When Will The Renegade Be Retrieved For A Bounty?

Oh, Mama, I'm in fear for my life from the long arm of the law
Law man has put an end to my running and I'm so far from my home
Oh, Mama I can hear you a-cryin', you're so scared and all alone
Hangman is comin' down from the gallows and I don't have very long

The jig is up, the news is out
They've finally found me
The renegade who had it made
Retrieved for a bounty

Never more to go astray
This will be the end today
Of the wanted man

Surveillance Video Shows D.C. Police Beating Women on January 6 The video supports what Victoria White told Julie Kelly in a series of interviews earlier this month for American Greatness.

Recently-released surveillance video from inside the lower west terrace tunnel at the Capitol building from last January 6 confirms what American Greatness has
reported for months: law enforcement officers from the D.C. Metropolitan Police Department and U.S. Capitol Police led a brutal assault against Trump supporters trapped inside that tunnel during the Capitol protest.

The three-hour clip offers one angle of what happened between 2 p.m. and 5 p.m. in the tunnel, the site of the most violent clashes between police and protesters. It also is the location where Rosanne Boyland, a Trump supporter from Georgia, died.

One clip shows the attack on Victoria White, a Minnesota mother of four who was viciously beaten by at least two D.C. Metro officers including a supervisor:

The video supports what White told me in a series of interviews earlier this month; she was repeatedly beaten on the head with a baton and punched directly in the face numerous times by police. One officer grabbed her by the hair and shook her head side to side. Government charging documents, however, claim White—who is 5’6”, weighs 155 pounds, and had no weapon—was the aggressor:

“By approximately 4:07 p.m., WHITE’s red cap had fallen off, she lost her black coat, and she can be seen inside the entranceway grabbing for one of the MPD officers standing on a ledge,” an FBI investigator wrote in a 12-page complaint. “As the video progresses, the MPD officers attempt to push WHITE back with their riot shields and fend her off with a baton. WHITE is seen in a red sweater, and it appears that she is attempting to grab a shield and uses her hand to block the baton.”

White, bleeding from the head in a photo included in the complaint, was transported to a D.C. police station and released the evening of January 6. The FBI raided her home and took her into custody on April 8; in September, a grand jury indicted White on four counts including disorderly conduct.

Darth Crypto, an anonymous Twitter account with access to the video footage, produced a separate clip showing a police officer punching another unidentified woman in the face:

An officer standing on a ledge inside the tunnel sprayed pepper spray and attacked two women within a matter of minutes, hitting one woman attempting to escape the melee with his baton and stomping another woman on the head after she fell down from the force of the crowd:

Another unidentified person—it’s hard to determine from the grainy footage whether it is a man or woman—trapped in the lower-left corner of the tunnel is beaten by other officers at the mouth of the tunnel. When someone outside of the tunnel attempts to drag the person out, an officer pulls the person back into the corner of the tunnel and traps him/her with a riot shield to...

She draws the shade and hangs her head to cry...

California School District Reverses Vaccine Mandate After Thousands Of Children Refused To Comply

After thousands of parents and children refused to comply, the California School District was forced to reverse its vaccine mandate, after a San Diego judge struck down the mandate.

COVID-19 vaccination was made mandatory for children by multiple school districts in California earlier this year. Set to go into effect in January, any child, 16 and older, will be banned from campus in all San Diego public schools, if not vaccinated.

This authoritarian move caused a massive backlash and thousands of parents and children refused to comply.

The refusal to get vaccinated set the stage for a showdown that was to unfold on January 24 when the children would be kicked out of school for non-compliance.

However, a San Diego judge struck down the mandate this week and now children wouldn’t be kicked out of school for not getting vaccinated. The judge accurately pointed out that a school district has no authority to mandate medical procedures for children.

CBS 7 reports that Superior Court Judge John S. Meyer granted a writ of mandate for a lawsuit filed by the group “Let Them Choose,” which prevented the school district‘s COVID-19 vaccine mandate from going into effect by arguing it did not comply with state law.

Meyer noted in the ruling that the school district‘s COVID-19 vaccine mandate conflicts with state law and hence it cannot move forward.

Meyer further added that any decision to mandate vaccines must be made at the state level and must also include a “personal belief exemption” if the mandate is not imposed by the state Legislature.

San Diego Unified’s policy did not contain this exemption.

“SDUSD’s Roadmap appears to be necessary and rational, and the district’s desire to protect its students from COVID-19 is commendable. Unfortunately, the field of school vaccine mandates has been fully occupied by the State, and the Roadmap directly conflicts with state law,” the judge wrote in a tentative ruling.

Though the school district disagreed and claimed they have the right to dictate what children can and can’t be injected with. However, their objection is overruled and the parents will no longer be forced to make their children take jabs.

“I am overjoyed. We knew that our legal argument was strong, and we brought this case on behalf of thousands of concerned parents and students and to hear the judge say no student should be coerced into getting this vaccine was just a wonderful thing to...

‘Time for ANSWERS!’ Chip Roy demands transparency on monoclonal antibody ‘rationing’ in angry letter to feds

Congressman Chip Roy (R-TX) is demanding in a letter to know why the Biden administration and Human Health and Services are rationing monoclonal antibodies in Texas and across the nation and why they aren’t stepping up manufacturing of the life-saving treatment.

