Hillary Clinton Is Dangerous

Neither she nor her party can be trusted with power anymore.

Many Americans have been wondering when the Democrats are finally going to calm down and accept the will of the voters as expressed in the 2016 election. Hillary Clinton provided the answer Tuesday afternoon — never. She clearly believes that Republican control of Congress or the Presidency is, by definition, illegitimate and must be resisted by any means necessary. During an interview with CNN’s Christiane Amanpour she said, “[Y]ou cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for.” She went on to say that “civility can start again” when the Democrats regain control of the government.

She declared, in other words, that the peaceful transfer of power which has long been the hallmark of our system of government now applies only when her side wins and that she won’t stop stoking unrest until the “deplorables” learn their place: “But until then,” she said, “the only thing that the Republicans seem to recognize and respect is strength.” By “strength” she means “violence,” as experienced by Republicans Steve Scalise and Rand Paul. The last time leading Democrats utilized such irresponsible language was in 1860, when their refusal to accept the result of an election caused a war that got 600,000 Americans killed.

If this analogy seems over the top, consider that she has been employing this kind of rhetoric for nearly two years and has worked her minions into such a demented state that the Senate had to be converted into an armed camp last week to guarantee the safety of Republicans carrying out what should have been a dignified and sedate process — the confirmation of a Supreme Court justice. And remember that it was on the floor of this very chamber, “the world’s greatest deliberative body,” that pro-slavery Democrat Preston Brooks attacked Republican Senator Charles Sumner with a cane and very nearly killed him on May 22, 1856:

Brooks slammed his metal-topped cane onto the unsuspecting Sumner’s head. As Brooks struck again and again, Sumner rose and lurched blindly about the chamber, futilely attempting to protect himself.… Sumner was carried away. Brooks walked calmly out of the chamber without being detained by the stunned onlookers.

Like the passive onlookers to the attack on Senator Sumner, Clinton’s fellow Democrats have been silent concerning her thinly veiled incitement of violence. Only one of the self-styled moderate Democrats, Senator Heidi Heitkamp of North Dakota, found Clinton’s remarks worthy of comment, much less condemnation. And, make no mistake about it, their silence equals consent. By refusing to call out this power-hungry harridan for deliberately casting doubt on the legitimacy of the democratic process and encouraging violence, these cowards render themselves complicit in the inevitable....

Another New Poll Shows Republicans Are Furious, More Likely to Vote in Midterms After Kavanaugh

It's been less than 48-hours since Justice Brett Kavanaugh took his rightful seat on the Supreme Court and two weeks since Democrats attempted to derail his nomination with a supercharged smear campaign.

Brett Kavanaugh took the bench with his new Supreme Court colleagues for the first time Tuesday in a jovial atmosphere that was strikingly at odds with the tension and rancor surrounding his high-court confirmation.

The new justice dived into his new job, asking a handful of questions in the first arguments of the day following a traditional welcome from Chief Justice John Roberts, who wished Kavanaugh “a long and happy career in our common calling.”

But according to a new survey from Rasmussen Reports, Republican voters are furious about the salacious, unfounded accusations lobbed at Kavanaugh and are more likely to vote in the upcoming midterm elections as a result.
A new Rasmussen Reports national telephone and online survey finds that 54% of all Likely U.S. Voters say they are more likely to vote in the upcoming midterm elections because of the controversy surrounding President Trump’s U.S. Supreme Court nominee. Only nine percent (9%) say they are less likely to vote. Thirty-four percent (34%) say the controversy will have no impact on their vote.

Further, the Kavanaugh issue has more energy for the GOP than...

Trump Rips Dem Mobs After Former Obama AG Holder Hails ‘Fighting’

President appeals for votes on November 6 to protect 'jobs, jobs, jobs' that have been achieved in less than two years

President Donald Trump warned a boisterous crowd of Pennsylvania supporters at the Make America Great Again (MAGA) rally in Erie Wednesday night that “the radical Democrat mob” has become “the party of crime.”

