On his first day in office, Barack Obama pledged to hold himself to "a new standard of openness." in a later memo Obama wrote: My Administration is committed to creating an unprecedented level of openness in Government. We will work together to ensure the public trust and establish a system of transparency, public participation, and collaboration.
The corrupt establishment media and the leftist organizations designed to promote leftist agendas do no care if his words do not match his deeds however, much like Obama's awarded Nobel Peace Prize, which he received for during nothing, but based on his "potential",he received the "transparency" Award in March 2011 from the open government community based on his "Potential" to be transparent, members of the open government community described the award to be “aspirational,” in recognition of Obama’s potential to do more on the transparency front. In a telling twist, the "transparency" was held behind closed doors, no press was allowed, no photos were taken.
From claiming executive privilege over fast and furious to hide the facts from congress and the American people to lying and stalling on the Benghazi cover up, this president has been anything but transparent. He broke a promise to televise meetings about health care on C-SPAN, he failed to keep his "sunlight before signing" pledge to wait five days before signing legislation and he hasn't created a "contracts and influence" database to disclose how much federal contractors spend on lobbying. The administration has embarked on an unprecedented wave of prosecutions of whistle blowers and alleged leakers. Administration lawyers are aggressively fighting Freedom of Information (FOIA) requests at the agency level and in court. Travel costs of Obama administration officials remain undisclosed.
Clearly this presidency is not transparent by any stretch of the imagination. Just as disturbing as the lack of transparency of this administration is the willingness to leak sensitive information whenever it may benefit the President. Details of the Stuxnet virus were particularly damaging to out national security efforts.
Now that the president has sliced and diced his way to a second term with the help of the corrupt U.S. media, is it possible that he will begin to be more transparent? Sadly, the answer is, only when it suits his purposes.
Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.

A new beginning...
What is clear from this election is that we can no longer depend on common sense coming from the American People. We need to begin to create new structures. We need to supplant the corrupt media, we need to become media creators to battle corrupt hollywood and we need to work together to begin to create a new union, Here is one idea called the Common Sense Resistance:

I fight on.
In my deepest somber moribund melancholy there still beats a sliver of hope for this country. I will not give up on you America. I will continue to meet the forces of mediocrity, socialism and marxism on the bloodied field of battle. I will lick my wounds and arise like the Phoenix and bring my wrath down upon the forces of evil allied against us. The corrupt U.S. media, the lying politicians, the hollywood elite, marxists, socialists, warmists, kleptocrats, takers, unions, Islamofascists and all corrupt leftists. I can never give in to the entropic forces that threaten civilization.
