million in debt—$15 million in bank debt and more than $8 million owed to vendors after the 2012 campaign and had been paying that off very slowly. Obama’s campaign was not scheduled to pay it off until 2016. Hillary for America (the campaign) and the Hillary Victory Fund (its joint fundraising vehicle with the DNC) had taken care of 80 percent of the remaining debt in 2016, about $10 million, and had placed the party on an allowance.

If I didn’t know about this, I assumed that none of the other officers knew about it, either. That was just Debbie’s way. In my experience she didn’t come to the officers of the DNC for advice and counsel. She seemed to make decisions on her own and let us know at the last minute what she had decided, as she had done when she told us about the hacking only minutes before the Washington Post broke the news.

On the phone Gary told me the DNC had needed a $2 million loan, which the campaign had arranged.

“No! That can’t be true!” I said. “The party cannot take out a loan without the unanimous agreement of all of the officers.”

“Gary, how did they do this without me knowing?” I asked. “I don’t know how Debbie relates to the officers,” Gary said. He described the party as fully under the control of Hillary’s campaign, which seemed to confirm the suspicions of the Bernie camp. The campaign had the DNC on life support, giving it money every month to meet its basic expenses, while the campaign was using the party as a fund-raising clearing house. Under FEC law, an individual can contribute a maximum of $2,700 directly to a presidential campaign. But the limits are much higher for contributions to state parties and a party’s national committee.

Individuals who had maxed out their $2,700 contribution limit to the campaign could write an additional check for $353,400 to the Hillary Victory Fund—that figure represented $10,000 to each of the thirty-two states’ parties who were part of the Victory Fund agreement—$320,000—and $33,400 to the DNC. The money would be deposited in the states first, and transferred to the DNC shortly after that. Money in the battleground states usually stayed in that state, but all the other states funneled that money directly to the DNC, which quickly transferred the money to Brooklyn.

“Wait,” I said. “That victory fund was supposed to be for whoever was the nominee, and the state party races. You’re telling me that Hillary has been controlling it since before she got the nomination?”

Gary said the campaign had to do it or the party would collapse.

“That was the deal that Robby struck with Debbie,” he explained, referring to campaign manager Robby Mook. “It was to sustain the DNC. We sent the party nearly $20 million from September until the convention, and more to prepare for the election.”

“What’s the burn rate, Gary?” I asked. “How much money do we need every month to fund the party?”

The burn rate was $3.5 million to $4 million a month, he said.

I gasped. I had a pretty good sense of...
