#1 My neighbor has a 29 year old daughter that has a good job and lives in the city in a nice condo with her labradoodle. She is gorgeous and is a hardbody. She missed out getting her Mrs. when she was getting her business degree. One of my son's HS girlfriends helped her get into one of the "better" sororities when she went to college and then helped her get a good job at cooperate Home Depot where they remain friends. The son's ex has let my wife know the neighbor's daughter is very high maintenance and has scared off five or six suitors. I can see this.
My oldest is in his older 30s and has a family. My youngest is in his mid 30s. Both went to different trade schools learning different things and make 6 figures, have houses, cars, and good bank accounts.
My youngest complains that he has run across either dumb women with kids or corporate women that went to college and look down on him although he makes more money than they do. So he says ne has no desire to get married and will just date.
