Islam is spreading like wildfire for many reasons, false truths, media not reporting the truth, and lastly people refusing to learn for themselves. People have Muslim neighbors that they like so this gets in the way of the truth, then you have the radical Muslim but in truth there is no radical Muslims only those that hide the truth, those that enact and perform the duties of Islam such as Jihad which is required of all Muslims be it the fighter or supporter. You're mis-defining "peace." To you and me, "peace" means "You don't bother me and I don't bother you." In Islam, "peace" means "When the whole world is Muslim." So it makes perfect sense.