As if to illustrate what Trump was warning about, earlier in the day former Attorney General Eric Holder told a group of cheering Democrat campaign activists that the time for civility in politics is past.

“It is time for us as Democrats to be as tough as they are, to be as dedicated as they are, to be as committed as they are … Michelle [Obama] always says ‘When they go low, we go high,” Holder said. “No. No … When they go low, we kick ’em.”

And earlier this week, Trump’s Democratic opponent in the 2016 presidential campaign, Hillary Clinton, said in a CNN interview that “you cannot be civil with a political party that wants to destroy what you stand for, what you care about.”

Civility would return only if Democrats regain the majority in the House and/or the Senate in November, according to Clinton.

The remarks by Clinton and Holder, who is contemplating a run for the 2020 Democratic presidential nomination, seem to give the green light to their party’s radical base to continue and expand the confrontational tactics that saw protesters disrupt Kavanaugh’s confirmation hearings.

The disruptions included confronting and cursing at senators in elevators, harassing and forcing them to leave public restaurants, and besieging...

Phil Bredesen’s Staff Says He Is Lying About Kavanaugh Vote: “It’s a political move.” & “We don’t say that out of these walls.”

Project Veritas Action Fund has released a second undercover video from campaigns during this 2018 election season. This report exposes Tennessee staffers from Phil Bredesen's U.S. Senate campaign revealing his willingness to court moderate voters through deceit. This was especially evidenced by Bredesen’s recent statement suggesting he would, if he was already in the Senate, vote to confirm now Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh.

Reporter Nearly Impaled by Flying Debris During Hurricane [Video]

A Weather Channel meteorologist was nearly impaled by flying debris while reporting on Hurricane Michael:

Here’s the back story on this:
It’s what Jim Cantore does. When a hurricane kicks up, the Weather Channel meteorologist runs right into the middle of it. During Hurricane Michael on Wednesday (Oct. 10), however, Cantore came dangerously close to proving why it’s never a good idea to be outside in the middle of a hurricane.

In a live segment from Panama City Beach, Florida, where the Category 4 hurricane made landfall at midday, Cantore stepped outside to demonstrate the strength of the storm.
“It’s relentless,” Cantore shouted over the roar of the wind before looking up and dashing off camera as a chunk of storm debris — a piece of 2-by-4 lumber, it would appear — flew though the spot where Cantore had been...

Ohio University student charged after reportedly making anti-LGBTQ threats … against herself

Police have charged Anna Ayers, a member of the student government at Ohio University in Athens, Ohio, with a misdemeanor offense after she reportedly made anti-LGBTQ threats against herself and reported them to police.
What are the details?

According to a report by Campus Reform, police arrested Ayers on Monday and charged her with three counts of “making false alarms.”

Authorities said that Ayers, who is a member of the school’s student Senate, reported that she’d been subjected to death threats and threats in general as a result of being a member of the LGBTQ community. After an investigation, authorities discovered that Ayers had faked the threats, which had been sent to the student Senate office and to her home.

“[A] subsequent investigation by OUPD found that Ayers had placed the messages herself, prior to reporting them,” a spokesperson for the department said, Campus Reform reported.

The outlet also reported that such offenses can carry a penalty of up to six months in jail and a $1,000 fine, according to a news release on the department’s Twitter page.

The caption on the release’s tweet read, “Please see the attached statement regarding charges filed in the recent case of threats made against a member of Student Senate. Since this is a pending criminal case, the police department cannot comment further at this time.”

What have others said about this incident?

In a statement to Campus Reform, student Senate President Maddie Sloat said that the organization is attempting to heal while complying with the department’s investigation into Ayers’ claims.

“We are still processing and encouraging our members to take time to heal and utilize campus support resources right now,” Sloat said in a statement. “We’re complying with the investigation and OUPD. We hope [Ayers] receives the help that she needs.”

The government organization also confirmed that Ayers resigned from her position in the student Senate.

Carly Leatherwood, who is senior director of communications at the school, told the outlet that the school has a process in place to determine whether a crime has been committed.
