At Least 14 Illegal Aliens Amongst 22 MS-13 Gang Members Charged with Murderous Machete Attacks

At least 14 of the 22 MS-13 gang members charged with murdering victims with machetes came to the United States as illegal aliens, Breitbart News can confirm.

Last week, 22 Los Angeles-based members of the violent El Salvadorian MS-13 gang were arrested and charged with a string of gruesome murders that included cases where victims were allegedly hacked with machetes to death and had their hearts cut out from their chests.

Records obtained by Breitbart News confirms that of the 22 MS-13 gang members charged with the vicious murders, at least 14 came to the U.S. as illegal aliens. Thirteen of the illegal alien gang members came from El Salvador and one arrived from Honduras.

In multiple cases, the illegal aliens were ordered to be removed, petitioned to bring relatives to the U.S., were granted or denied work permits, attempted to get asylum, and claimed to be the victims of crimes.

Four of the 22 gang members were born in the U.S. and granted birthright citizenship, while another four have unconfirmed immigration statuses and are presumed illegal aliens until proven otherwise.

The case sheds light on how the MS-13 gang has been highly effective in smuggling its members and potential recruits across the U.S.-Mexico border and avoiding deportation by claiming asylum or petitioning for special immigrant visas.

In some scenarios, illegal alien MS-13 gang members are even released by sanctuary cities. In May, officials with the sanctuary city of Prince George County, Maryland, defended releasing two illegal alien MS-13 gang members who are charged with allegedly murdering a 14-year-old girl, as Breitbart News reported.

The MS-13 gang is primarily made up of illegal aliens, Unaccompanied Alien Children (UACs), and newly arrived immigrants living in the U.S. Today, the gang operates largely in...

Germany: Police Thwart ‘Imminent’ Deadly Islamic Terror Attack

Merkel's Migrant Policies Have Led To The Rape Of Hundreds Of German Women.
Cologne – site of the mass migrant sex attacks on New Year’s eve. Seems nothing has changed – most especially Merkel’s malignant migrant policies.

18 years after 9/11, first and foremost, do not DARE talk about motive, ideology and root cause.

The raids occurred on Thursday and saw officers from the city of Cologne and the city of Düren arrest the six men, one of who –, a 30-year-old Lebanese-German — is said to have been a part of Berlin’s radical extremist Salafist scene, Deutsche Welle reports.

“We had up-to-date covert knowledge that an attack could be imminent,” said Klaus-Stephan Becker, who heads the Criminal Division in Cologne.

According to police, the 30-year-old suspect had previously attempted to make contact with members of the Islamic State terror group by travelling to land that had formerly been occupied by the organisation. He is said to have attempted the journey on several occasions.

Another suspect, a 21-year-old man, is said to have declared loyalty to the Islamic State in the past and was reported to have a “considerable affinity for guns.”

The raids were primarily focused on six apartments in Düren but also on a construction site in Cologne after officials say they received a tip.

The arrests are not the first alleged terror plots foiled by the German authorities this year. In March, 11 individuals were arrested in Berlin, accused of plotting a terror attack using firearms and a vehicle.

The suspects, all German citizens aged between 20 and 42, had rented a vehicle and contacted known weapons dealers prior to their arrest.

In January, three Iraqi migrants were arrested in Dithmarschen in the northern state of Schleswig-Holstein, where they were allegedly attempting to use fireworks and a detonator they had ordered from the United Kingdom to build an explosive device.

Last month, Tunisian migrant Sief Allah H., along with his wife Yasmin, faced charges of plotting a terror attack with the deadly biological compound ricinafter being arrested last year for possession 84 milligrams of the substance in...

And he fit right in as the couple had actually planned a Trump-themed wedding.

Videos from the event showed the president in a dark suit, but no tie, arrive with Secret Service Agents in tow, to the absolute delight of the bride and groom who ran up to greet him.

Trump crashes MAGA-themed wedding at his Bedminster, NJ, golf resort on Saturday that left the bride and groom chanting “USA! USA!”

Millions Of Barrels Of Iranian Crude Are Piling Up At Chinese Ports

In what appears to be a gesture of contempt for Washington, Chinese companies have continued to import Iranian crude, but instead of reporting the crude imports, which would violate US sanctions, they're storing the oil in bonded storage tanks situated at Chinese ports.

The phenomenon began when Washington reimposed sanctions back in May. And two months later, Iranian crude is still being shipped to China, only to end up in the tanks. Possibly the strangest aspect of this whole arrangement is that the oil sits in the tanks, unused. So far, none of it has been cleared through Chinese customs, so the oil is still technically "in transit."

So far, Washington hasn't commented on how it views this stash of oil looming over global markets. If Chinese companies were to ever tap this store of oil, it could dampen demand in the world's second-largest economy, which could rattle global markets.

