Democrat Star Jan 6 Witness: ‘Someone in Authority Left the Door Open’ at Capitol, ‘Mob Walked In’’

Nick Quested, the Democrat’s star witness for the January 6 Committee’s first primetime public hearing, claimed that “someone in authority left the door open” at the U.S. Capitol.

Quested is a British filmmaker who followed the Proud Boys in the days leading up to and on January 6, 2021. Quested confirmed reports that the January 6 Committee would call him to testify as a witness during the committee’s first of six primetime televised hearings.

However, in a since-deleted Instagram post, Quested speculated that someone “in authority” opened the door for the protesters to come inside in a “deliberate act.”

Quested wrote:
The proud boys were organized and together. How many police were there at 11.22am on the steps of the capital. I count 1. This is a a deliberate act. Someone in authority left the door open and the mob walked in. #maga #riot #capitol #sedition, #senate #congress this is the first time I hear #fightfortrump. Where does it go now?
Thursday’s hearing will not be Quested’s first time appearing before the January 6 Committee. The British filmmaker reportedly spent seven hours testifying before the committee earlier this year.

Quested’s film crew reportedly obtained footage of a meeting between Proud Boys leader Enrique Tarrio and Oath Keepers founder Stewart Rhodes. The two organizations are likely to be at the...

Illegal Alien Who Killed Kate Steinle Gets a “Gift” to Time Served on The Related Charge

In July of 2015, while walking along San Francisco’s crowded Pier 14 with her dad and a friend, 32-year-old Kate Steinle was shot dead. She pleaded to her father for help as she died in his arms. Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate, who was in the US illegally and had already been deported five times, admitted to accidentally firing the gun.Jose Zarate, Kate Steinle

He’s been serving time in jail for other violations, but even after a jury eventually acquitted Garcia-Zarate of homicide charges in 2017, he still faced a federal firearms charge.

Jose Inez Garcia-Zarate is facing deportation to his native Mexico after California federal judge, Judge Vince Chhabria, sentenced him to the seven years he’s already spent in jail.

The judge boldly blustered, “If you return to this country again and you are back in front of me, I will not spare you. Let this be your last warning: Do not return to this country,”

Terrific! That’ll stop a chronic, law breaking, border jumping offender like this guy for making a 6th attempt….that we know of.

His attorney, Mike Hinckley, told the court on Monday that Garcia-Zarate “feels horrible about what happened, and that he’s very sorry and apologizes.”

Jose should tell that to...

5 Questions That Must Answered Before The J6 Committee Begins Its Theatrical Production

Don’t expect answers from House Speaker Nancy Pelosi’s Jan. 6 Committee weaponized to operate as a political witch hunt.

he House Committee on Jan. 6 will launch its dramatic summer hearings tonight in a prime time show trial produced by a former ABC News executive as desperate Democrats aim to shift the narrative ahead of the midterms.

The nine members of the Select Committee appointed by House Speaker Nancy Pelosi will introduce the panel’s findings and question a pair of witnesses while presenting graphic footage of the riot to a nationwide audience. Every cable network, except Fox News, will broadcast the proceedings in an arrangement sought by the partisan probe to elevate the evening’s drama shining light on a three-hour riot that happened more than 18 months ago.

Absent from the panel asking questions, however, will be any Republicans appointed by GOP Minority Leader Kevin McCarthy after Pelosi took the self-proclaimed “unprecedented” step of barring Reps. Jim Banks, R-Ind., and Jim Jordan, R-Ohio, from the probe. Instead, Pelosi hand-picked the most vocal pair of NeverTrump House members to serve in their place, Rep. Adam Kinzinger, R-Ill., and Rep. Liz Cheney, R-Wyo., who serves as vice chair and was disowned by her own party.

House Republican Conference Chair Elise Stefanik told reporters on a press call Tuesday the prohibition on minority-appointed members for the first time in congressional history renders the Select Committee illegitimate, as it was established in violation of House rules.

“This Committee is not about seeking the truth,” Stefanik said. Meanwhile, the committee established to probe the Capitol riot declares Pelosi’s own culpability off-limits in pursuit of prosecution against political dissidents. Former Donald Trump Trade Advisor Peter Navarro was the first to be indicted by the Justice Department last week based on committee conduct.

But before the Select Committee continues with a national soap opera for the cameras, here are five questions that must be answered:

Armed man outside Kavanaugh’s home charged with attempted murder after confessing motive

The armed man who was arrested in the middle of the night on Wednesday near Supreme Court Justice Brett Kavanaugh’s private home has been charged with attempt to murder a United States Supreme Court Justice, a Department of Justice affidavit revealed.

According to the document, U.S. Deputy Marshals saw Nicholas John Roske, 26, of Simi Valley, California, exit a taxi outside of Kavanaugh’s Maryland residence at approximately 1:05 a.m. on June 8.

Roske was dressed in all black clothing and was carrying a backpack and suitcase, which investigators later determine contained “a black tactical chest rig and tactical knife, a Glock 17 pistol with two magazines and ammunition, paper spray, zip ties, a hammer, screwdriver, nail punch, crow bar, pistol light, duct tape, hiking boots with padding on the outside of the soles, and other items.”

After exiting the taxi, Roske looked at the two Marshals and then began walking down the street. Shortly thereafter, police received a call from a man identifying himself as Roske who “informed the call taker that he was having suicidal thoughts and had a firearm in...
