Zachary Greenberg, the 28-year-old suspect in the brutal assault of a conservative activist on the campus of University of California, Berkeley, last month (shown above), is facing multiple felony counts, prosecutors announced on Tuesday.
“Last Friday, 10 days after the attack, police identified and arrested the suspect,” said Fox News host Laura Ingraham on “The Ingraham Angle” on Tuesday night, updating television viewers on the latest developments in the case.
Right after the arrest, Hayden Williams, the victim of the attack, told Ingraham, “I remain disappointed with UC Berkeley and the fact that they allowed such a culture of intolerance and violence toward conservative viewpoints to grow at Berkeley and even thrive, really.”

Wonder if he will walk as the bicycle lock assaulter did. Trying to maim/kill conservatives in cali apparently is really not worth prosecution by leftist DA's. Plus in mexifornia, if you are an illegal alien invader, it's OK to shoot US citizens, if you say it was an accident.
I'd like to see academic punishment happen as well. End this criminal's access to higher education, public and private.