The arrangement clearly benefits Iran, which has retained at least one major buyer of its crude.
"Iranian oil shipments have been flowing into Chinese bonded storage for some months now, and continue to do so despite increased scrutiny," said Rachel Yew, an analyst at industry consultant FGE in Singapore. "We can see why the producer would want to do so, as a build-up of supplies near key buyers is clearly beneficial for a seller, especially if sanctions are eased at some point."
Bloomberg ship-tracking data show there could be more Iranian oil headed for these massive tanks. At least ten very-large crude carriers and two smaller tankers owned by the state-run National Iranian Oil Company and its shipping arm are currently sailing toward China or idling off its coast. Combine, the vessels can carry some 20 million barrels. Most of this oil is still owned by Tehran, which creates a grey area in terms of whether China is violating US sanctions. It's widely believed that most of the oil is payment in an oil-for-investment deal, which are fairly common in China.
The bulk of Iranian oil in China’s bonded tanks is still owned by Tehran and therefore not in breach of sanctions, according to the people. The oil hasn’t crossed Chinese customs so it is theoretically in transit. Some of the crude, though, is owned by Chinese entities that may have received it as part of oil-for-investment schemes. For example, a Chinese oil company could have helped fund a production project in Iran under an agreement to be repaid in kind. Whether this sort of transaction is in breach of sanctions isn’t clear, and so the Chinese companies are keeping it in bonded storage to avoid the official scrutiny it would get once it is registered with customs, according to the people.
Bloomberg has been tracking the discrepancy between the volume of Iranian crude shipped to China and the volume cleared by Chinese customs for months. China received about 12 million tons of Iranian crude from...

3 Things to Know About Eugene Scalia, Trump’s Pick for Labor Secretary

President Donald Trump has tapped Eugene Scalia, the son of a judicial icon, to be the new labor secretary.

The nomination comes a week after Alex Acosta announced he was stepping down from the post, effective today.

Scalia—a former solicitor for the Labor Department and now a partner in the law firm of Gibson, Dunn & Crutcher—is the second-oldest son of the late Antonin Scalia, who served on the U.S. Supreme Court from 1986 until his death in 2016.

“I am pleased to announce that it is my intention to nominate Gene Scalia as the new Secretary of Labor. Gene has led a life of great success in the legal and labor field and is highly respected not only as a lawyer, but as a lawyer with great experience,” Trump tweeted, adding, “working with labor and everyone else. He will be a great member of an administration that has done more in the first two and a half years than perhaps any administration in history!”

Trump’s announcement on Twitter came on Acosta’s final day at the Labor Department, as he announced last Friday that his resignation would become effective in a week. The embattled secretary stepped down over questions concerning his handling of the Jeffrey Epstein sexual-abuse case in 2008 when he was the U.S. attorney for the Southern District of Florida.

If Scalia is confirmed by the Senate, he will replace the acting secretary, Patrick Pizzella, the deputy labor secretary.

Trump already has a backlog of nominees in the Senate, and Senate Minority Leader Charles Schumer, D-N.Y., has already made clear his disapproval of Trump’s choice.
Sen. Tom Cotton reportedly suggested Scalia to Trump for the position, and the Arkansas Republican praised the selection on Twitter.

Here are three things to know about Eugene Scalia.

1. Prior Labor Department Service

President George W. Bush nominated Scalia to be the solicitor of the Labor Department in April 2001. The solicitor is the chief legal officer of the Labor Department with responsibility over litigation and for advising the labor secretary.

But Bush faced a Democrat-controlled Senate during his first two years in office. Some of the Democrats’ opposition to Eugene Scalia stemmed from the Bush v. Gore Supreme Court ruling that settled the contested 2000 presidential election, in which Antonin Scalia was among the justices ruling in Bush’s favor.

There reportedly could have been enough moderate Democrats to confirm Scalia with a majority vote, but then-Senate Majority Leader Tom Daschle, D-S.D., said he would block a vote because Scalia lacked the 60 votes needed to overcome a filibuster.

Daschle claimed Scalia had a “record of hostility toward worker protections.” Then-Sen. John Edwards, D-N.C., said Scalia lacked the “necessary empathy for workers.”

As a lawyer, Scalia litigated against federal ergonomic regulations pushed by the Clinton administration’s Labor Department in the 1990s. Ergonomics is the study of health and efficiency in the workplace, and the ergonomics regulation was aimed at reducing repetitive stress syndrome.

After Senate Democrats stalled the nomination, Bush made a recess appointment of Scalia in January 2002, and he held the position, succeeded by Howard Radzley, who was confirmed in December 2003. Recess appointments are temporary, but can last up to two years.

2. Prior Administrations’ Experience
