World’s Largest Meat Supplier Crippled by Cyberattack

A major cyberattack has reportedly crippled the world’s largest meat processing company, JBS. The company reports an “organized cybersecurity attack” has severely hampered its operations in the U.S. and Australia.

NBC News reports that thousands of meat workers in Australia are out of work for a second day this week after a cyberattack has crippled the largest meat supplier in the world, JBS. The company is also Australia’s largest meat and food processing company with 47 facilities across the country including abattoirs, feedlots, and meat processing sites. JBS employs around 1,100 people.

JBS USA said in a statement from Greeley, Colorado, on Monday that it was the target of an “organized cybersecurity attack,” affecting some of its servers supporting its North American and Australian IT systems.

The statement said: “The company’s backup servers were not affected and it is actively working with an Incident Response firm to restore its systems as soon as possible.” Australian Agriculture Minister David Littleroud said that the government and Australian Federal Police were working with JBS to resolve the issue and track down those responsible.

Littleproud stated: “Despite the fact that JBS accounts for around 20 percent of our processing production here in Australia, we’re not expecting there to be significant impacts on exports so long as this isn’t a protracted shutdown…We’re also working with JBS right here in Australia to make sure that we can get some limited capacity up and going in the next couple of days. JBS have been very proactive in that.”

Littleproud stated that it was too early to determine whether it was a ransomware attack or who might be responsible for the hack. Australian staff at JSB learned of the hack when they were turned away from...

BLM activist steps down from school board; accused of molesting over 60 immigrant children

Tay Anderson, a noted Black Lives Matter activist and former Denver school board member, was forced to step down from his position after it was made public that he was being investigated for allegedly molesting a large number of students.

Denver Public Schools confirmed that they knew about the allegations and that the Denver Police Department is also privy to the information.

This came after Mary-Katherine Brooks Fleming, mother to three children, testified before the House Judiciary Committee that there was “a sexual predator targeting DPS children” during a hearing on legislation that would make it easier to sue businesses that hired child sexual abusers.

Anderson issued a statement on Twitter which made it clear that he was not admitting to the crimes, but was simply putting space between himself and the school board for the time being.

Apparently this isn’t Anderson’s first rodeo with these types of heinous allegations.

He was already being investigated for an alleged sexual assault on a student from April. His lawyer, Christopher Decker, fervently denied the accusations against his client, saying false claims of sexual assault “cheapen and diminish...

Report: Iran has uranium stockpile 16x over Obama/Biden nuclear deal limit and won’t let anyone inspect it

Iran’s uranium stockpile is nearly 16 times over the limit set by the Obama-Biden era Iran nuclear deal an International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) report revealed Monday, according to Reuters.

The Middle Eastern nation reportedly has 3,241 kg of enriched uranium, according to an estimate by IAEA; however, the United Nations watchdog was unable to verify the exact amount due to Iran’s lack of cooperation. The limit set by the Joint Comprehensive Plan of Action, more commonly known as the Iran nuclear deal, is just 202.8 kg.

Reuters reported that traces of uranium were detected at multiple undeclared locations, noting that the atomic watchdog has not been given access to Iran’s nuclear data since February.

“After many months, Iran has not provided the necessary explanation for the presence of the nuclear material particles at any of the three locations where the Agency has conducted complementary accesses (inspections),” IAEA chief Rafael Grossi said in a report viewed by Reuters.

According to the report, the agency is concerned that communication with Iran has not “yielded the expected results.”

“The lack of progress in clarifying the Agency’s questions concerning the correctness and completeness of Iran’s safeguards declarations seriously affects the ability of the Agency to provide assurance of...

Dr. Fauci Once Argued Supporting Gain-of-Function Research was Worth the Risk of Causing a Global Pandemic

Dr. Anthony Fauci has long been supporting controversial gain-of-function research, even arguing in 2012 that it should be supported despite the fact that it very well may cause global pandemics, according to research discovered by The Weekend Australian.

The disgraced National Institute of Allergy and Infectious Diseases director made this argument in a 2012 article published in the American Society for Microbiology. It was titled, “Research on Highly Pathogenic H5N1 Influenza Virus: The Way Forward,” and Fauci passionately made the case for gain-of-function research.

“Putting aside the specter of bioterrorism for the moment, consider this hypothetical scenario: an important gain-of-function experiment involving a virus with serious pandemic potential is performed in a well-regulated, world-class laboratory by experienced investigators, but the information from the experiment is then used by another scientist who does not have the same training and facilities and is not subject to the same regulations,” Fauci wrote.

“In an unlikely but conceivable turn of events, what if that scientist becomes infected with the virus, which leads to an outbreak and ultimately triggers a pandemic? Many ask reasonable questions: given the possibility of such a scenario—however remote—should the initial experiments have been performed and/or published in the first place, and what were the processes involved in this decision?” he added.

Fauci surmised that it would be worth the risk of causing a global pandemic in order to continue his mad science experiments where dangerous viruses are strengthened in laboratory settings.

“Scientists working in this field might say—as indeed I have said—that the benefits of such experiments and the resulting knowledge outweigh the risks. It is more likely that a pandemic would occur in nature, and the need to stay ahead of such a threat is a primary reason for...

DeSantis Won't Bow Down to Cruise Lines, Will Enforce Florida Law Against Vaccine Passports

Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis has once again reiterated his devotion to freedom as COVID-19 vaccine passports remain a hot-button issue.

DeSantis, now standing firm in opposing cruise ship guidelines requiring passengers to provide proof of vaccination, remains determined to enforce Florida’s new law banning vaccine passport requirements.

“We are going to enforce Florida law,” DeSantis said during a news conference on Friday, according to WPLG-TV. “You don’t say ‘pass laws’ and then not enforce it against giant corporations. That doesn’t work that way.”

DeSantis issued an executive order establishing the vaccine passport ban on April 2. He signed the law banning such passports on May 3.

Both the executive order and the law, which goes into effect on July 1, supposedly conflict with CDC guidelines stating that cruises may resume under strict health and safety protocols.

They also conflict with Celebrity Cruises’ decision to set sail from Port Everglades with “98 percent of the ship’s crew and 95 percent of its passengers” vaccinated, according to WPLG.

Still, DeSantis remains unwavering in his conviction, saying cruise lines will “break Florida law” if they require proof of...

Former FDA Commissioner: China Should Have Blood Samples From Sick Wuhan Lab Workers, Where Are They?

Would constitute “pretty definitive proof that this coursed through that lab”

Appearing on CBS News’ ‘Face The Nation’ Sunday, former FDA Commissioner Scott Gottlieb pointed out that “definitive” proof that a coronavirus outbreak occurred in the Wuhan lab could be found in blood samples from workers who are now known to have fallen sick and been hospitalised in November 2019.

When asked if he believes China knows where the virus really originated, Gottlieb replied “They would know the answer to the question because they would have blood samples from the workers in that lab.”

“And that’s the evidence that they haven’t made public,” he continued, adding “If, in fact, the blood samples show that a high prevalence of people in that lab have been exposed to this virus, that’s pretty definitive proof that this coursed through that lab.”

“They would also have the samples from the time that they were first drawn, which was the time when they had those illnesses,” Gottlieb asserted.

“There’s no question that when they had an outbreak of an illness in that lab that they would have done routine blood sampling in that lab. That’s just normal controls in a lab of that quality. So they would have that information,” he emphasized.

Watch:

During the interview, the former FDA head also noted that China has refused to provide basic information that would allow the origin of the virus to be investigated.

Gottlieb also urged that...
