They charged Kirk Moore with a crime. Dr. Moore is allowed discovery to prove his innocence. This means he gets access to VSD, Medicare, NDI, and state death and vaccination records. Whoops!
The US Attorney has given Dr. Kirk Moore the right to request the state and federal public health records. Now the truth will finally be exposed. Dr. Moore can single handedly do something nobody else has been able to do: expose the corruption and end the COVID vaccination in the US and worldwide.

The US Attorney in Utah issued a criminal indictment against Dr. Kirk Moore for “running a COVID-19 Vaccine Scheme to Defraud the Government and CDC.”
But what if Dr. Moore was actually saving lives instead and is a hero?
Since this is a criminal proceeding in federal court, Dr. Moore cannot be denied discovery to show that the vaccines are deadly.
This is relevant due to the opportunity for jury nullification where a jury has the right to issue a “not guilty” verdict if they believe the law is unjust.
If the judge denies Moore the discovery, he can appeal because there is no country in the world that has correlated the death-vax data and released the records for public analysis. They all keep it hidden behind closed doors and all attempts to get that data have been rebuffed.
A federal court has jurisdiction over all 50 states and can order the CDC and all states to turn over COVID vaccination records and death records. You know, the records that the states and CDC don’t want to be made public for some reason. Those records.
So Dr. Moore is now empowered to do something that nobody else in the world can do: access the secret public health records of every state in the US that will finally show to the entire world what everyone in power wants to hide from the public: the truth.

Yes, this is a great development.... however. You think the same group of people that are grooming everyones kids, looting the treasury through Ukraine, STOLE EVERY ELECTION FOR THE LAST 4 YEARS, is going to roll over and play lawful and legal with one dude in a Utah court room? They got the supreme court to turn a blind eye to blatant voter fraud, but this guy, THIS guy, he's gonna nail em.
Yep, people ARE that stupid.
No mistake. This is one of two things. It is either going to be flushed, no matter cause or law or else. Another thing shoved in our faces. Or they are going to let a lot of the low hanging fruit, well, hang. While the real perpetrators escape with as much money and freedom as they can. This... isn't an accident, or it wouldn't be in the court. They don't make mistakes. Not at this level.
Any evidence of wrong doing is already buried, if not deleted...unless some one or a few kept a copy to be released after retirement or death.
Anyone who believes this criminal charge will harm the Fed Gov is a fool. Just because the rules allow this doctor and his attorneys "discovery" doesn't meant their will be anything available to "discover". The criminals in power have only one rule. WIN. By whatever means required. If that means concealing or destroying any evidence harmful to them or helpful to the defense then that is exactly what will happen. Rule of law means nothing to the criminal left. Laws are nothing but convenient tools they use to abuse anyone opposing them.
