Flip-Flop: Joe Biden Claims ‘China Is Not Our Problem’

Former Vice President Joe Biden claimed “China is not our problem” on Tuesday, appearing to once again flip-flop on the threat posed by the communist regime.

Biden, who has come under fire in recent weeks for his son’s shadowy business dealings in China, made the remark during a campaign appearance in Iowa while lambasting President Donald Trump’s foreign policy agenda.

“China’s not our problem if we invest and remember who we are,” the former vice president said:

The comment underscored Biden’s fluctuating stance regarding China. Throughout his decades-long tenure in public office, the former vice president sought cooperation with Beijing, at one point even claiming China’s rise was “positive” for America. Since launching his presidential campaign this year, however, that position has become increasingly controversial, especially as President Donald Trump wages a trade war with the communist power over its exploitive and manipulative economic practices.

Such controversy was on display this year during another trip to Iowa, where Biden scoffed at the notion that China was a threat to the American worker.

“I hear these stories about how China is going to eat our lunch. Give me a break!” Biden said, before adding, “They’re not bad folks.”

“Come on, man. … They can’t figure out how they are going to deal with the corruption that exists within the system,” the former vice president continued. “I mean, you know, they’re not bad folks, folks. But guess what: they’re not competition for us.”

The remarks quickly drew widespread rebuke from both those on the right and left, most notably from Trump and Republicans. Many, though, also noted that the former vice president’s youngest son, Hunter Biden, had negotiated lucrative business deals with a Chinese company later identified as having ties to the Communist regime in Beijing.

As Peter Schweizer, a senior contributor at Breitbart News, revealed in his bestselling book Secret Empires: How the American Political Class Hides Corruption and Enriches Family and Friends Hunter Biden inked a $1.5 dollar deal with a subsidiary of the state-owned Bank of China only ten days after he visited the country with his father aboard Air Force Two in...

Bongino on DOJ criminal probe: ‘Brennan freaking out with adult Depends right now’

Conservative commentator and radio show host Dan Bongino blasted former CIA Director John Brennan who he claimed is “freaking out” over the latest developments in the Justice Department’s probe of the Russia investigation.

The former Secret Service Agent joined Fox News host Sean Hannity on Thursday to weigh in on reports of the transition of U.S. Attorney John Durham’s review into the origins the Russia probe into a criminal investigation.

That shift allows the prosecutor to subpoena witnesses for testimony and documents, to file criminal charges and to impanel a grand jury if needed.

The initial investigation into potential FBI and Justice Department misconduct related to the Trump 2016 presidential campaign has been expanding, with reports indicating that Durham has been interested in interviewing Brennan, along with former national security adviser James Clapper and other former Obama administration intelligence officials.

The report on Durham’s investigation status comes as anticipation also builds for the release of DOJ Inspector General Michael Horowitz’s report on his investigation into alleged abuses of the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act.

WSJ also now reporting the shift to criminal. "Change in Status Gives Investigators Ability to Subpoena Witnesses, Use Grand Jury"
Two sources now confirm this to @FoxNews - one telling our @edhenry - "the long-awaited Justice Dept IG report will shed light on why the John Durham-led investigation is now officially a criminal probe"

Bongino believes Brennan is joining the Deep State panic.

“They need this impeachment right now because John Brennan is wearing a pair of adult Depends right now,” he said on “Hannity” Thursday.

“John Brennan is on tape, Sean, on tape on video, you can all see it, acknowledging publicly he hadn’t seen the dossier until December. Remember that?” he continued, adding that “that’s not possible.”

“Because in August, John Brennan briefs [former Senate Majority Leader] Harry Reid and the Democrats up on the Hill and the information he briefs them on, Sean, mysteriously – for the liberals listening – August, December. August is before December, right?” Bongino recounted.

“That information in Harry Reid’s letter pursuant to his briefing by Brennan, that Harry Reid sends to the FBI, where is it from?” he continued.

“That’s right, it’s only in the dossier that Brennan claims he hadn’t seen ’til December. For the liberals watching again, August is...

The Globalists’ Race Against Time on China

A military parade at Tienanmen Square celebrated the 70th anniversary of the Chinese Revolution

To recap briefly, most of the communist countries collapsed by 1991 and the Western democratic tradition was seen as the winner of an existential battle that had waged since the Russian Revolution of 1917. Historian Francis Fukuyama called it “the end of history” because only good things would happen thereafter. Mankind’s ideological evolution had ended and Western liberal democracy would be the final form of government.

In response to that wishful thinking, Harvard historian Samuel Huntington wrote a paper, and subsequently a book, entitled The Clash of Civilizations and the Remaking of the World Order in which he predicted that with the end of ideological conflict the world would revert to a normal state of affairs characterized by cultural conflict. In particular, Professor Huntington predicted an attack by Islamists on the United States. That attack duly happened five years later. Huntington had identified China and Islam as “challenger civilizations.”

But there is a third force attacking civilization that hasn’t been officially recognized until recently, when President Trump named it in his speech to the United Nations on September 24. That speech began by deploring Chinese aggression:
It is the divide between those whose thirst for control deludes them into thinking they are destined to rule over others and those people and nations who want only to rule themselves.
Then continued on to its main thrust with this line:
The future does not belong to globalists.
So who are the globalists and what do they want? The globalists date back to Cecil Rhodes in the late 19th century. He thought the elite of the English-speaking world should run the whole planet. The early history of the globalist effort was recorded by Carroll Quigley in his book Tragedy and Hope, first published in 1966. Carroll Quigley was then a professor of history at Georgetown University and a mentor of then-Georgetown undergraduate Bill Clinton.

Globalist central is the Council on Foreign Relations, founded in 1921. Its main propaganda outlet is the magazine Foreign Policy. The purpose of Foreign Policy is to bathe its readers in the preferred narrative, rewriting history as necessary. For example Foreign Policy had been blindly pro-China until it was decided that China’s recidivism was threatening to thwart the globalist vision. So now Foreign Policy is publishing...
