Ninety miles from the South Eastern tip of the United States, Liberty has no stead. In order for Liberty to exist and thrive, Tyranny must be identified, recognized, confronted and extinguished.
Re: Newsmax. On monday, they did a piece about Scott Adams on National Report. Shaun and Emma were doing their pontificating about 'that terrible racist' (taking every thing SA had said completely out of context). Then they brought on some bubble-headed blonde bimbo who said 'I don't believe in cancel culture, but he needs to be cancelled'.
My thought was 'So what you're all really saying is you don't believe in 1A and freedom of speech. Instead of inviting the guy on the show to explain directly, you'd rather flagellate yourselves with phoney righteousness like a bunch of DaVinci Code Opus Dei fanatics.'
So as far as I'm concerned, AT&T and DirectTV can cancel culture woke-ass Newsmax. -lg
I’m willing to debate the Scott Adams content. Did he misinterpret the poll results? Was he wrong about what he sees around him? Was his solution- wash your hands of it all and move away- a nonviolent response- wrong in any way? I’ve read and listened to it several times and I don’t see what the problem is.
And someday the Covid True Believers will wake up to the fact that the pcr test was junk (which was known from the very beginning, back when tests were nearly impossible to find); the flu never went anywhere. But 40 million or so were misdiagnosed as covid positive when they actually had the flu. Duh.
Why when minority studentsdemand "safe spaces and separate housing, curriculum, representation, and dining facilities" is this a good thing, but when white folk want to be left alone it must be stopped. Certain people have made a lucrative living off of demanding private no white interloper buildings, classes, and study areas in state run universities, but if a comic strip writer mentions distancing themselves from a certain minoy population it's a firing offence? How is this even remotely equitable, I have read"Dilbert" for years, and never seen a hint of this bleed through in the comic strip.
