I can’t think of a single successful black run country or city.
They put a university extension in my local black city and four Chancellors in a row were caught embezzling funds.
Somehow a white guy made it to be police Captain and he turned the force into a pretty good outfit.

Introduction of a black 'victim' activist who's actually a bigoted, race baiting "Trained Marxist" - check
Pressure to overthrow the rule of law in favor of racial preferences - check.
Removal of all accountability and oversight - check

Wealth and property redistribution from earners to "victims" - check