He sent the letter to Department of Health and Human Services Secretary Xavier Becerra on Thursday. In it, Roy also demanded to know why there was a shortage of it in the first place.

He claims to have three questions that he says “should not be hard” for HHS to answer.

“My recurring inquiries as discussed in multiple letters and reiterated over a bicameral congressional briefing led by your Department on September 17, 2021, have been focused on a few main questions: 1) Is there, or has there ever been a shortage of any monoclonal antibody treatments in the U.S.? If so, which treatments? 2) Is there an expected shortage of any monoclonal antibody treatment in the U.S; and If so, which treatments? 3) What is the U.S.’s manufacturing capacity for monoclonal antibody treatments?” Roy inquired.

Roy noted that COVID cases are increasing across the country and that Omicron is now the dominant variant. He went on to assert that only one monoclonal antibody, Sotrovimab, “appears to be working” for those who contract the strain.

The congressman also charged that “in Texas, including in Austin, El Paso, Fort Worth, San Antonio, and the Houston area, sites have completely run out of Sotrovimab and have no choice but to wait without recourse because your Department has taken full control of the supply chain.”

A doctor in Maryland reports that he had to cancel monoclonal antibody infusions for about 250 people over the last week after the federal government stopped distributing treatments because they aren’t effective against the Omicron variant, according to Fox News. They do not have Sotrovimab available to them there, evidently.

The CDC originally said Omicron was responsible for 73.2% of all new cases. But they backtracked on that estimate, revising it down to just 22.5%, a more than 50-point drop.

“I am as angry as I possibly can be about this,” Dr. Ron Elfenbein, the medical director and CEO of FirstCall Medical Center in Gambrills, Maryland, told Fox News Digital Wednesday.

“The fact that these people are so adamant that they’re right when they’re using faulty data and they’re using faulty logic and frankly statistical modeling that has never been correct, ever, throughout this entire pandemic, to look at this, is just beyond the pale…. People are definitely going to die because of this or need hospitalization because [health officials] misread the statistics,” he proclaimed.

As Roy’s letter points out, the Sotrovimab website warns on the home page that “GSK has entered into a contract with the U.S. government to purchase Sotrovimab. Sotrovimab is not available for commercial purchase at this time. More details of government-directed distribution will be provided in the coming weeks.”

Unbelievably, the MacArthur Medical Center in Irving, Texas is declaring that “Latin X or Black” patients will automatically qualify for monoclonal antibody treatments. But those who are white must qualify by being obese, having heart disease, or being 65 or older.

New York is in a similar position with HHS apparently discriminating on the basis of race:

Is a Pushback Against Soft Despotism Coming in 2022?

The ruling elite are not going to surrender power without a fight.
Over the last two years, many of us have been surprised and troubled at how eagerly millions of citizens have surrendered their freedoms to the shifting, contradictory, nakedly politicized diktats of various “experts” and government agencies. Coerced vaccinations, boosters, masks, and social distancing continue to be mandated and just as eagerly obeyed, even in the case of the mild Omicron covid variant. The technocratic Left currently ruling the country has wrung every ounce of unconstitutional power from the sovereign people, a large cohort of whom, especially the cognitive elites, have willingly gone along with every new crisis and command.

As the year ends, signs of a pushback are multiplying. But will such resistance reach the critical mass of voters necessary for liberating us from such “soft despotism” and its wardens?

We shouldn’t be surprised that progressives have seized the opportunity to aggrandize themselves through serial changes on the pretext of an exaggerated crisis. It has long been a truism of history that, as James Madison said in 1788, “there are more instances of the abridgment of the freedom of the people by gradual and silent encroachment of power, than by sudden usurpations.”

Nearly half a century later, Alexis de Tocqueville foresaw an even more insidious stealth despotism that could arise in American democracy: “An immense and tutelary power, which takes upon itself alone to secure [the people’s] gratifications and to watch over their fate.” And he prophesized that the bureaucratic regulatory state would be the instrument of this “soft despotism”: a power “absolute, minute, regular, provident, and mild” that “covers the surface of society with a network of small complicated rules, minute and uniform.” The goal is “to keep [the people] in perpetual childhood,” for this power is “well content that the people should rejoice, provided they think of nothing but rejoicing.”

The last hundred years have seen such a regime gradually become reality. Crises such as the Great Depression, Two World Wars, and other conflicts and recessions provided the pretexts for expanding and concentrating the powers of federal agencies and their “network of small complicated rules.” And like children, too many citizens have accepted these encroachments, willingly ceding their autonomy and freedom to overseers who bribe them with the redistribution of other people’s money, and with promises “alone to secure their gratifications and to watch over their fate” from the cradle to the grave ––what we call “entitlements” but think are unalienable rights.

Moreover, our unprecedented wealth has obscured the dangers of this dependence and weakening of the habits of self-government. But the contrary bad habits of prioritizing comfort, pleasure, and security insidiously erode our tolerance for risk and suffering, the nonnegotiable, eternal constants of human existence. The covid pandemic has graphically revealed this intolerance for risk, which the “managerial elite” has exploited to leverage more...
