I... don't think you are talking to the right party. You are talking to the party which murdered him. And, the people he freed? Have returned to slavery, for a few dollars, more or less.
The constitution does not grant anything , it does out line these truths that we hold as self evident. It is also the out line of the limits our republic can do for Us which it ignores today.
