Sex crimes prosecutor Rachel Mitchell, a non-partisan third-party with more than 25 years’ experience prosecuting sex crimes in the state of Arizona, carefully reviewed the allegations made by Dr. Christine Blasey Ford, including hours of testimony, and has released a report on the matter. In the report, Mitchell points out more than a dozen glaring inconsistencies in Dr. Ford’s account and paints the accusations as potentially fraudulent.
Mitchell’s points out several points, including:
- “Dr. Ford has not offered a consistent account of when the alleged assault happened.”
- “Dr. Ford struggled to identify Judge Kavanaugh as the assailant by name.”
- “When speaking with her husband, Dr. Ford changed her description of the incident to become less specific.”
- “Dr. Ford has no memory of key details of the night in question—details that could help corroborate her account.”
- “She does not remember in what house the alleged assault took place or where that house was located with any specificity.”
- “Perhaps most importantly, she does not remember how she got from the party back to her house.”

Okay. But
1. You don't need the actual evidence required to convict in a court of law to smear a SCOTUS judge and destroy his reputation. See Bork.
2. Even Fox news is claiming this creep's story is "credible" now.
3. This is a well planned attack. IMO more "evidence" will suddenly be found this week to be released bit by bit in order to kill the nomination while making it impossible to appoint another judge in the time before the election.
Yeah it wasn't a trial, it was an interview. But any decent prosecutor what call the only Eyewitness to testify and be questioned under oath.
Mitchell has no expertise to determine Ford's psychological state, again her therapist was not called. Ford took a lie detector test.
Kavannaugh has lied more tgan once,yet Mitchell failed to mention him in her conclusion.
Many people fly airlines for business or pleasure and are scared every time.Ford ran into
Judd at a store in that neighborhood which not only narrows the location but the time period.
I can't believe Mitchell prosecutes sex offenders and fails to summon possible eyewitness TO COURT.
